Poolrada Boutique Hotel in Thalang

Nice hotel

First of all, the room was clean and spacious. Staff speaks good English and very helpful. And true that it's almost nothing to do around Poolrada Hotel but in fact you would get all what you need there: self laundry, local restaurants especially the Indian restaurant in the main road, 7-11 is around the corner and massage shops, etc.

And I also highly recommend the hotel Restaurant which serves yummy local foods with very reasonable price.

For transportations, 20 minutes to Airport. 10 minutes to the Lotus Shopping Malls nearby.

This is my second time staying here, and I still really like the hotel. The room looks new, clean, and very nice. My daughter especially enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

However, I felt quite disappointed with the service this time. The staff were not very helpful. When we went for breakfast, I understand that it’s not a buffet, but there were no staff available to assist. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no one to receive or guide us, and we didn’t know who to give our coupon to.

1. We booked a triple room, and the cleanliness was good, as was the size.
2. The hotel breakfast is ordered upon check-in, and it was quite tasty.
3. The hotel's location isn't very convenient, but it was fine for us since we rented a car.
4. It's comparable to a three-star hotel in China.
5. The hotel's owl theme was a big hit with the kids.
6. The drainage in the room wasn't great; the sink was unusable.

The room is so big and the bed is super big and comfy. There's a full length mirror and a fridge. It has places to hang your clothes. Several seating areas. There's a little balcony to relax and overlooks the pool.
Cons
Far from the exciting attractions like Tiger kingdom/ elephant sanctuary / Patong etc. If you are interested in these things be prepared to spend alot on transportation costs.
The hotel could add a bit more entertainment options for its guests.
Side note: you can check out Bang Tao beach it's clean and more private. It's a little over 30 minutes from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel,The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area. The food was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing gateway.

Everything was good. Both rooms and open areas were cleaned. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was normal. Non-welcomed for smoking ******** inside the hotel, which is great 👍. Just the leaving day around 2-3 hours before check out time WiFi was turned off and the part of lights. But as we was about leaving it was okay.

This hotel has a convenient location with easy access to public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the soundproofing could be better, which might affect restful nights. Overall, it's still a recommendable option for travelers.
