A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

The service is very pleasant. The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The menu is the same. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel in local architecture and style. Although some areas need renovation, the rooms remain nice and cosy, the pool is great and the buffet restaurants offers very good food!! Dinner variety is much better than breakfast and bar drinks are in amazing prices.

Beautiful hotel and great service especially from the waiters at the restaurant. Very conveniently placed too as it is only a short walk or taxi ride away from most must-see places in town. It was a nice overnight stay at the hotel while visiting the Sahara region of Tunisia. I don't think you can book this hotel, only being avalilable for overnight stays, but it looks amazing and the pool is awesome! Everything others say is true. They have great facilities, friendly staff and the rooms look good. However, I had one bad experience. Do not let your food touch the tables directly. It's close to the airport, making it quite convenient for getting around. The name is easy to remember (surprisingly, this is a plus? I don't speak the language, but it seems many people know it, including taxi drivers, so...), and the staff are friendly. There are several embassies nearby, so the area should be relatively safe. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is good, the location is easy to find, and the environment is good. When you leave the hotel gate, go straight for more than 400 meters. There is a large local supermarket, Tunisia Mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.

The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it .

Very Average hotel, not good and not bad. The guys aren’t briefed it’s an ******* VIP hotel, an ******* traveler is a standard traveler for them. Restaurant service is very average, you need to ask and re-ask again the staff in order to get the service.
