This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed. Tui and loveholidays UK are disgraceful for making their customers go through such an ordeal. Unsafe, unhygienic. Banging noise at 1 in the morning. Let me start with the fact that if you are looking for an All inclusive holiday with delicious food, drinks and colorful cocktails, it is not in Tunisia. Opinions on this come from different people from other hotels. They all had similar experiences. It will be better if you eat outside the hotel.

I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Some peoples expectations are beyond belief and their wholly negative comments are unwarranted.

Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good. On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff at reception were very accommodating and the chefs were top notch. The food selection was good. The bar staff fantastic. I came for 1 week but wish I had booked for longer. I was given a room on the 2nd floor, which was hard for me due to health, after speaking with reception I was moved to a ground floor room the following morning, which was appreciated. We came over to Tunisia from England and took a trip to the north and visited Tabarka. We had a great time staying here! We had 2 rooms - a double and a family room. Both rooms were immaculately clean and modern and the family room bathroom even had a jacuzzi bath! The receptionist was not friendly, the hotel has no real park, bad breakfast and the area is very noisy but central. Not worthy compared to the price that I paid.

Went there for 1 night, clean rooms, breakfast wasn’t bad, the mattresses are a little bit hard that’s why i am giving it 4 stars only.

A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

The service is very pleasant. The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The menu is the same. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful.

A great hotel with excellent facilities. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well catwred. There is a wide range of activities provided by the 'Animation' team, archery, boules and fitness etc. In the evening there is Bingo, Karaoke etc. The team ensure that everyone is involved and enjoying their holidays.

Hotel was good. If you like cheap all inclusive then you'll love it. Hammemet itself was almost completely closed so unless you like staying in the resort only then go later in the year (season starts June)

Hotel rooms are basic and dated! Food was okay. The staff are what makes this hotel! The animation team are amazing and create a great atmosphere around the pool! Staff at hotel were fantastic. If you are diabetic prepare to buy your own Coke Zero etc, no diet drinks served. Rooms are basic, no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities.
