This place deserves to be more than a 1-star hotel. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Their English is very good and they know how to make you feel at home. There are also 3 cats on the property! we stayed there for around 10 days in the end and was genuinely sad to go, such a lovely family that run the place, they helped us out well above their responsibilities, the place was relaxed, affordable and above all very friendly and attracted a nice crowd, next time i'm in krabi i'd definitely stay again

Excellent value for money. Great location. I had a room on the ground floor with a fan. It was quite comfortable for four days, but if you want to stay longer, I recommend a room on the upper floors with air conditioning and a closet.

Brilliant little guesthouse, very friendly family. Yaya can help with anything, excursions, taxi’s, knowledge of the area and amenities/things to do There is a great little restaurant onsite which is very reasonably priced and you can get a beer or smoothie. The boutique house is a standalone structure which looks fairly new, on a side lane between the main road to Krabi centre and the riverside promenade. This means it's quiet but centrally located. First, the room was not clean at all and we had to leave twice because there were ants in the room & bed and then wait for the poisonous smell to wear off. I really liked the hotel. It's a small area with its own pool. The breakfasts are amazing.

Check-in is strictly after 2:00 PM. A very nice and clean room. Great pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts; they were very filling. The only issue was that there were no outlets near the bed, but there were plenty near the table. The towels were a bit tired. We saw a couple of cockroaches near the bed, but they were already dead (they suggested exterminating them, which was good).

A very nice and very quiet hotel which is run by very friendly people who did everything possible to help and make the stay here as pleasant as possible. The hotel is very close to the city center 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. I recommend! What more could you want from a hotel located in Krabi town?

This was our second time here. The small complex is still very well-maintained, and the pool was a welcome respite from the heat. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast. We were disappointed. The beds were incredibly hard, and everything seemed to be running at a snail's pace. I hope everything will be back to normal next time.

This is an older hotel located on the edge of Krabi Town, but still close to the city center. The biggest selling point of this hotel is that it is the only hotel in Krabi Town with a swimming pool and pool view rooms with balconies. This is also the main reason why it attracted me to move here. However, it does not have an elevator, so it is best to book a lower floor.

Large room and bed with good air conditioner. Lovely pool and gardens. For the price this is a great place but everything is very tired and needs updating. The water pressure is an issue and the decking around the pool was very bouncy which was a little concerning. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, very close to Central Krabi. It’s convenient for getting around—whether you want to go shopping, find something to eat, or run errands, everything is incredibly easy and accessible.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was good - close to bus terminal. It was a little bit noisy at night dogs barking outside, but ok.

The room is clean and spacious. Wifi is strong. A bit noisy from the traffic right outside as the building is situated next to a main road, but given it’s low price that’s acceptable. The hotel is situated around 10 min drive from the city center, but there are a few good but cheap restaurants nearby that are worth trying. You can easily grab a motorbike or car to/from the city at a low price.

This is such a cute 3 star hotel in Krabi Town. Small building located within a street of restaurants, which makes it convenient. They are so sweet and polite. Language, however, is a big barrier. It's very difficult to communicate, but they would call someone (I think it was the owner/ manager) to assist. I had room 9 on the top floor. It has a little en-suite which was great. The room itself is pretty basic. The bed was clean and comfy and it was quiet at night. Excellent WiFi too. The staff are quite helpful and attentive. Quite strict on check-in time and only accept cash payments.

This is a authentic thai hotel with high ceilings, wood furniture and classic old school architecture that made for a very comfortable stay. The room was large and clean and the attention to detail is very nice.

We only stayed one night, but it was a complete mess. There's a laundromat right next door. They also offer scooter rentals. They even came by late at night to give us our passport back, since we had to check out very early.

The room (private room for two) was really spacious, the bed also big, we have a fan but the room even with the fan was really hot 😰, my last day I have urticaria because of the bed (the days before I applied alcohol but not my last day :/). Rooms are clean. Occasionally had small ants on floor. Nice view if you face the river. Quiet accept for the occasional boats going by but didn't bother us. Terrible Wifi/Internet service (only worked 30% of the time across four days)!! After traveling around Thailand for 35days, this was the only and worst internet/Wifi. Always an issue with either the Wifi and the nice staff would reset the router...

This was the best place of many we stayed on both mainland and islands in Thailand. Staff was beyond helpful and always friendly, food and drinks were delicious, rooms were clean and definitely affordable. Great location relative to downtown Krabi and views of river were awesome. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, located just steps from a main avenue with numerous shops and night markets. The apartments are accessible by stairs, but this wasn't a problem for us as we traveled light.

What a great stay we had here. The location was great as not too far a walk from Krabi centre, and we caught a taxi to Ao Nang plus rented a scooter to explore the Tiger Cave Temple and other locations. The best part was the owner though. She was always smiling and extremely helpful and friendly. Good size private rooms, big beds. Clean spaces actually really clean. Mr Clean is truly clean, that’s a big plus. Located on a quiet zone. Perfect for people who is not looking for party vibes…. Great location and room, ac is only 150 Baht per night. The staff are very kind and helpful in organising day trips and further transport. It can get hot so the ac upgrade is worth it but we had a great time nevertheless.

Great little place for a short stay. Mr In and his sister are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean/fresh and so are the two communal shower and toilets. It's about a ten minute walk to the night markets and a few minutes walk to the river front.

Without being disrespectful or saying too much I really didn't enjoy my stay here. First of all I struggled to find the place as the sign was hidden away behind the plethora of vegetation on the door step.
