Excellent! The person who works at night is very good. He helped booking our taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. Amazing stuff!

We had a great four night stay. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location-super quiet, but still near the business district.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city right in the middle of all the action.
Western style hotel and didn't feel corporate. felt like a courtyard marriott with a very local touch.
Location is unbeatable for the price.

Had a perfectly lovely stay at the Old Town Chiang Mai Boutique. It was in a great location, central to everything we wanted to see. Also had a comfy bed and kind staff. 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet soi (laneway) and offers great value accommodation. The rooms have been fully renovated and modernised. They are smallish but kept spotlessly with proper cleaning plus good quality replacement linen and ample towels everyday. There is no room service menu or on site restaurant but there are bars, cafes and restaurants everywhere, within a couple of minutes walk. Parking is also limited but free. Room rates are a bargain for such a good precinct.

Fantastic little hotel in Old Town. Perfect location, extremely clean, great shower, and actually comfy beds. We extended our stay because we liked it so much!
