Unfortunately I can’t rate different if I could I would give a 0 star. Unfortunately our hotel has been closed earlier for some reasons and this one was the alternative hotel ( if I only knew it 🤦‍♀️)
Water given only the first night ( one bottle) for the rest of your stay you have to buy your own water. It was a real shock!
Food was alright we haven’t had any issues finding the best way to eat something to survive and not get poisoned.Kitchen stuff ( front line who cook's like eggs , pizza… ) the white robes so dirty that looking at it you’re losing your appetite…pizza freshly made on a daily basis but without gloves and it’s in front of all guests and much more to mention…
Entertainment/ animation lovely boys have nothing against them just everything so boring… limited music day time ( especially in the afternoon) felt like all hotel has a afternoon nap 😏
Unfortunately hotel has no direct beach & it’s short and most discussing walk to it. Rubbish everywhere, construction sites, the smell I can’t describe 🤢

Anyway it was a first a nightmare holiday!

I enjoyed my stay at the hôtel. It is a little tired but the rooms are spacious and the staff were nothing but helpful throughout the holiday.
The buffet is decent, the location is good just a short walk to the beach( you do pass by a pumping station which stinks bad but that isn't anything to do with the hotel).
It's a bargain basement hôtel and if you want high luxury you need to look elsewhere. If you want value for money you'll find it at the Petit Palais et spa.

Disappointing Experience & Not Worth the Price

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. Despite having great potential, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Room Conditions:
The rooms were not clean, the shower didn’t function properly, and in some rooms, the air conditioning was broken making the stay quite uncomfortable.

Dining:
The food was decent, but there were no options available for vegan guests, which is a significant drawback in today’s hospitality standards.

Staff & Service:
The staff were very slow to respond to requests and lacked professionalism, which added to the frustration during the stay.

Noise Levels:
Loud music is played in the afternoons, making it difficult to rest or take a nap during the day.

Value for Money:
The prices are quite high compared to the quality of services and facilities offered. The experience simply does not justify the cost.

To Conclude
While the hotel has potential, poor maintenance, unprofessional service, lack of guest comfort, and high prices make it a place I cannot recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel for family vacation or even friends trip , i had a great time during my vacation here 🤩
The staff is super friendly helpful and polite from the receptionist to room service to the animation dudes to the chefs , most of them speak English, french and german ...
The rooms are clean and super comfy spacious and new .
The food is delicious and has a wide variety for each meal from tunisian cuisine to international known dishes ( like pizza, fries,, ratatouille...) the only drawback is the juice which isn't real juice it's those pouder bags .
The pool is the nicest place of the hotel
The hotel doesn't have access to the beach, but you can follow the front street in about 3 minutes walking you'll find it and i recommend wearing crocs for there are some rocks in the water.

To be honest "Le petit palais " is very beautiful .. it is situated in à Good place where you can find everything you want . The rooms are comfortable, i liked The food and the drinks . I also enjoyed swimming in The swimming pool. Merci beaucoup à l'animateur #Oussama we played With him a lot. ❤❤❤❤❤

Short stay at the Petit Palais. Very nice home. Nice room, always well cleaned and with particularly attentive room staff. Well, the TV is limited to encrypted mode, some Arabic, German and Russian channels (?). Small terrace. Superb swimming pool. Simple cuisine, not very varied, not masses of choice, but quality. Very attentive and attentive catering staff. This is the strong point of the establishment, its staff. It would be good to put a menu of drinks available. Proposes (with a certain insistence, but it is local custom) activities in parallel with those of the agencies. Beach with deckchairs reserved for hotel guests. An unpretentious but efficient place. All we need is to get rid of the plastic pollution that is plaguing this beautiful peninsula.

Nice hotel Very clean rooms. Bo'ne food pleasant staff pleasant setting Very large and well maintained swimming pool. Entertainment every evening activities in the hotel and outside by a group of competent entertainers. A mini club is available for families with children

Great service, nice people, they care about our relaxation. If you lose something, you can count on the staff to tell it to you :) peace and quiet, in June you get the impression that there is no one here :) nice rooms, very friendly place. Greetings to all the staff and Junior!
