Happy in Pai in Pai

The room is small but is full with everything the fridge worked and they help us with everything, location is great a walking from 7/11

The room is small but it is clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep as well. It is very near to night market.
The owner is good and we could park our car in at the property. Free coffee at front desk in the morning.

This hotel is right in the heart of Pai, making it super convenient to get around. It's close to public transport and the Pai walking street, which has tons of food options. For anyone who participates in the Pai half marathon every year, I highly recommend staying here as it's right next to the event venue, which is incredibly handy.

The accommodation is very close to the walking street, which is super convenient. It's also near a 7-Eleven, and in the mornings, you can wake up and grab some congee near the intersection. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom only had toilet paper and a small bar of soap. My only complaint is that the stairs are very steep, and carrying luggage up felt a bit scary, like I might fall. There's also no landing on the staircase.

It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room

You cannot beat this spot! It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee.

The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic.

A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends.
