Even if I don't comment on anything else, the staff were excellent and really helpful, going above and beyond for our needs. Highly recommended

Wonderful guest house in the Medina. The 300+ year old building was completely restored and very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here to get a good authentic Tunisia experience

Cons: my room was on the front if the hotel so the airport and train noise made difficult to sleep, but I think rooms deep in the hotel (especially with sea view) wouldn't have this problem

I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless

Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price

The city center and the medina are in 30-minute walking distance. Breakfast is the same every day, but good enough to start a day, although some fruits would be a good addition. The staff is very nice and helpful

A few cafes and restaurants nearby (I can recommend a shawarma in Good Food just across the street and the Turkish restaurant Saray over the corner) as well as a couple of supermarkets down the street

In an excellent location right by the train station. The owner is very friendly and offered some great advice for my visit.

And I saved the most beautiful part for last the people working there. From the owner to the cleaning ladies, especially the polite and kind gentleman at the reception always smiling and helpful

This hotel was really cute! They have a pool, restaurant, and several cafes as options close by. It's very lively at night if you are looking for a good time! We were a couple and had a wonderful stay.

Would recommend you ask for a room that is not close to the restaurant as there can be a bit of noise in the evening. Good wifi in the public areas, however some rooms don't have a good connection

Stayed here overnight on a 2 day Sahara trip. Whilst the hotel is a little worn overall it was more than adequate for a single night stay. The room was clean and the shower was good and the air conditioning worked well

Hotel at the Sahara desert border, just few meters away there is desert. The pool was not so big, but we could use it after sunset, there were ligths on so we could use it even all night long

TUI Blue Manar is a family-friendly hotel that offers a warm welcome and a kind, attentive staff who are always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The room service was good, as were the spa and the Baia restaurant

However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property for several reasons: the lack of certain hygiene items (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs), some imperfect finishes in the bathroom (particularly the silicone), and the condition of some sun loungers

That said, I would like to highlight that I give a full 5/5 rating to the staff and even to the other guests, as the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic

A hotel at the foot of the beautiful beach and very well located for visiting the must-see places It has spacious rooms, some of which have a sea view (like ours) and above all a very pleasant staff who will do everything to ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions

The beach is at the foot of the hotel: I was able to swim and relax at leisure in a still warm sea with very pure water. In short, I can only recommend the "Flamingo Beach" very good value for money

We speak no Arabic, so our conversations were a mix of French + English while Hela was trying to teach us some words. We only stayed a few days because our trip was over but we soon felt like we were part of the family

it was like staying with mum and dad :-) We discovered that traveling during Ramadan was a little bit more complicated (food + transportation) but the hospitality shown to us was fabulous

It’s an old hotel, a three star. Maybe the toilet can be upgraded. They play extremely loud music till mid night, which can be sometimes very irritating. Breakfast is indeed a deal breaker.

Amazing suite with character, style, and comfortable beds. We were greeted with Kairouan Makroudh and tea on the rooftop terrace. Our host was wonderful.
