I enjoyed our holiday with two kids. They loved da food- especially many variants of deserts and veg. Will appreciate more fruit of different kind but it was ok. Great service, Bassem and Ali are really sweethearts

Everything was good, the breakfast could be better

Wonderful location with good ambience. Pool was great on a hot day after driving. Room AC did not work and had to get a maintenance person to fix. Dinner was very mediocre, but breakfast was good

The hotel is located very close to Daqing Temple. It is a very distinctive hotel with a great swimming pool, rich breakfast and delicious food suitable for Chinese people

The front desk service is warm and there is an English-speaking receptionist

Hidden gem (i shouldn't be writing about this place ! ) I really enjoy staying here when i'm in Tunis for leisure and business not too crowded with tourists it's Purrrfect ! As a Digital nomads it's a great spot (strong internet and good coffee to keep up with work) Special mention to miss Khawla at the Bar taking excellent care of all her guests on each occasion i visited this hotel

Lovely room, emaculate, a shower and soaking bath, even a second bathroom. Three meals offered daily, the excellent and complete breakfast is included with the room. Meals are available during Ramadan

Excellent hotel Perfect location

Best hotel ever! We stayed twice while transiting in Tunis. Amazing service. Family friendly. Food (both buffet and ala carte) was also great.

The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

It made meals so much easier with children, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be having more snack options available later in the evening

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

They put on amazing themed events like Colour Fest on the beach, BBQ nights, White Night, Pink Night, and pool parties. There are fun activities every day, and with the water park on site, there’s always something to do

  The on-site shops are great too. I bought a beautiful ring from the jeweller during our first visit, and when I brought it back this year, he kindly fixed a small diamond that had fallen out and gave it a full clean

Everything was very good and beyond expectations. 🍽️ The food is varied, and I attended a special Italian cuisine night which was excellent. 🏊‍♂️ The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained

Swimming pool is very clean, the room is very clean. Staff are extremely good especially the lunch buffet crew On the hand, It’s just way too busy with too many people around and it’s crowded everywhere

Been there for One week , via Lux Air. End of February , All Inclusive. Security is good , food is good and they have a great choice , Animation 's team , Services , Bar are really nice

I stayed three nights, a couple and a child in this beautiful resort, starting from the entrance of the hotel, the parking space was narrow, and I waited for minutes outside the hotel until a place for the car was prepared for me, the reception was good, and the room, which was a suite, and each room had a view of the rooms, was clean and tidy, and there were drinks There is a fridge, tea and a heater...

First time in Sfax, it's OK to choose an international hotel. Overall, it's still in line with the level of Radisson, although it's not as good as the ones in Colombia and China

The disadvantage is that the air conditioning is not very good. Another thing is that the twin beds are too close

the experience at this hotel was perfect however cons are : I'm travelling with the family and it was family friendly hotel but i'm smoker person i had trouble going in and out for smoking as i need to take the key with me to use it on elevator and when you take the key, power outages at the room which i couldn't take it so i made my down via elevator ( it is okay without the key ) but when you go...

Once you are in, things are much better: -fast services -fancy architecture and interior design -comfortable rooms -big screens with different channels and services -separate WIFI for every room -a strong WIFI in the lobby -u can access the highest floor for a pool, spa and other services, including the ability to see the entire city of SFAX from there

If you are Alternative this place is a good choice. All staff were friendly, desk, cook, and housekeeping are all welcoming. Only 3 staff shockingly it seems

I was here for a very short stay, only one night. It was in an area that was a little hard to find and as a single woman, I would not feel totally safe walking around the area

A good hotel but a little tired in places. Excellent food and beverage, great hot water supply. Woman on reception in the morning and early afternoon is a disgrace. She is rude and contemptuous to the guests

The room is big and clean, and it is a connecting room. Although it looks old from the outside, it is quite exquisite inside. It is relatively quiet and has a large balcony, which is suitable for drying clothes.

The best thing about the Carlton hotel is the breakfast, variant and everything tastes good and suit many diets

Good location. Going to Medina is just 10-min walk. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room with balcony is particularly an add. In brief, value for money.

The Staff are Brilliant from the Lady who ensured the Restaurant Floor were always Clean, the Waiter's the Cooks, and of course the Bar Staff. Also very cheap All Inclusive Prices

Building the 70's with unique concept, a mix of an art deco architectural design and a traditional local menzel concept. Some renovated area didn't make me crazy like the stone style walls but the overall is excellent

I don't understand why this hotel only has 3 stars. Very quiet and away from the tourist madness. Yes, there's no direct beach access, but there's a public beach a 10-minute walk away. The pool area is also very pleasant

About 20 min from airport, great section of Tunis. Weather prevented beaching and we spent only 1 night. Staff was friendly but it’s best to know some French. Great location for short stay 1-4 days

There is a bar in the hotel which can get busy and loud- we didn't hear it in our rooms however. It's about 5min drive from the medina and a 20min walk

In an excellent location right by the train station. The owner is very friendly and offered some great advice for my visit.

And I saved the most beautiful part for last the people working there. From the owner to the cleaning ladies, especially the polite and kind gentleman at the reception always smiling and helpful

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kairouan, and it takes a bit of walking to get to the city center. The hotel has a very good restaurant offering a large and varied buffet

Breakfast is also a buffet with everything you could want; you can even have an omelet freshly cooked to order. The price-performance ratio is very good

Stayed here overnight on a 2 day Sahara trip. Whilst the hotel is a little worn overall it was more than adequate for a single night stay. The room was clean and the shower was good and the air conditioning worked well

Hotel at the Sahara desert border, just few meters away there is desert. The pool was not so big, but we could use it after sunset, there were ligths on so we could use it even all night long
