It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area
The location is ideal: just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and the medina. It's excellent value for money for Hammamet
Excellent breakfast menu
Lively neighborhood
Local stores and restaurants nearby
Would definitely come back
The room was very clean and the hotel was in a good location. It was very convenient to eat in the city center and to walk to the Hammamet Castle. The front desk service was very good
The room was not big but well decorated. The freshly squeezed orange juice was of good quality and made in front of you
From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day
The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show
the best animation team in the world, Azer and Amin. Perfect atmosphere and great place. Beautiful beach and sunrises.
The best hotel in Tunisia, we came back here after 3 years for the second time with all family
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order
I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle
Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)
Mahdia, B.P. 217, Avenue Taher Sfar, Route de la Corniche, Hiboun 🧭 Map
The best five-star hotel in Mahdia, a small seaside town in Tunisia, is located right on the beach
All staff have been excellent! Made it such a great experience
Clean rooms, friendly service, complete facilities, including a small shop, game room, swimming pool, hammam, spa, daily dinner, beach access, and several beach activities such as ATV, horse riding, and beach volleyball
During my stay in the winter off-season, the lowest price was 200 TND per night, including two meals (breakfast and dinner), which was very good value. During peak tourist season, it would probably cost around 1000 TND
There is a city tax of 12 TND per night for tourists. The rooms have bathtubs and sea-view balconies; every morning I woke up to see the sea changing colors depending on the weather. The hotel restaurant is large
Excellent hotel! Impeccable clean sea and beach, friendly staff, delicious cuisine, in the morning the table is not rich, but you can always find tasty treats, I was pleased with the morning fresh and pate with delicious cheese and always fresh bread
The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...
What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue
It made meals so much easier with children, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be having more snack options available later in the evening
The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special
They put on amazing themed events like Colour Fest on the beach, BBQ nights, White Night, Pink Night, and pool parties. There are fun activities every day, and with the water park on site, there’s always something to do
The on-site shops are great too. I bought a beautiful ring from the jeweller during our first visit, and when I brought it back this year, he kindly fixed a small diamond that had fallen out and gave it a full clean
Hammamet, Villa De Charme Hammamet, Yasmine Hammamet 🧭 Map
Excellent level of service and staff
Room half broken but very nice friendly staff and nice place. Food was average like most hotels. Good experiences and activities such as boat trip. Overall 6.7/10
It was also very difficult to book the themed restaurants we went out of season and still couldn’t get a booking, so I can only imagine how hard it would be during peak times, food was good though
Download the app to get the best of your stay and you can book in for excersise classes ect. Great football pitch and tennis courts. The night time bar was like going back to a 90s night club but we liked that
I did tell a rep about it so I just hope it has been investigated. On a good note my husband who eats meat said the food was great, no theme nights tho
Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants
An absolutely stunning place with great service. It boasts stunning views over the sea. the food is great and the Spa is excellent. Special shout out to Soumaya in the Spa, she’s terrific
Good breakfast with wide choice. I took with me most amazing memories, after quite long time aftertaste is still there! Will return 100% ?❤️
Tunisian restaurant food was good but the desert was a bit small. Tried the Slow cooked lamb and Mloukhia as well as Ravioli from the international restaurant. Breakfast was good with many options
Very good rooms and staff are polite, english speaking and welcoming. Nice bar and perfect views of the sea
We were given warm face towels and mint tea on arrival while waiting for check in
Two restaurants one international food and other one Tunisian. The mattress is not the best and it has a curve in it. I dont think its best quality mattress
All was perfect the staff , the servicew the breakfast on the morning and the place inside hotel ..wonderful
Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful
Reception and housekeeping don't know what work is it, unhelpful. F&b manager the best came to tell us good buy and waved to a bus
I would like to thank you for hospitality and your outstanding customer service which we received throughout the stay. The food was excellent and the waiter and bartenders were also outstanding
The excellent work put in by the animators made the stay very fun and we would happily return and recommend this hotel with a kpleasure
Great trip I enjoyed each minute in my stay and excellent Animation group. Perfect holiday
Very good, very distinctive, professional service team
The room is very small. There are many tables by the pool. Almost no one dares to swim. It is too close and the pool is very small.
Breakfast buffet excellent as we're the staff. Good security as key card needed for lift. Staff all wore masks
I had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. Everything was good — the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
I stayed one night in Sfax for a business trip, which was my first visit to the city. The hotel staff was helpful and promptly attended to my check-in. The food and drink were excellent
The hotel dinner buffet was quite expensive, but the quality of food was high and they stay open till late so it's a good option during the curfew
All good reviews
Facilities: 💯
Sanitation: 💯
Service: 💯
Service: 💯
We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed
Entertainment was great and there is always something to do throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and am sad to leave. Thank you so much for everything
The food is pretty decent - lots of choice - with waffles and crepes at breakfast time, a massive buffet for lunch and dinner (including chicken, beef, fish and sometimes shrimp), salad bar, soup, ice-cream and cakes
This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them
But I did the water exercise class with Ryan, which was a lot of fun. Ryan was very friendly - he deserves a special mention. And the show at night, with a dance troupe and a belly dancer, was pretty cool
After two days, I felt ike I was ready to explode. I can't imagine how you'd survive eating all-you-can-eat meals three times a day, for much longer than that!
The drinks are mediocre though
Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good
But I had the 5 best days of my life thank you Djerba Aqua Resort!
The beach is about 100 meters away, but it's a pleasant walk along a shaded path. The food is excellent—varied, fresh, with fruit and ice cream
Nice stqy brilliant overall but lacked in some bits the food was ok but got served raw meat at one point staff brilliant cleaners clean everyday thoroughly entertainers are excellent would reccomend just watch out for the food
On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia
Each evening there is an optional dress and I particularly loved the white dress night, where my friend and I were invited to a ceremony put on by management, and certificates were given to the people who had won certain games like bowls, beach volly ball
I’ve travelled all over the world and I’ve got to say this hotels service has got to be one of the best treatments I have ever received, making the hotel feel like my home
The room is relatively large in Tunisia at the same price, the lake view is good, the hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast is quite rich
The rooms were clean, and it had a beautiful view of a lake. There was also a spa and a pool. This is honestly 1 of the best hotels here in Tunis,
I am staying right now at the hotel after being in different cities and hotels during a week and I can say it's the best one until one
One Day meeting at the lobby bar where I enjoyed a good service from available team (drinks and lunch were served promptly)
Wonderful hotel, three swimming pools, we lived on the first floor, you leave the room and go straight to the pool! Polite staff, cleaning every day, excellent, varied cuisine, seafood, we were even lucky to try shark, attentive waiters in the dining room, thank you very much! Animation every day, children's discos, performances
The bar staff and waiters can't do enough you are never without a drink! Animation team all friendly so keen to make your holiday the best possible! We can't wait to come back again
We rested in Medina Belisar from September 19 to 26, 2019. Good 4*, excellent cuisine, nothing too salty or spicy, it’s hard to list everything
Customer service can't be beaten. There is a good variety of food and drinks. Entertainment team are fab especially Easy who takes the time with you to get to know you personally
good beach, according to stories from other hotels, we had a private beach. the only negative is the sun beds without mattresses and the umbrellas are too small
A great hotel with excellent facilities. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well catwred
everything was good, animations, food was excellent, best hotel in Djerba, can recommend to anyone, you’ll have a good holiday here:)
Hotel is good i like it so mush we Turner her Thats sure animation is the Best we love Hotel Best animator yacine blond hair
I was there last month with my family, and I wanted to come back again, so in September I came back alone. I really enjoy it. I have a lot of animator friends here so it’s my best time here.
Animation is very good pool is beautiful food is ok. People I met here were so nice and elegant at once. They have their own beach so it’s a huge plus for them.
People incredible, good service. The activities proposed by the team Bravo each day are well organized and fun. The Yadis staff are always happy to assist you
Will be good for the future to renovate the rooms infrastructure are dated
Ms Haifa at the reception is sweet and helpful and very professional
All the staff in the restaurant in the morning they work really really hard
Housekeeping staff is kind, clean and helpful
The rooms will need some renovations soon as it is getting older
Excellent Service and food
The Hotel has a magnificent view, but i believe the staff is even more magnificent than the view. Mr Adel Concierge Supervisor has saved the day more than once with his experience and excellent communication skills
Breakfast is fantastic ,even with ample organic choices. Good menu choice and subtle but delicious tastes. On the down side: the room was not clean enough and needs a touch up
Yasmine,Akram and Ashour took an extra mile to help with explaining the menu and did there best to make the meal delightful
Modern and spacious with fantastic view. Very professional and friendly service. Our room ( EXEC BEACH FRONT) was spacious and well equiped with a comfortable bed. Wifi works well throughout the hotel
The journey through the thermal area—sauna, hammam, and the stunning indoor pool—was a flawless prelude to the treatment. This spa provides the ultimate relaxation experience
Mahdia, BP 196 Zone Touristique, 5111, Hiboun 🧭 Map
It is an incredible hotel! With beautiful territory, pool is enormous! The staff is extremely hospitable and they really work hard to make the services the best👍 they are attentive to their clients and obligations
Check-in experience has to be improved. Long waiting time, no line, total disaster. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Food is good and varied, yet it can get overcrowded during the weekends
Our stay at the hotel was great. The location is amazing and the beach water is cristal clear. The food is generally good and within the norm of Tunisian hotels
I arrived early in the morning, around 7 a. , and was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room and settled in by 10 a. I stayed in Sector B, in a very quiet room with a partial sea view that always smelled like flowers
Title: Beautiful Arabic-Style Hotel with a Dreamy Beach
I recently stayed at Caribbean World Mahdia and had a wonderful time. The hotel is built in a traditional Arabic style, which gives it so much charm and character
And as a general note for Tunisia, I wish people would be more careful about littering, both in the city and on the beach. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a relaxing seaside holiday, and I would happily return
The food was good, although for dinner I was missing more options for children. The grilled dishes were a minus for me – they were either undercooked or too overdone
Beutiful place, lovely maintenance. Best choice for a family. I recomend for everyone...
I have just returned from a 5-day all inclusive trip to this hotel and have to confess to a disappointing experience - compared to another hotel nearby where my late husband and I stayed many times
Whilst the location was good, on the beach, the food in the restaurant was not very varied, and indeed not even hot a lot of the time. I was especially frustrated by no BOILING WATER for tea (I don't drink coffee)
On the positive side (yes!!), the pools were very good, the animation team were brilliant, and the staff were wonderful - working very hard for our pleasure
We also had a lovely treatment at the SPA and indoor pools. I also managed an afternoon on the wonderful golf course - 2km from the hotel, a very cheap taxi ride
Very good and beautiful hotel compared to the price 👌🏻
Nice people
Have good look
Good food for their price
WiFi bad
Good room
Location to far from the city
No animation
Average service. Greetings to Hashem, Mohammed Al-Amin, and the entire reception team for the wonderful service provided❤️❤️. The negative thing is that the manager, Montaser, always looks frowning and lacks a smile
A very beautiful boutique hotel with excellent value for money, standard service, excellent environment, and rich breakfast. Will come again next time.
Amazing experience. This is my favorite hotel. The staff and the spa are the best.
A beautiful hotel set in a quiet corner of the Medina. Staff were helpful. Breakfast up on the roof was also good. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The hotel was clean, the service was good, and I had a comfortable stay
We spent New Year's Eve with our family in this magnificent house, located in La Medina. It is large and comfortable, ideal for six guests. We were very well looked after by the owner.
The villa feels like home, the service attitude is great, the location has a long history, and the surrounding blue and white buildings have a strong flavor. Come back next time
We stayed in a junior suite and really enjoyed our time. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful
Any reasonable person should feel very good about what they are getting for the cost of their stay. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was
There doesn't seem to be any room for improvement at this hotel. Everything here, especially the service, is very high quality
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the food tastes great!
The only downside is that many of the service staff in Tunisia speak French rather than English, which can make things a bit difficult
Although the hotel is a bit far from the main historical attractions, it’s still located in the city center. Breakfast was above average compared to other hotels in Tunisia
