Friendly staff. Very close to the airport. Clean. Spacious. Provide hairdryer bottled water instant tea coffee and noodle. I got a private balcony too!

A place very befitting of the boutique tag. Each of the rooms has a different feel and decor and I have stayed here a number of times. A bit far from the old town tourist area (although only a short tuktuk ride) it is very close to the airport as well as a major shopping centre and a smaller shopping area with a number of restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and sanitary. The service from the front desk guy is very good, and there are free snacks and coffee.

The landlady is very welcoming. Although the hotel is small, it is fully equipped, hygienic and clean, and the environment is comfortable.

Just a great moment in this quiet and beautiful place. Not far of the old city and near of the saturday night market. Very clean place and the boss is very devoted. You have all you need in the room.

Great place, it in the heart of downtown but a 100-150 5 min ride to the heart of Chang mai. It's new so some taxis don't know exactly where it is, but there is a famous restaurant next door that all locals know.
