Poi De Ping Guest house

Loved it! This hotel was close to my massage school and I stayed at it for 18 days. The bed got made every day, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the people running it were friendly and very kind!

Located 5 minutes walk away from the Chiang Mai bus station, Poi De Ping offers big, well-lit and clean rooms that are great value for money. Mr. Lak at the front desk in helpful and accommodating. Bike rentals are available at a fair rate.

We had a short stay here after a bus ride from Chiang Rai. It is conveniently located close to the bus station, but not really at the heart of Chiang Mai. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and room was good for what we paid.

Clean and spacious rooms. All of them have AC wifi is really good. It is litteraly 3 min walk from the main bus stop in Chiang Mai. The owner is a lovely guy he also rents out scooters and bikes

Clean as a clinique and staffed with friendly people, Poi de Ping has the same room price as other cheap guesthouses around the bus station, but here you get aircon instead of a fan (without paying extra). Recommendable when you need to stay near the bus terminal.

I have stayed here any time I am staying in Chiang Mai a short time. The rooms are affordable and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Chiang Mai Arcade bus terminal. If you are staying a short time before going elsewhere, this is a great location. It is also near Central Festival mall and Star Ave. My only negative is that sometimes you have to do 3-4 flights of stairs and you are some distance from old city/night markets.

Very clean and right next to the bus station

Very clean room and bathroom, and located right next to the bus station for easy convenience. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because lobby was never lite up and they look closed all the time. Hopefully they add lighting soon to attract more business.
