So the hotel is clean and very good service with very good food. Different food every day. The staff are amazing and the outside areas are clean and tidy always with very good service.

It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area

The location is ideal: just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and the medina. It's excellent value for money for Hammamet

The room was very clean and the hotel was in a good location. It was very convenient to eat in the city center and to walk to the Hammamet Castle. The front desk service was very good

The room was not big but well decorated. The freshly squeezed orange juice was of good quality and made in front of you

From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order

I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle

Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)

The food was good, although for dinner I was missing more options for children. The grilled dishes were a minus for me – they were either undercooked or too overdone

I have just returned from a 5-day all inclusive trip to this hotel and have to confess to a disappointing experience - compared to another hotel nearby where my late husband and I stayed many times

Whilst the location was good, on the beach, the food in the restaurant was not very varied, and indeed not even hot a lot of the time. I was especially frustrated by no BOILING WATER for tea (I don't drink coffee)

On the positive side (yes!!), the pools were very good, the animation team were brilliant, and the staff were wonderful - working very hard for our pleasure

We also had a lovely treatment at the SPA and indoor pools. I also managed an afternoon on the wonderful golf course - 2km from the hotel, a very cheap taxi ride

The general manager was an excellent friendly gentleman who celebrated my daughter’s birthday by sending a cake to our dining table as soon as he realized her birthday was the day before

The DJ was a very cool and nice gentleman who played Persian music as soon as I asked for it. The only negative point was that the desserts weren’t refilled after being finished. All in all, it’s a fabulous resort

A large warm indoor seawater pool with hydrojets. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and good at their job even though it is Ramadan

Thanks to Ashraf at the gym for providing an excellent one to one personal training session in the gym. Breakfast was great but recommend eating out in the evening

Clean and well maintained in the business district. You definitely need a car or taxi! I was so pleasantly surprised. Could do with an outdoor pool as the indoor one was under maintenance, but I am being fussy

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 11 day holiday at this lovely hotel (family of 4, 15 & 12 yr old) and had the best time

However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property for several reasons: the lack of certain hygiene items (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs), some imperfect finishes in the bathroom (particularly the silicone), and the condition of some sun loungers

It was a little dated but that did not detract from our holiday, it’s the start of the season and you could see maintenance and gardening staff busy getting everything ready. The food was lovely, something for everyone

In fact the bar staff everywhere were lovely. The pools were great, chilly but bareable. Slides were fantastic, my children loved them. Special mention to Nabil & Yassine, they were incredible at the slides

Service was incredible, the staff were very attentive. We regularly had Hamdi as our waiter in the main restaurant and he was very efficient, friendly and polite. As were all the staff at the snack bar

Although this is a five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated since it was renovated over 20 years ago

We celebrated my sister’s brunch at Palais Royal Hotel (before El Hamem), and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the entire restaurant was reserved just for us

It was also very difficult to book the themed restaurants we went out of season and still couldn’t get a booking, so I can only imagine how hard it would be during peak times, food was good though

Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants

Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating

The room is very small. There are many tables by the pool. Almost no one dares to swim. It is too close and the pool is very small.

Breakfast buffet excellent as we're the staff. Good security as key card needed for lift. Staff all wore masks

I stayed one night in Sfax for a business trip, which was my first visit to the city. The hotel staff was helpful and promptly attended to my check-in. The food and drink were excellent

The hotel dinner buffet was quite expensive, but the quality of food was high and they stay open till late so it's a good option during the curfew

We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed

The food is pretty decent - lots of choice - with waffles and crepes at breakfast time, a massive buffet for lunch and dinner (including chicken, beef, fish and sometimes shrimp), salad bar, soup, ice-cream and cakes

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them

But I did the water exercise class with Ryan, which was a lot of fun. Ryan was very friendly - he deserves a special mention. And the show at night, with a dance troupe and a belly dancer, was pretty cool

After two days, I felt ike I was ready to explode. I can't imagine how you'd survive eating all-you-can-eat meals three times a day, for much longer than that! The drinks are mediocre though

Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good

The beach is about 100 meters away, but it's a pleasant walk along a shaded path. The food is excellent—varied, fresh, with fruit and ice cream

Nice stqy brilliant overall but lacked in some bits the food was ok but got served raw meat at one point staff brilliant cleaners clean everyday thoroughly entertainers are excellent would reccomend just watch out for the food

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia

Each evening there is an optional dress and I particularly loved the white dress night, where my friend and I were invited to a ceremony put on by management, and certificates were given to the people who had won certain games like bowls, beach volly ball

For the food and restaurant, again waiters, were willing to go out of their way and assist me whenever I needed help in carrying or getting food, which was really sweet and helpful. Always smiling! The food was great

A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

Wonderful hotel, three swimming pools, we lived on the first floor, you leave the room and go straight to the pool! Polite staff, cleaning every day, excellent, varied cuisine, seafood, we were even lucky to try shark, attentive waiters in the dining room, thank you very much! We rested in Medina Belisar from September 19 to 26, 2019. Good 4*, excellent cuisine, nothing too salty or spicy, it’s hard to list everything

Customer service can't be beaten. There is a good variety of food and drinks. Entertainment team are fab especially Easy who takes the time with you to get to know you personally

good beach, according to stories from other hotels, we had a private beach. the only negative is the sun beds without mattresses and the umbrellas are too small
