If I could leave 6 stars I would! The Na BaanYa was a delightful experience. Location is excellent - within walking distance to Old Town, Sunday and Saturday Night Markets, Night Bazaar, and the River. Hotel rooms were very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with choices for both western and Thai dishes, which changed every day - a great way to try local foods. Their recommendations for massages and sites to see were perfect, and provided us with authentic, beautiful experiences. Most of all, the owners and staff were phenomenal! Shout out to them - Yai, Ng, Dream, Dtan, and the housekeeper. We were treated like family, and by the end of our 2 week stay, they feel like family to us as well. I highly, highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The dogs adorable and the owner very generously drove me to the airport of her own offer.

Seriously, I like this place alot! Shockingly tasty breakfast. Very nice staff. Water and minibar are included in the price. Clean and nice rooms with AC. Everything I could ever ask for in a hotel.

Other reviewers have painted a pretty accurate picture of the property: excellent location outside Old City (5-10 minute walk depending on traffic 😏), quiet neighborhood, 3-4 popular and good restaurants catering to both locals and tourists within 3 blocks of hotel (and the incredible B Samcook .02 miles away), stylish, clean, etc. Dream, who practically lives at the front desk, is warm, friendly, knowledgeable about Chiang Mai, increadibly helpful, and efficient. Tan, the indefatigable everyman is a blur of activity and warmth. From setting up breakfast to making sure everything is in order, to wrangling the hotel's 3 scampish dogs, he's another super asset. Sutruethi, makes delicious local foods for breakfast. Cleaners are great too! Excellent hotel and highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean and peaceful rooms with western beds. Outstanding good staff, helped us and resolved all our doubts to organize the days in Chiang Mai. They even let us even have breakfast earlier before a day trip. Fresh and very varied breakfast, they have a buffet of Thai food and American breakfast. Increíble experiencie to repeat!

A small family-like and hotel. Simple and clean. Very nice and service orientated staff. Very good with kids. We really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay here. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and tons of small touches to make it feel like home. Very friendly staff. Great value. Wish we stayed here longer. Free water and snacks. 5 mins waking to old city and night markets. Very new building so everything works and no bugs. On a quiet road. Restaurant next door is amazing.
