The corridors made the hotel look old and dark, but the inside of room was actually quite nice. Mine had a balcony, a queen size bed (which was unfortunately as hard as a rock😭), even with cute elephant-shaped towels when I checked in. The interior was fine, the bathroom was clean and spacious with hot water.
The downside was how the sounds in the corridor usually echoed, it was so noisy I could hear it from the room. Also when people walked outside the room the slippers made really loud squeaking noise. Considering the price, this hotel is still worth staying though.

Really enjoyed my stay at Aonang Goodwill Hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was big, clean, and comfy. The price was great for what you get, and it’s only a short walk to Ao Nang Beach. There are plenty of halal food options right downstairs, and the hotel is very close to the mosque — super convenient for Muslim travelers. Totally worth it — I’d definitely stay here again!

My friend and I stayed at this hostel for about a week and found it to be a good place for a fair price. We had a twin room that was quite spacious and came with a small balcony, a fridge, an electric kettle, some instant coffee, bottled water, and towels—all thoughtful touches that added to the convenience.
On the downside, the front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful, which did impact our overall impression. The entrance of the hotel often had a strong durian smell, which might be off-putting for some. We also noticed a few ants on the wall near one of the beds on a couple of occasions.
In conclusion, it’s a decent budget option with good room amenities, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service.

Just don't go there. I booked and I paid a room with two beds. When me and my male friend got into the room there was only one bed. They did not change our room so my friend end up sleeping on the floor. Here is no breakfast so this hotel is super overpriced scam. Just pay more and get another hotel if you want to stay in Ao Nang. Don't ruin your holiday in this rat hole. Here is not even hot water in the shower. Just cold water, but I swear you are not sweating after that.

Very good customer services. Hotel security is 24hrs and the room is very secure. My 9 days stay has been pleasant and peaceful. My objective of staying at the hotel to do some work in Au Nang had been successful. Most of your personal requirement are very easily available as there are many shops and restaurant nearby. Airport transfer is also available and very affordable if you don't mind sharing a van to the airport. However you can also hire a private taxi or e- hailing.

Cheap and convinient. Close to "Muslim Street" which is adjacent to mosque. So Halal food is easy.

I can’t recommend staying on the 4th flr because it doesn’t have WiFi . If you don’t mind sitting outside to get the front desk WiFi then all is well. However sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work at all even with the advertised WiFi in all rooms. Big bed and staff is friendly.

Nice rooms, thin walls so can hear people . Aircon was strange , although did work . Our appartment wasn’t in the main building so to use restaurant and pool and gym you had to walk to the other building .

great rooms for its value! we paid 3600 baht a night for 4 nights with no breakfast during the new year. rooms were extremely spacious and had the standard necessities except toothbrushes so don’t forget to bring yours!
check in was at apple a day resort which is a short walk away so if youre coming from the airport, select apple a day resort as your destination. there is no lift at capuchin hotel so i can imagine it will be a pain if you are staying on the floors above the second.
wifi was stable but you have to keep logging in to use it on your devices.
we informed reception about the remote control not working and the tv’s volume was stuck on the max. the hairdryer was really weak and could not dry my hair at all. nothing was done unfortunately and we could not use the tv.
otherwise, great location and it’s really nearby to numerous eateries, tourist information kiosks and 7-11.

The room is big with a generous balcony. Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Kind and friendly staff. No lift. Check in and swimming pool are at "Apple A Day Resort" 20 yards away. Parking for cars is available but limited. We had no issues whatsoever. Recommend.
