It meant that if you miss breakfast - you have to wait for lunch until you can eat. Positives: The spa was AMAZING and value for money, the salt pool and jacuzzi was unreal and the staff were lovely

Thanks to Ashraf at the gym for providing an excellent one to one personal training session in the gym. Breakfast was great but recommend eating out in the evening

Good business hotel It's a new and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood is more of a business area; a little on the noisy side. Not recommended if you are having a leisure trip

Clean and well maintained in the business district. You definitely need a car or taxi! I was so pleasantly surprised. Could do with an outdoor pool as the indoor one was under maintenance, but I am being fussy

My only fault I found was the hotel staff on reception didn't speak much English and you had to wait to way to long for your room they had you sitting in reception area for ages I mean we arrived at the hotel at 9

My experience at the hotel was not what I should expect from 5 star hotel. The Good: The hotel looked impressive from outside and the lobby was breathtaking

We were neglected from the staff at the bars constantly, the only place that had good service was the main restaurant

Lets talk tips, the reality is, if you don't give tips you are going to be neglected, which is not acceptable, considering that you have paid 1000 euros for a week at the hotel

One of the maids was amazing, but when she had day off, her colleagues did not change the towels, we should call them to do it

It's a classy hotel, right in the center of Tunis. I had a large room, clean, good in shape, with friendly room service. A tiny balcony overlooking a park

I would love to say good things about food plenty of choice but what lets it down is temperature of the food. Rice,fish dishes even soup were below what in uk is safe standard temperature for safe eating

We have travelled all over the World including Cruises, Group trips etc but never have we experienced such fantastic hospitality from the moment we checked in, to the dining room staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and the fantastic entertainment team

The only way to get to Tunis Airport is by taxi. It's very close to the blue and white town, near the sea, with nice scenery. Breakfast costs 95 dinars, with a wide variety of options and decent taste

I was upgraded to a suite upon check-in, and it was a really good choice ❤️ The entire hotel is luxurious, the room condition is excellent, and the view from the balcony was especially wonderful.

Nice hotel with own beachfront. Our room was situated at the end of the block with sunset view. Outdoor and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Good fitness center too. Breakfast and dinner buffet is 👍

The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive right up until you leave, nothing but good things to say about them all from reception, waiters to the cleaners and grounds maintenance staff all say hello as you walk past and make you feel very comfortable

No hair dryer in the room, that should be automatic in my opinion. I didn't look for one until the one night I wanted to dry my hair, didn't bother in the end as did not want to have to call reception and then wait

Regarding the service provided by the restaurant's table service staff, it leaves much to be desired. I believe this was because I inquired at reception about the need for reservations, as I also wanted to make one

The next day we had a staff member at breakfast who refused to provide us with forks, knives, and napkins. I had to go looking for them and ask other staff members, who kept telling us to go eat outside

The facilities, but especially the rooms, need renovations; they are very old, the doors barely close, they don't feel secure at all, and we had a broken bathroom

The restaurant has an outdoor seating area, and in the first few days, the staff said tables were reserved because guests were giving them tips

I inquired at reception and immediately got a table, as well as for the rest of my stay, at no cost

The bar staff are very attentive and the beach is very nice

It is a quiet area so great for a relaxing holiday, great for couples looking to spend some time away from the russle- nice clean beach couple of metres away, The staff was lovely here - Hamza went above and beyond and left a cute little hamper in my room which was a nice suprise

The sports bar was shut as was the beach bar. The best thing about the hotel is the a la carte restaurant where the staff were lovely and food was great

Had a great stay! There was a lovely guy on reception who upgraded us to all inclusive & a better room which was a nice surprise. He also gave us some olive oil as a leaving gift

The beach and the swimming pools are stunning, the entertainment was so fun, I stood on a guys back while he swallowed a sword lol! The spa is really good too, I had an incredible massage and the indoor pools great, the only problem I had with this was when I got a facial, it was pretty painful, I told the lady about this and she just kept going lol so I wouldn’t get a facial again

I stayed at Iberostar Diar El Andalous for 5 days and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were excellent – clean, comfortable and very well maintained
