We stayed 6 nights in family room next the beach. Nice room with beautiful view. Very friendly staff in hotel and beach cafe. Breakfast is ok. Elephants come to the beach daily.

I'll start with the positives as that will be quickly written. We had a beach front bungalow which was spacious and had a nice view. The beach is compacted sand and therefore uncomfortable to sit on. There aren't any sunbeds on the beach. The water isn't very clear. There is a lot of seaweed, leaves etc in the water. The breakfast was just ok. Cordial for juice which is poor. There isn't a beach bar but a cafe which is separated from the beach by a road. The food is terrible. We tried 3 times to eat there and then gave up. There are signs everywhere forbidding everything. It felt a bit like a prison camp. I've been to many places in Thailand and this is the last place I would return

A gorgeous bungalow next to the sea, a top-notch beach, excellent service, free breakfasts, free golf cart transportation to anywhere in the village, a great location, everything is close by, overall we really liked everything!

We only stayed here for one night and it's absolutely beautiful. Really enjoyed it. The staff are lovely, the area is lovely and the breakfast was great with both western and Thai options. Book it you won't regret it

Great location,clean and professional. Kai bae is a center place to be in koh chang. Beach of the resort is perfect , Will be back

The service was excellent.
The reception staff uses a translation app, so there's practically no language barrier.
You can take a tuk-tuk from the hotel to the street cafe (which was very useful during the downpour).
The only downside is a leaky shower hose.
We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant. The breakfasts were quite good.

The most wonderful holiday on Koh Chang and in Thailand))) the staff is polite, helpful 🤗 everything is clean, lots of sun loungers: the most comfortable))) the breakfast is varied, the cafe-restaurant during the day is something else 😍 in the evening and during the day it is quiet and cozy))) definitely, next year only here 👌

Clean, right on the beach, great breakfast, good service, staff is all friendly, massage/canoe/paddle board available for use at affordable price. Food is yummy and reasonably priced. We eat in every day. Love this place and beautiful view of the beach

I had a very bad experience there. The breakfast was awful. The cabin is old. Never recommended.
