Alright experience. Room was warm even with AC.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they gave great tips for day trips like the Sticky Waterfall and visiting elephants. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and clean beds. The pool is quite big, but not very comfortable. Overall, a nice hotel and a good stay.

Very lovely staff, helpful for any questions about chiang mai. Rooms are very spacious with a large bed! Very clean rooms, came back to a perfectly made bed, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee everyday. Nice pool area with minimal seating. Great location, small walk to a seven eleven and local night markets. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff. Always come back to a clean room with free waters, coffee & tea. Short walk from an array of night markets. Seven Eleven within a 5 minute walk. Massive bed. Only downside is slightly noisy as our room was next to a petrol station. Would recommend & stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with kind and helpful staff. It’s about 1 km away from night market, so location is also fine. We stayed at the luxury room (I think that’s what it’s called), it was big and clean. Although the bathroom had some troubles with the smell at night. 4/5 is a fair rate. :)

First of all, I have to say the front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming.
The hotel is located in a lively area but is surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
I was traveling with two kids, and they kindly gave us a family room with a balcony. The room was simple, clean, and very comfortable.
Although the hotel has a small entrance, it also has a swimming pool, which was lovely and relaxing.
Overall, it’s a cozy and charming place. Highly recommended!

It was fabulous hotel , with very helpful staff , but the pool of the hotel was just amazing i loved it the most , the rooms were also clean and minimal

There is a strong water pump that makes noise intermittently every 3 to 15 seconds so don’t plan on sleeping. Traffic is loud also. The toilet broke on first use and was told there was no maintenance man at night so just wait until morning (this was 8PM). Hotels usually have basic necessities like toothbrushes and irons in case you forget but not here. You’ll have to make a Lotus or BigC run. The pool is super small and not very clean. The good reviews are super old. If you need a place to sleep or use the bathroom look elsewhere.
