It was overall acceptable stay..good food..good service..but we took 2 points coz the music was out loud all day..so noisy that we can't have a sleep.. Another problem was that we couldn't manage our booking..

Very Average hotel, not good and not bad. The guys aren’t briefed it’s an ******* VIP hotel, an ******* traveler is a standard traveler for them. Restaurant service is very average, you need to ask and re-ask again the staff in order to get the service.

The whole hotel is relatively quiet, giving people a sense of security. The breakfast service staff downstairs is very friendly. You can order fried eggs and sometimes beef liver. But there is no place to go around.

Despite the splendid view, we had a very bad restaurant experience. Food was below average. There is no variety. We had to wait for clean plates several times. There is a shortage of staff. It was great staying here, the vibes are nice animators were awesome late evening shows were my favourite, the rooms are clean and simple, the food is not the best but they can work on it more to improve it, i liked the beach and the swimming pool is just so nice especially under the little bridge.

The hotel is located in the Medina. There are eateries nearby. The hotel itself is very charming. The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly.
