Nattha Waree Hot Spring Resort and Spa in Nua Khlong

This was one of my favorite hot springs hotels in Krabi, we celebrated New Year's there more than once! It gets worse and worse every time... the tiles in ALL the pools are falling off, you can easily hurt your feet, both along the edges of the pools and at the very bottom... the rooms are dilapidated and shabby, the doors are terrible... it's scary to sit on the toilet, when I checked in, I treated it with an alcohol wipe and the wipe showed :) it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time and the pool area itself (see photo) is in terrible condition... the sink wasn't washed even once during our stay, the bed linen and towels are all stained and can't be washed out. The hotel is very far from civilization, there are no cafes or shops for many kilometers, but we always rent a car, for us this is not a problem. Breakfast is so-so, the hotel restaurant (if you can call it that :)) is closed on weekends, Saturday and Sunday :) guests might be hungry :) will we come back here again!? It's unlikely anymore... PS: because of the collapse, they even stopped bringing tourists just to the hot springs; as I remember, they used to bring them by bus, but now there aren't even any changing rooms there.

It's a terrible place, filthy, dirty, the staff is a ****. The worst accommodation of my life. I will sue for my money back.
