Mam Kaibae Hotel

Clean room with a beautiful view. Staff are friendly and kind. Beach is wonderful and clean. Never a problem getting a beach chair. You have to walk into town for restaurants and shopping. You can walk along the beach or road. Not much around the hotel. Basics breakfast.

Its a wonderful hotel! Located in perfect quiet place but 5 min walk to the center of the village! Perfectly clean and neat! Everything is made with love and care . Very cozy place . Strange why i not c before ! Will stay here again! Clean white towels and bed sheets And even its 3 star its even better then many 4 star ! Bathroom super clean ! Beach small but private! Stuff great too In the room fast wifi Also u can find in the room many little things which is needed.

We have been staying in this wonderful place for the second year for 3 weeks each time, the second time we thought to diversify the trip - we went looking for another ideal hotel, but we did not find anything better than MAM 😃 We stayed in all the rooms, of course we recommend not the cheapest room. The last time we tried a VIP room with panoramic windows overlooking the sea, 40 square meters. This hotel is for a quiet, relaxing holiday, but everything is nearby, both a supermarket and action. The hotel staff are wonderful ☺️

We loved Mam. Fabulous pool with the most amazing view. Staff were friendly. Beach area is small but fine as we went in low season so not busy. Area is quiet. Breakfast was fine, not the most amazing we’ve had but ample. Only slight negative is that we are 3 people and the beds were pushed together so someone had to sleep on the join which wasn’t so comfortable but it did refer to this in the booking so it wasn’t a surprise.
Overall very good value for money and I would recommend.

We loved the location of this hotel. its right on the beach and only a ten minute walk to the restaurants of Kai Bae. The breakfast was enjoyable, however you clean your table afterwards and its the same every day, but for a family it suits all. The receptionist works very hard and l have to do a shout out to her as she was excellent. Its an easy going hotel, not sure l would stay there again but would recommend. Disliked · The rooms are a little old and the bathrooms very old. The balconies are fantastic and views amazing though! There is no bar or restaurant. Very small sunbathing area which gets busy, pool was quiet enough but unusual being a roof top one

Perfect stay here - deluxe double room - Clean room with large fridge and large bed - Room cleaning every day if you want - good standard - Extra beach towels provided - Rooms very basic but got all you need - Great balcony views of the sea - lovely area to sit on the comfy chairs provided - Very peaceful and quiet area set back off the Main Street but only 5-10 mins walk to the restaurants and shops - Amazing infinity rooftop pool with sunbeds - Friendly and helpful staff - Good breakfast - lovely terraced area to sit overlooking the beach with sunbeds and tables and chairs with a beach shower as well - staff will organise transport to and from trat airport if you require. Things to note: - No restaurant or bar at the hotel, but close walking distances to many restaurants on main road - There is a fridge in reception that sells water, soft drinks and beer so you can buy these here and keep in the room to enjoy on balcony or at the beach (there is also a bottle opener next to fridge in the room). - people are up early in the mornings to reserve the sun beds on the beach terrace (and then don’t use them half the day) so if you want one you’ve got to be quick - this is a shame. - The actual beach is very small at high tide but just up the coast slightly there is a bigger section of beach you can enjoy if you want to sit on the sand. Overall has a brilliant stay here and will definitely be back as we loved it so much!

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Very good location in the busiest and most infrastructure-rich part of the island. 500 meters away there is a 7/11 store, massage parlors, fruit and clothing stalls, a bunch of cafes, everything you need for a vacation. The Kai Bae beach itself is one of the best on the island. The sea is clean, the entry is smooth. The hotel has an area with sun loungers in the shade of trees, places with tables and benches where you can sit, areas for photos (of course, everything is not new, but you can use it). Beach towels are freely available, you can take them without restrictions. If you swim 300 meters, there are small reefs with fish, there is something to see with a mask. On the 4th floor there is a pool with cool water and a gorgeous view of the sea. We took a standard room. The room is certainly worn out, but you can live. It is better to take either a superior room or a deluxe, they are much better. Room cleaning upon request. Water was brought and left in a bag on the door every day. Breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. I missed sweet buns or pancakes. For this money, I think it is one of the best options!

Great location. Nice pool. Decent enough breakfast. Good value for money. Tad rundown, but general all good. Staff were quick to sort any problems, our shower wasn't working on day three, fixed pretty quickly.
