until I complained and reception made me write a agreement to delete my online feedback as a Condition to change my room which is Quite unprofessional to require that. New room was far better though, bigger shower too

luggage guy took 2 tips, once from my wife and didn't say she tipped him already when i tipped him. Room was uncomfortably hot and AC didnt work entire hotel, tv didn't work, bathroom light broken, room for broken

Breakfast had decent options but staff took my silverware even after i told him to leave it and next day took my wife's newly obtained cup of cereal right in front of her, ridiculous

Paid for Sea View was given a view entirely of a dirty roof which held security concern of outside people entering from the balcony or peeping

Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes

We stayed at this hotel for two nights only and wished our stay there was longer. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Tunisia. There was a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel itself was lovely, everywhere

The rooms are well appointed, and importantly the bed were comfortable, and we slept well! One evening we sat in the bar and musicians played, mostly instrumental songs, and young people were there to encourage older individuals to dance

Cool hotel, great service and a good selection of food on the buffet, the beach is sometimes with seaweed, but you should not pay attention to it, a large area. It won't be boring

Information for other travellers: safe key is 3TND a night (November 2025), and the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low (showers were still pleasant, but I chose not to wash my hair there as it would have taken ages)

I stayed at the Medina Solaria Hotel in Tunisia. It was very interesting, the room was excellent, and the animation team was incredibly kind.

The hotel itself is clean and spacious, with good facilities (lovely outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa area, tennis court, private area of beach, 24 hour bar inside serving alcohol, non alcoholic, tea, coffee, bottled water etc

He's just happy to chat! Same can be said for the hotel photographer, Na'eem (sorry if not spelt correctly)! Chatted to us daily, always asked how we slept, if we had a good day etc

Bars also poolside and at the beach. Excursions can be booked at the hotel. All well run and reasonably priced. The quad biking was great fun! We were out from 8am, and arrived back to the hotel around midday

The breakfast now doesn't even reach the standards of a three-star hotel. The cleanliness is still excellent, but you'll be negatively impacted by the reduced service due to the distance to the shops

To be honest, I used to visit with my family in previous years and the service was excellent, but it seems their services have declined since the end of summer

I visited this hotel a few times over the last 10 years. Their service is still good and most of the clients including us were enjoying their accommodation.

Great! The only problem was paying the tourist tax, I didn't get the legal rate (Tunisian traveler) I had to pay the European rate despite presenting a Tunisian identity card. Not very fair... but hey, no big deal

The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road

It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful

The Spa resort is good but is currently being improved so its not at full capacity but im sure when its fully functional it will be great

The stay was nit good initially. We were promised an upgrade and instead received a downgrade to one room and room view. Towels and gowns were ripped and stained. Mugs and cups not provided for 3rd resident

Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m

As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach)

It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful

We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city

Lobby and place next to the bar was good but it will probably look better when it will be in the middle of season and everything will be open (some bars were closed due to the weather and the fact we were there at the start of march) Location is great it is near everywhere and if anyone wants to visit the city the taxi is always available and no more than 2 euro (5 dinar)
