Perfectly located for everything! Amazing little hideaway in the hustle and bustle yet so peaceful on the resort.. impossible to imagine until you go and see for yourself.. oddly just tucked away along a tiny side road almost like an alley.. live music on Sundays nights from Mouse the owner is definately worth a visit.. This place should be at least 4 stars! We loved our 10 night stay in room 113 and woulnt hesitate to return. Almost forgot to mention the amazing breakfast all cooked to order perfect dippy eggs and crispy bacon! Amazing value for money. And each day twice a day you can see the elephants getting a bath on the beach x

I have not stayed at this hotel. I reached out to ask about availability. They informed me aboit it amd I wanted to reaerve a room. Meanwhile my preferred room became unavailable. I booked less preferred room. They confirmed and asked me to let them know if wanted to cancel. I found another place and informed them asap. They responded that they blacklisted me ( put me on DNR list). What a hospitality and practice! I have never experienced such. And no worries I will avoid booking your place and glad that I am not staying.

Lovely little boutique hotel, Mousse the owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humour. Every member of staff were very friendly, and always smiling. Very comfy bed with lovely smelling toiletries. Large room with plenty of hanging space, and a lovely large fridge too cool our beers 😀 Good selection for breakfast, all cooked to order. Sunbeds we're the most comfortable out of all our hotel stays. Lovely well kept gardens. So close to all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away to not hear any of the noise. Only one minor criticism, the outside chairs need new pads as they are very well worn, and the arms of the chairs could do with a scrub. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 😁

Nice friendly resort. The location is very good. The rooms are quiet due to being set back away from the main road. Walkway through the grounds could do with better illumination as the slabs are not all level. Rooms are slightly dated. Breakfast is good. Quite a bit more expensive than other accommodation in the area.

Great location, central to everything. Friendly staff, especially the gardener who was always smiling. Great breakfast, varied and tasty. Fantastic pool. The only slight negative was the pathway leading to the room, which was not well lit and uneven in places.

We didnt have a reservation because we are traveling without a proper plan, but we "walked in" to the resort based on good google reviews. Gladly there was available bungalows left and we stayed there for 3 nights. And yes I have to agree with the good reviews, I think this place has a great value for the money.

Location of The Garden Resort is good. Its just a bit further away from the loud main road, but still on a walking distance to restaurants, Kai Bae beach etc. Garden looking resort is peaceful and the owners definitely have a good vision for the place and maintain the garden/pool area well.

September is a quiet season, but I definitely enjoyed that part on the resort. It felt that you walked into your own "quiet bubble", I think the other guests thought the same.

There was a nice order-based breakfast menu: different omelets, rice soup (khao tom), fried rice (khao phad) etc. besides to cereals and bread. Rooms are also nice-looking and comfortable, cleaned every day.

This hotel was the perfect spot to explore Koh Chang! Super close to everything you could need, but nestled away in nature. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing 11 days. Pool was awesome and clean. Very quiet as your off the road. Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Great Italian restaurant with 20% Off in monsoon season and other restaurants less than 50 metres. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was okay and was willing to change menu if needed. Grounds men were great, always around if needed. Owner was great allowing us to leave a few days earlier than expected.

Wonderful place! Rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen in the master unit has all the equipment for cooking yourself.
Amazing location. Close to great restaurants, laundry, tours and beach.
Staff was friendly and very flexible in every thing needed.
Would definitely come back here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Garden Resort from 9th November for 22 nights. The host Mause and his wife along with all the staff are fabulous. Our room by the pool which was open 24hrs and had a lovely 3 meter deep end was perfect, our room was cleaned daily with the bed linen changed every three days or sooner if required, the bathroom towels were very clean and replaced as requested, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, the shower provided hot water with a decent pressure every time regardless of time of day, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Mause is always on hand to give any help and advice you need, he has a wicked dry sense of humour with a lot of funny stories to tell, we will definitely stay here again in the future. It’s location is perfect, right by the bars and restaurants and there are some unbelievable beaches close by with small restaurants that provide sun beds for free as long as you buy drinks or food.
