Apple Beachfront Resort in Trat City

The only thing Hotel has to have for me is to be sanitary. If it is sanitary than I give 4 out of 5 stars.

But even for my low standards this is too much for me. There are stains almost everywhere. Instead of folding towels nicely the staff could pick up a cleaning suplies and actualy clean surfaces. I would much more appreciate clean towel rather than nicely folded.

It is not even that big of an effort. It is reallyy clear that owners give 0 care about their business.

Only good thing about this place is the location. But If I could choose again I would get cheaper and much better accomoditation without beach access and then go get some bevarage from the restaurants in the beach (80baht smothie a day). In the end you save money, you get bevarage, plus you get reasonable space to sleep.

Seriously unless you absolutely have to, get something else. I regret this decision. Luckily I am only here for two days.

The room service is totally bad that I visited before almost all hotel journey.

The air conditioner is not cool even the correct setting and the water drop while we open the air conditioner.

The towers is totally dirty which is almost yellow color.

The refill for the room such as water and soap were not refilled.

The washing water is dirty at the shower room.

We go to Koh Chang often, and was optimistic about this place from the comments and location.
The room we booked was luxury balcony... it was ground level and no luxury, smelled really bad...
We upgraded to the beach front for 1000 baht more per night, better room, better smell, but all things in this place need upgrade/maintenance!
Everything was bad, except the location!
Watch out for the shelf in the bathroom, mounted just right for you to hurt your head!
We drive here, and the parking is bad!
Very small space and a lot of motorcycles parking so you can't get out without moving them. And you might have to do it yourself...

Definitely not going back. The hotel staff do nothing to keep it clean. The powder was green, the food was very, very little, and there was no buffet until the last day. Terrible value for money!

This place is a scam.

I understand some people like to give good reviews out of being polite, however this deceives other travelers that want to be informed .

Half of the rooms at their hotel are not adequate for sleeping.

If the room matters to you , booking here will ruin your vacation. There is a big gap between what is advertised and what you get.

The location is good . Many of The rooms are crap - the worst we've seen in kho Chang ;

big chance you will fall on one of these terrible rooms.

If you have a choice - stay away.
