It's close to the airport, making it quite convenient for getting around. The name is easy to remember (surprisingly, this is a plus? I don't speak the language, but it seems many people know it, including taxi drivers, so...), and the staff are friendly. There are several embassies nearby, so the area should be relatively safe. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is good, the location is easy to find, and the environment is good. When you leave the hotel gate, go straight for more than 400 meters. There is a large local supermarket, Tunisia Mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.

The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it .

My stay at the hotel was really amazing, the check in and check out was very fast, the rooms are big, bed and the linien comfy. I would like to say special thanks to Mr Ramzi! He is a wonderful, helpful person, speaking several languages, made my stay feel amazing with his help he offered to me.

I loved staying here. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely and big. Bathroom included a bathtub. There was a nice area to relax in the room between the bedroom and bathroom. Also there was a nice workspace alcove by the bedroom. The staff organized my trips for me and allowed me late checkout. Fantastic hotel in the heart of Douz. Close to everything. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Paid 25 Dinar a night and it included a basic breakfast. The central courtyard is very nice, the water pressure is great and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Overpriced and cramped compared to other budget hotels nearby. The rooms surrounding the courtyard have shared facilities only, and cost 25 TD. Rooms with private bathrooms go for 30, but are tiny, dark, and tucked away at the back. Calling it a 3 star hotel is a joke!

Just back home after our 3rd visit to our favourite Hotel in Tunisia. TUI Royal Kenz. This last Visit was for 3wks. What can I say. Nice hotel in local architecture and style. Although some areas need renovation, the rooms remain nice and cosy, the pool is great and the buffet restaurants offers very good food!! Dinner variety is much better than breakfast and bar drinks are in amazing prices.
