Calm , clean, and comfortable. Prices are very acceptable, the area around the hotel is safe and people are very helpful. You can easily navigate to the city and restaurants.

They have hot water running all the time ACs work perfectly and maintained in the rooms. They serve really good filter coffee in the morning alongside the fresh croissant

The staff are really friendly and the check in is easy. This is a very suitable hotel for trips where you are spending most of your time outside

the only comment I have is that I took a room at the end of the hall and the internet had weak signal and speed

Good place for rest and good prices if you looking for good prices. I have been many times there . But if your looking for food. Change mind and find other place.

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia

All the hotel staff have been very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels, air con worked fine in our room

Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good

Each evening there is an optional dress and I particularly loved the white dress night, where my friend and I were invited to a ceremony put on by management, and certificates were given to the people who had won certain games like bowls, beach volly ball

The beach is about 100 meters away, but it's a pleasant walk along a shaded path. The food is excellent—varied, fresh, with fruit and ice cream

The animation were the highlight of our holiday…… Kareem, Mohamed, Ayub, Gigi, Emma, Tchitchou, Sisko, Momo, Alex and Karimelo…. These guys were tops and made every activity fun…

It was my first visit and I am very satisfied, everything is worthy of a palace and I loved it so much I extended my stay, a wonderful sunset, the evening lights, the food, the calm, all the details please me

Amazing experience, just as described

Wasn’t much around the hotel however was perfect for a family budget holiday. Food was a bit repetitive but overall lovely selection. Great sandwich bar on the beach

Clean rooms and a team that clearly does their job well. Staff name tags should be visible, and there’s no reason to speak so loudly that everyone in the lobby hears my room number and how much I need to pay

Waiters were present but disengaged, making eye contact and still ignoring requests. The water was very cold, sunbeds were inconsistent, some with mattresses, some without, and no staff around to help

On top of that, the staff smoking area is right by the pool entrance, which isn’t a great first impression when you’re heading out to relax. Big thanks to the security team at the entrance

It would run hot for a few seconds, then suddenly turn extremely hot, followed by freezing cold, and then repeat. Not relaxing and honestly unsafe. Housekeeping is the highlight

First time I ever saw pork bacon openly served, which I didn’t appreciate, especially considering most guests are locals. Coffee quality has dropped badly

We really enjoyed this hotel, we both liked the food served in the hotel it isn’t great if you have picky eaters but we’re not so we loved it We didn’t really drink the alcohol but seen the alcohol being served they looked strong! Only downfall to drinks is they serve them in little cups All the staff were really friendly and the animation team really tried their best with everyone and did adapt...

The weather is amazing and I’m tanned after just 4 days. The food is extravagant with a lot of different variety’s of food. The bar is extraordinary serving amazing drinks from classics to new cocktails and fun drinks

This hotel is amazing, every single part of the animation crew are so friendly and entertaining, everyday, theres new varietys of food and theres even a shop that sells clothes, food and products for everyday use.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shems Holidays! The animation team was amazing, especially Kimo – thank you for your great energy and fun spirit! Every activity was perfectly organized and entertaining

Great hotel for the value, the rooms are clean and spacious especially those with sea view, the members are so kind, the food was really great, it has a private beach and three pools, an aqua park but unfortenetely wasn't open, a great place to be with family or couple,i really loved my holydays spent there, and hope to go back next year, highly highly recommended

 Breakfast is amazing with a great variety. Dinner lack variety and no Tunisians specials, which was a bit disappointing.  Overall the hotel amenities were great. Access to private beach and swimming pool was great

Hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the beach. It has a private beach exclusively for guests. I would definitely come back again, and the staff were top-notch

First, it should be noted that the hotel is actually across a road from the beach. However, it does have its own private beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay

The only minor drawback was that I booked full board, but drinks weren't included with meals. Anyway, it's a small detail, but unlimited drinks would have really added to the experience

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

On the positive side, there was a reasonably well-kept rooftop swimming pool with stunning views of the trees and the beach/sea in the background

The room is OK, the breakfast is good, the parking is OK and the waiters are friendly and attentive.
