If you just need an aircon bedroom, hot shower and Wifi. This place ticks those boxes. Neat and tidy. Maybe time they invested in some new towel stock.

Good price, great rooms, perfect location and the owner is incredibly kind.

Hotel and the room is clean. The owner is friendly, speak English and Hainan dialect. Location is near the bus terminal, train station, Decathlon and Chiang Mai Central Mall (the biggest mall in Chiang Mai) and the room rate in reasonable.

A clean and resonable price guest house. A Owner seems to be nice person. I walked here from Chiangmai Station 15minutes. Also close by Bus terminal to Chiangrai, Sukothai, and Bangkok. This hotel is a good location guest house.

Excellent place, quiet, rooms are spacious, nice gardens in the middle. Bungalows. Parking lot available. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is made of Toast with butter and jam, coffee tea, and tasty chicken rice pooridge. A peace of heaven in Chiang Rai. We recommend.

Loved it! This hotel was close to my massage school and I stayed at it for 18 days. The bed got made every day, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the people running it were friendly and very kind!

In comparison to other places I have stayed throughout Thailand it is overpriced about 50 to 100 baht. Only given 1 bottle of water and only the first day. The wifi kept quitting. Mosquito's in the room. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. TV had some English channels.
