I booked this place for my parents when they visited. Rooms are large and clean and the location is among the best in the old city. The breakfasts offered are cooked on the spot (such as scrambled eggs). Staff was very kind and understanding of me coming and going despite not staying in the hotel.

Stayed one night, after I'd booked for a week. I had multiple issues with it. Noise, actually charging my card prior to arrival, despite being advised I could pay cash on arrival, the noise ftom the building site was ridiculous starting early finishing late. Rooms very tired and threadbare.

Very nice B&B! It's within the old city center where you can visit cheap restaurants and get to know the history of chiang mai. Also the staff is really helpfull and breakfast is really good. You can book nice tours, already within the next day. The "we cook", cooking class is very good!

Nice and comfortable rooms, and also great terrace and swimming pool, not too big but cozy. The staff was very kind and attentive.

This hotel is been run by young people, professional and efficient. Everybody were nice and helpful. Very good cleanliness. The room is according to the price but dated. The location is perfect because is inside the old town and very close to the hipster and party zone.

We stayed here first for one week then came back a month later for 17 days. We are experienced travellers 🧳 So we know what we see.
Staff was so friendly and amazing to us. We got lovely rooms, bed was big considering other hotels, AC is great. Thankfully.
Breakfast we loved many different choices scrambled eggs, toast, fruit rice etc etc.
Price may seem high but you get the value. We stayed here for a while in the busiest time with Songkran and low time. Staff always friendly, helpful and if ask would help us massively.
Some of the reviews on here seem unfair but it is there review. But honestly we have enjoyed it here.

I wouldn't recommend this place, around the area there are many other beautiful hotels for a cheaper price. 2 lady receptionist were not very friendly and professional, one of them made a comment about us, she said "last night you were drunk" .
For 2 nights we got the worst room (paying the highest price) we asked for discount but she said "we are giving you a good price" which want true because we paid the highest price for the best room. After two nights they finally managed to move us to a different room. This room was slightly better.
Breakfast is very poor and the taste of the coffee was bad.

Worst Internet Ever!
Friendly staff; decent enough rooms, but the internet is slower than dial up. If you want to communicate with your friends back home, expect it to be through your 4G or by leaving the property and using Wifi from else.
