The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach with a timetable for both departure and return trips, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly.
I stayed for 4 days. Room service cleaned the room, changed the towels and replaced the water bottles daily. However, the tea and coffee supplies were never refilled during my entire stay.
Housekeeping was also quite late. One day, when I returned from a tour, my room had still not been cleaned and I had to wait in the lobby while it was being serviced.
The shower drain was clogged, causing water to collect and drain very slowly after showering.
The location is a bit far from the main area, but there is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient.
Overall, the free shuttle service and friendly staff were positives, but housekeeping and maintenance could be improved.

A nice hotel, nut the future I would stay in Ao Nang beach area. They do a shuttle to the beach several times a day.
The rooftop bar was never open, nor was the cocktail bar. A 7/11 is very close by.

A very good hotel co.paring to the price you pay. Theres a small pool with mountain view inside the room. Bed is super comfy, staff are friendly and there's 7-11 near the hotel (2mins walk). If you are looking for a place that is not seaside I would recomend this one.

Our second time here! Spacious room with private pool. Frinedly staff, location a bit far from Ao Nang beach but you can always take Grab or use their free shuttle service. 2 mins walk to 7E and other halal food small restaurants and stalls as the hotel is near to the mosque.
The only thing is to improve on the private poo’s water quality, maybe because it was raining on our first night, the water was a bit dirty. Other than that all good!!

The hotel has good facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool. It's located near a mosque, so prayers can be quite noisy early in the morning. The laundry service is reasonably priced at 90 Thai Baht per kilo. Service is okay, and the hotel room itself is decent.

Excellent service and delicious food. It was quiet and peaceful. Loved it! I will definitely return. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy, but overall, it was great.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's slightly outside the city center, but only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of shops nearby and a night market. The pool is incredible. The only downside was the extremely noisy air conditioning, which meant we couldn't leave it on overnight. We were also woken up by roosters and the call to prayer from the nearby mosque.
