The place is really nice and located centrally in the middle of everything! The lady that runs is it super nice and lovely! The dorm room is big and spacious, it's a 5 bed, has two bathrooms inside. The beds tho are very hard, like the rest of Pai.

A wonderful and cozy hotel in the heart of the city. There are plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance to suit every taste. There's a small private rooftop parking lot where you can leave your motorcycle. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet; she checked me in and showed me to my room. On the ground floor, there's a very cozy restaurant with a cool and pleasant interior.
The room itself was very clean and had a magnificent view of the city and surrounding mountain landscape. Keep in mind that the outside temperature can drop to rather uncomfortable levels at night. The night I stayed, it dropped to 12 degrees Celsius. When I woke up, the room was quite cold, and I couldn't find any heater to warm it up. The shower was even colder, and I was a little disappointed that the shower in the morning was quite uncomfortable due to the low temperature. However, the water was warm enough, and I was able to warm up. Overall, I was pleased with my stay at this cool and nice hotel!

The location is a little off the tourist street, so it's quiet.
There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's a good location where you can walk anywhere.
There's a fruit shop right in front, and a good Pad Thai restaurant.
Pai is in a state of accommodation chaos these days. I had a comfortable stay during that time.
This time, I stayed on the 3rd floor, and the view was the best.

I don't know how the high online reviews came from. I booked for three nights and stayed for one night and immediately canceled and moved out.
First of all, the room smelled musty. The toilet should have been covered and also smelled musty. The ceiling was moldy everywhere. The room seemed to have wooden partitions and the sound insulation was very poor. There were loud noises from upstairs, next to, and outside, as if they were next to me. The room was very dark and you couldn't see anything that fell on the ground. You could only take pictures with your phone. The door lock was broken and I almost couldn't get in. I won't come again

Almost in the city center, next to 7/11, a shop with inexpensive fruit, a couple of excellent cafes and an evening market 5 minutes away.

I enjoyed the stay. The room I had there was 5 beds and not bunk beds which was more spacious. There is a fridge to keep drinks and snacks. There was two toilets and a shower. The shower water could of worked a bit better. There is parking outfrong and the lady managing is nice. Need better blankets as it get cold at 5am. I had to use two blankets which is thin material. Every Ken was sleeping in clothes.. But It is a cosy stay.

The facilities have a somewhat old-fashioned feel, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage.
Amenities are weak.
The room is spacious for the price and each room is well separated.
It would be good for those who value privacy.
More than anything, I remember the friendly staff.
Even if I find Pai again. This is a hotel I will consider again.

I love the view from the window when I wake up in the morning. The staff were also friendly and nice. I'm having fun.
