I gave a star for the rating, but if I found a lower rating, I would have given it. I have visited many hotels, but I haven't seen any worse than this. I wish they would close it before they continue with these services.
As for the room, the smell of Al-Nidaa is killing me.
They wrote a note on the door for the resident to clean his room by himself.
The restaurant is a real disaster. For dinner, they put 10 dand and a little safety, considering it's a university student restaurant.
The smell of the ONAS drain is killing me. I don't know where it came from.
They had a shafa and a toba and f

Serious family event a few days before the stay in the middle of the busy month of June, request to postpone the stay to September (less busy period). In this case, they want to charge a cancellation fee of the amount of the night (more than 500 euros). Unless they ask a dying person for a medical certificate (do they really realize what they are asking).

This place is more of a spa than a hotel.
My husband and I stayed there and were disappointed with the setting.
The hotel is outdated and needs a refresh; there's no atmosphere, the hotel is practically deserted.
A major drawback is the restaurant, which offers a very basic and poorly prepared buffet.
A major plus is the bed and pillows; they are very comfortable. The staff is also attentive and very friendly, and the pool is nice; they don't use too much chlorine.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel because it has many drawbacks. Weak air conditioning, meaning the room is hot. Subpar food. Lack of a private beach. Overall, it's rubbish. Final score: 3/20

The most rotten hotel for a 4 star hotel in terms of quality/price, very dirty, dried excrement in the outdoor shower near the pool which has not been cleaned for days, very bad food, every meal the same thing, reheated chicken at every meal, breakfast with a minimum, bread that smells of racis, cheap fish with quantities of stops. Dessert non-existent apart from green melon and prunes and ice cream that's all.... Merguez and chicken at every meal, green salad we didn't see a single leaf apart from tomatoes and olives... for more than 150 Euro per day we had a thousand times better in Tunisia the other times.. so an ibis budget is much better than this hotel, so disappointed except the only positive thing is the people who work there are super nice and helpful.... Really I expected a minimum for a 4 star. So I will never return to this place. So avoid it because there are better ones and this is the 4th time I have been and I speak from experience!!!

The hotel isn't bad at all, but it's not well run. The rooms are decent and spacious, and very clean, which is what I liked most.
However, the pool isn't very inviting, even though it's thermal water; it needs to be maintained.
The food is delicious despite the complete absence of cakes and sweets for four days. The quantities are also minimal; if you don't arrive early, you won't find a salad or croissant. There isn't much choice of food compared to other 4-star hotels.
I give it 3 stars for the cleanliness and the professionalism of the welcome. As for the entertainment and atmosphere, it's very quiet. I recommend it for relaxing and getting away from the noise and stress.

Non-existent entertainment, and the staff are arrogant and unpleasant to guests.
Absolutely no hygiene (the pool was a dark green color with mold, dirty towels, ants on the beds—no exaggeration).
There were very few choices at the restaurant.
