Cons: my room was on the front if the hotel so the airport and train noise made difficult to sleep, but I think rooms deep in the hotel (especially with sea view) wouldn't have this problem

I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless

Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price

Stunningly appointed heritage property with traditional details and palatial bedrooms. The rooftop pool with tropical foliage is delightful and the Dar itself is stylishly decorated

The breakfast with cheeses and fresh fruits is also highly recommended,along with the chilled ambience and poolside music

There are 2 big fresh water pools, one salt water pool and the sea to swim in. There are clay pro tennis courts and a live band on weekends. The food is non stop and fresh

This hotel is not far from the Tunisian - Algerian border. If you have children it is very child friendly. The staff are cordial and there is non stop entertainment

Other wise it is kind of crazy with a lot of kids running around

We booked a room in this magnificent place. A real relaxing moment in the middle of nature. Huge room with jacuzzi 🤩 classy ✌🏻 A great breakfast of quality and fresh products. The boss and children are extremely friendly

Reception staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, and the indoor pool was really nice and relaxing. The entertainment was a bit poor, but it wasn’t terrible — just not a highlight of the stay

For those want there is great animation and activities. If you horse ride, I really recommend Sezar Ranch. Thanks to house keeping for the towel creations each day

For us, it’s the people who make the place - from the amazing house keeping and their wonderful creations, to the spotless cleaning, the waiters who feel like friends and the wonderful chefs who make the most amazing creations (a special shout out to the pizza chef who was so friendly and welcoming)

We stayed for Christmas and new year and the absolutely amazing banquets and hospitality were really out of this world - we feel very lucky to have found this little gem in Djerba and will return again very soon

TUI Blue Manar is a family-friendly hotel that offers a warm welcome and a kind, attentive staff who are always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The room service was good, as were the spa and the Baia restaurant

However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property for several reasons: the lack of certain hygiene items (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs), some imperfect finishes in the bathroom (particularly the silicone), and the condition of some sun loungers

That said, I would like to highlight that I give a full 5/5 rating to the staff and even to the other guests, as the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic

The meals were generally enjoyable, although I would have appreciated more variety, especially steamed fish

Our tree house in the middle of parklike oasis was lovely. The food was excellent, the room was well stocked with amenities, towels and bathrobes, the bed and pillows were soft and the shower worked well

Relaxing and comfortable. Alot of trees to stay cool and good food. Only problem is that there is not any drawer space, or closet space or any shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo.

Although it was too cool in February to make much use of the chic roof deck and pool, we enjoyed the variety of sitting areas and the lovely central garden. A perfect location for sightseeing- we walked everywhere

The evening buffet is plentiful and offers everything you could want, and it's reasonably priced for a hotel in this range. The breakfast buffet is also excellent

Nice and big hotel, good for 1-2 night, the staff is friendly. The interior looks good, the pool also. One part of the hotel - rooms 300- has no elevator and internet is working around the reception, not in the rooms.

A very modern and comfortable hotel in the center of Tozeur, within walking distance of all the main sights

The dinner menu was a little lacking in variety, so I hope it could be improved a bit. However, September is the off-season in Tozeur, so perhaps that can't be helped. The room was spacious and nice

It was nice to have a large pool. We stayed in mid-September, but Tozeur is still hot in September, so it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the hottest part of the afternoon

The view from the hotel is magnificent - the blue Mediterranean is right in front of you. I ate at the restaurant every night different things - loved the sea bass and the meze of sea food but everything was excellent

Guest service and responsiveness: On the first day, the bathtub in the room did not drain properly, making it impossible to take a shower. Access to alternative shower facilities within the hotel was refused

On the second evening, the floor above the room (used as the breakfast area) hosted a large group, and loud noise from chairs and conversations continued until approximately 10:30 PM

Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean, and housekeeping standards were high. Breakfast: On the first morning, we were only asked to choose between coffee or tea

Comfort and cleanliness are at the rendezvous. All of Djerba is accessible from this majestic place. But all of this would be nothing if it weren't enhanced by Manuel and Sofia, such warm hosts

Stayed in Dar Chick Yahia for 2 nights during a 2 week solo roadtrip around Tunisia. The house is beautiful, comfortable and an outstanding place to relax and wind down after the day

Location is on an "isolated" part of the island which adds to the experience. A car is 100% recommended as it is not easily accesible by public transportation. A nice beach is walking distance to relax in the morning

If you're looking for the best sunset on the island, this is the spot, absolutely breathtaking from the rooftop. You can also catch a great sunrise if you're up for it

The beach is about an 8 minute walk but it's amazing calm and with exception of some local crab fishermen very secluded. It's a great spot for bird watching fans too

It’s an old hotel, a three star. Maybe the toilet can be upgraded. They play extremely loud music till mid night, which can be sometimes very irritating. Breakfast is indeed a deal breaker.

Amazing suite with character, style, and comfortable beds. We were greeted with Kairouan Makroudh and tea on the rooftop terrace. Our host was wonderful.

Room was traditional with beds in alcoves. Staff very helpful and gave a tour of the house. Breakfast was traditional and too much to eat it all.

The welcome was very friendly and we were given every assistance whenever we needed anything, even when buying a carpet ;-) What we didn't know beforehand was that this is a listed dar, which means that only limited structural alterations may be made

When you arrive the host comes out to show you where to park (it is not in the same building) and also serves tea and delicious makroud with typical warm Tunisian hospitality. Breakfast was delicious in a dining room

Our room was immaculately clean and spacious with a kettle and tea bags, fresh towels each day and a plentiful supply of scaldingly hot water! Hotel is really well situated to explore the island, we had a hire car from Europa and the driving here is ok to be fair

Wi-fi îs excellent, but if you can’t connect in the room, go to the lobby, where the signal is strongest, and connect there. When you return to your room, it keeps the connection

The hotel and its gardens are beautiful and well-kept, There is a set of stairs down to the main shopping area. And across the street is the excellent Dar Zarrouk Restaurant

Other than that, the breakfast was excellent, and we had omelettes to order
