I had the most wonderful stay at Chern Chiangmai. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the super fun Nimman district. The best part however are the incredibly kind and hospitable owners of the hotel. They can’t do enough for you and make you feel so at home. As a solo traveller this made all the difference! If I ever come back to Chiang Mai, then I will definitely be staying here. Thank you for having me!!

Of all the places I have stayed this felt most like home. The welcome and warmth of the couple who renovated and run this place was incredible.
Location is great, just on the edge of buzzing Nimmanheim but it is quiet. The hotel is small and beautifully renovated and I will 100% stay there next time I visit.

Hank and Nerang were the two sweetest couple and were very helpful. They made our trip super memorable and we felt very welcomed. The place was very clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

“Staying here feels just like visiting a friend’s home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are so friendly and caring. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the bed is super comfortable — I had such a restful sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. The staff were friendly, and it was the perfect place to relax.
During my stay, I didn’t see any garbage in the corridors—the cleanliness really stood out. The bed was incredibly comfortable; it made me feel like I was at home and just wanted to sleep all day!
What I loved most was the garden. In the evening, I would sit there and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It made me feel like I was far away from the busy world.

Very good and quite location. A few minutes walking distance to Nimman.

F*ck, don't ever go there. They harassed you for all sorts of reasons and scammed you out of hundreds of thousands of won. It ruins your travel mood. This place should be ruined.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and made me feel a warm atmosphere. I didn’t expect that I could feel like I’m home even when I’m away from home. When I was about to go to the airport, I couldn't find a taxi, but the boss was kind enough to help me get a taxi, and I finally boarded the plane successfully. I really like it and thank you for this wonderful place.

location is far abit, but still acceptable. room and clean and comfortable. hotel owner are super friendly, they are ready to help you if you need it. no regret staying here.

The owners were really friendly and can speak English well 😊 They have a very relaxing vibes in the hotel. You can order drinks in their mini café near reception desk and you can drink outside with aome relaxing view.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place with good vibe to stay in Nimman.
I've stayed here only for a day but deeply impressed by the kindness of the host:) I want to appreciate her for helping me out to finding my passport on the day I leave Chiang Mai. When I asked her for a help, she was out but came back to the building to check it out. She literally saved my life!

Great area if you're looking to stay in Nimmanheim; clean and cute, affordable price. Overall great value. Deluxe Queen bed room was surprisingly large with a narrow wraparound balcony. The kind woman who runs it was very responsive and pleasant when we needed to modify our reservation dates.

Highly recommended place to stay for a trip in Chiang Mai. Beautifully furnished rooms with a lot of natural light. Excellent location! And the cappuccino is delicious.

10/10 for impressive nights.Really enjoyed natural light from Full-length window in the morning when I got up.Rooms are perfect. Amenities already provided for you. Lot of plugs around the room which is sooo convenient when you come to staycation. Location also perfect too need only around 3-5 mins walked to Famous cafe,restaurant,Laundry.

I came across this place by a friend’s recommendation. Very cozy & humbly beautiful place for a short or even long stay when in Chiangmai. Strongly recommended for those who prefer to stay in Nimman neighborhood with quick access to cafés, local street food, restaurants, convenience stores, spa & shopping mall. Having no frills and drills, Breadfruit provides sufficient facilities and amenities, bedroom & bathroom are clean. The view on the top floor is spectacular, there is a small balcony for room 401. No worry about carrying your big luggage, the building is equipped with elevator, which is fantastic.
