Peak Boutique City Hotel in Krabi City

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and you can really see the attention to detail when it comes to hygiene. The price is more than fair for what you get – the value for money is excellent.

The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything, which makes the entire stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is both relaxed and professional at the same time. Everything runs smoothly and there is honestly nothing to complain about.

Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone. I would definitely love to come back again.

We had a small issue during our stay, but in the end the hotel handled it fairly, which we appreciate.

We had arranged a motorbike in advance and clearly confirmed it, but in the morning it turned out there was none available. This disrupted our plans for the day and was frustrating, especially because communication in English can be difficult and at that moment we did not feel much effort to find a solution.

However, after discussing the situation again later, the hotel apologized and offered compensation, which we found fair. We appreciate that they took responsibility in the end.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers a town shuttle every two hours, which is helpful. Overall, we still had a good stay, but clearer communication and more solution-oriented support in situations like this would make the experience even better.

This is such a cute 3 star hotel in Krabi Town. Small building located within a street of restaurants, which makes it convenient. They are so sweet and polite. Language, however, is a big barrier. It's very difficult to communicate, but they would call someone (I think it was the owner/ manager) to assist.
They were sweet to let us check in early without extra charge at 12h00 as we arrived earlier.
The room is spacious with 2 double beds, and opens into the balcony which was also spacious but no chairs and table. (We booked the Superior Double room). The bed was a bit hard, but I think my body adjusted a bit on the 2nd night. The bathroom is alright, no shower gel or shampoo, just a small bar soap for washing your hands, which they put daily during housekeeping.
There's a hair dryer in the room, as well as a bar fridge, which helped with leftovers. Also has 2 glasses and 2 bottles of water which they put daily even if you didn't finish previous day's. No microwave or kettle in the room, which is fair as they were honest on their ammenities list on the Bookings.com app. You can still borrow the iron and ask to reheat your food at reception, which also has a coffee station that's self service.
The wardrobe could use some shelves and a few more hangers to be functional.

They sell some snacks (chips and drinks) at reception at very good prices! 20-25 baht for local chips and 300ml sprite or ice tea.

Overall cute and budget friendly. Well located in relation to tourist attractions and markets etc, we never spent more than 200 baht on Bolt (nor more than 30 minutes trip, minimal traffic. You get value for the price. Bonus point: we could walk to restaurants even at night! Less than 10 minutes, safe area. And great food in that street, try it before going to expensive and further places!

It was a really lovely stay, the staff were super friendly. The service is really good. The room was clear, the shuttle transfer was really handy as well to the Krabi town.

I booked for one night but ended up extending my stay here for a week. The room is spacious and clean, the air conditioning works well. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is ample parking space available. Although the location is not exactly in the center of Krabi, it is conveniently accessible to various destinations. The night market and a supermarket are situated nearby. I highly recommend it!
