We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was perfect and of high quality every day. The room was cleaned daily, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and attentive.
A special thank you to the lovely girls in the restaurant —Pin, Jeje, Champoo, Ant, Meen, Smallwawa, Nam, and Nas — for being so sweet and friendly. You made our experience even better!

The breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh fruits and egg station serving omelettes etc. Room nice and was serviced well. Staff very helpful.

Just had a lovely 11 nights at Centara Anda Dhevi in Ao Nang with my family.Cant fault the location or the rooms.
The best part of this Hotel is the staff,they are absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us,from the second you pull up on the forecourt you are greeted with big smiles.
Kim,Sa,Seem,M,Ta,Roh,Prae,Jenny,Oom,Fom and Mus on reception as well as all the lovely staff in the restaurant really made our holiday, if ever we are lucky enough to visit Ao Nang again I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Close the everything. Nice clean hotel. Starbucks on site was so handy and we definitely made use of it lol.
Can book activities within the hotel aswell as bike rental. We went around Xmas time so prices may vary depending on time of travel.

Not really worth it paying so much money for this place.
The room is old and pretty worn up and the wall where the bed was had some stains on them.
But the service from housekeeping was awesome and they responded fast so thats good.
Front desk had a lady with a sour face constantly and even gave us wrong information about our bookings.
Other than that, I think can consider other places for lesser. Too expensive and does not match what we are paying for.

This looks great on the outside, but it shows it's age on the inside a little bit. The furniture is old-style, but definitely functional. On the plus side, the room was enormous and the bed took half that space. I think there two king-size beds next each other. And the mattress was fantastic; I had the best sleep there.
Shower was great with both walk-in and bath tub, but somehow the hot water had more pressure that cold.
As for location, there were times when the air didn't smell so good, most likely from the nearby river and/or indian restaurants vis-a-vis, but in the evening it was all right. It is close to some markets in the area and the beach is 10 minutes away. We went to the other side at Ao Nang with scooter tul-tuk and it costs 100 baht.
Definitely worth staying here of the bed and the quiet at night. During the day you can stay at pool, but most likey go out to visit. If anything else, there is also Centara Resort.

The hotel's location is quite good, quiet yet centrally located, and close to several popular 'internet-famous' restaurants. Overall, hotels in Krabi aren't as good as those in Phuket. December should be peak season, with many European, American, Russian, and Indian tourists. There are several Indian restaurants right across from this hotel. The facilities are just mediocre; the shower had a severe drain odor, and reporting it to the front desk didn't help. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, luckily we brought our own. The pool is nice, and the 'buy one get one free' deal at the pool bar in the afternoon is a great value. The lady at the coffee bar provided excellent service. The noodles for breakfast were tasty, but the overall variety wasn't much, on par with a budget hotel. It wouldn't be worth it if you paid a high price for this stay.

Wonderful family hotel! The breakfast is great, the coffee is delicious, and the rooms are very clean. Our kids loved the pool area, but their absolute highlight was the indoor playroom.
A huge thank-you to Namhom and Da our older son adored them and spent so much joyful time in their care. So warm, attentive, and kind!

The hotel is truly wonderful. Excellent services, and all the staff are very friendly, polite, and always helpful with a smile. The location is perfect, with all shops and facilities nearby.
There was only one minor issue: when leaving the room and coming back later, there was sometimes a smell coming from the bathroom. However, we found a quick solution by using the mosquito spray — just one spray and the smell disappeared completely.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I definitely recommend this hotel. 🌟

Nice rooms, thin walls so can hear people . Aircon was strange , although did work . Our appartment wasn’t in the main building so to use restaurant and pool and gym you had to walk to the other building .

great rooms for its value! we paid 3600 baht a night for 4 nights with no breakfast during the new year. rooms were extremely spacious and had the standard necessities except toothbrushes so don’t forget to bring yours!
check in was at apple a day resort which is a short walk away so if youre coming from the airport, select apple a day resort as your destination. there is no lift at capuchin hotel so i can imagine it will be a pain if you are staying on the floors above the second.
wifi was stable but you have to keep logging in to use it on your devices.
we informed reception about the remote control not working and the tv’s volume was stuck on the max. the hairdryer was really weak and could not dry my hair at all. nothing was done unfortunately and we could not use the tv.
otherwise, great location and it’s really nearby to numerous eateries, tourist information kiosks and 7-11.

The room is big with a generous balcony. Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Kind and friendly staff. No lift. Check in and swimming pool are at "Apple A Day Resort" 20 yards away. Parking for cars is available but limited. We had no issues whatsoever. Recommend.
