Located at 10-15 minute walk from the medina, and around the corner from the main train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Right near the airport and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. My only gripe is the cleaners try to clean the room very early

We found the bed mattress a bit too hard but overall we received good value for money and it's been perfect for a couple of nights

Make sure you try the crepes and coffee at Le Grand Café du Théâtre, only a 5 minute walk!

However for the price this was a great deal for cheap accommodation right near Tunis

Subbed reservations are officially prohibited, but the beach/pool staff did nothing to enforce it. When the pool opens, every sunbed is occupied yet there are just five people in the entire pool area

This Hôtel is clean, good choice of food at all meals, right on the beach, good pool and excellent staff who are there to help and provide an excellent break. Will be going back.

Drinks were varying a lot - we ordered three cocktails all around from the menu and never got them tasting the same - bartenders don’t measure ingredients, often forget to put some in or put something different

Hotel staff were mostly polite, but not very proactive - ie. during lunch and dinner, first drink order was taken immediately, but after that, nobody came to ask if we want another one for the most of the time

Next, we asked during the first day of our stay for a strongbox to be installed in our room and the lights repaired (only 2/5 were working). We reminded this twice, yet nothing was done

It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish

The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day

As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star

Nice cosy hotel without the hassle and hustle of a large hotel. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is clean

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day

They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel

The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room.

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning

The room was clean and our balcony pool view so romantic for us on our honeymoon. Food was excellent breakfast to dinner. Entertainment for everyone with wonderful activities for in the pool and at poolside at night

Swimming pool is very clean, the room is very clean. Staff are extremely good especially the lunch buffet crew On the hand, It’s just way too busy with too many people around and it’s crowded everywhere

First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

They put on amazing themed events like Colour Fest on the beach, BBQ nights, White Night, Pink Night, and pool parties. There are fun activities every day, and with the water park on site, there’s always something to do

Excellent family hotel, the food is delicious, varied, the animation works with a bang!

Once you are in, things are much better: -fast services -fancy architecture and interior design -comfortable rooms -big screens with different channels and services -separate WIFI for every room -a strong WIFI in the lobby -u can access the highest floor for a pool, spa and other services, including the ability to see the entire city of SFAX from there

-the conferences room was huge and well equipped. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special experience in the middle of Sfax

At the beginning, it was hard to find this hotel at night, the location was kind of unclear and hard to see

The breakfast is very Mediterranean, although there are not many varieties, but enough coffee is enough. There are no shops around, very very quiet. You need to walk two blocks to eat

First time in Sfax, it's OK to choose an international hotel. Overall, it's still in line with the level of Radisson, although it's not as good as the ones in Colombia and China

A good price hotel with comfortable rooms, very good meals. The entertainers and male staff are disrespectful to the women and children. The beach is at an acceptable distance. The price justifies the vacation.

Yadis Morjane Tabarka is at the edge of the best sandy beach of Tabarka and surrounded by mountain and golf course

If you’re Irish, he’ll even greet you in gorgeous Gaeilge! Tip: use an app for taxis (cheaper than flagging them down) and please tip the staff – they work so hard and truly appreciate it

We had a really good time at this hotel! Although the weather wasn’t always great, the entertainment team always have something on offer to keep you busy, throughout both the day time and in the evening

Our first trip to Tunisia and my boyfriend’s first all-inclusive – and the Royal Kenz made it unforgettable! The hotel is beautiful, food was delicious every day, and the staff were just incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling

The entertainment team are definitely a strength of this hotel, with each of them putting their all into making each day fun, so a big thank you, particularly to Ahmed who is always determined to get a smile out of you

Overall, I think a 4 star rating is representative of what you get at this hotel (although the entertainment team alone deserve a 5 star review)

Special thanks to the lifeguard — such a great guy! The only downside was the beach that supposedly belongs to the hotel — it was quite dirty, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere, and the entrance to the sea full of rocks

The hotel itself is not luxurious, but it matches the price and offers good value for money. The rooms are decent, comfortable, and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided

However, just a two-minute walk away there’s a beautiful sandy beach, so that’s not really a big issue. Overall, a lovely experience and a very nice holiday

WiFi is terrible, and non existence, never connected during stay. If you need Internet for work then this not a good place. Good hotel and very close to the beach. It is a bit dated, but the staff are very nice

The hotel guests have free sun loungers and sun umbrella on the beach, drinks in a beach bar are not included (all inclusive service). Also, the sea smells weird and it's cold (we were in June)

It's written that the hotel is on the beach, but you walk like 3-4 min to the beach which is not clean

Stuff is almost pleasant and in my opinion food needs an improvement (mainly breakfast). All inclusive included alcohol, and that’s a nice touch. Rooms are super nice and swimming pool is big and it’s clean

Only one thing- smoking- for us from country where smoking is prohibited in public areas it was unpleasant to smell cigarates and breath in the smoke

Family stay in a charming little hotel Small hotel with lots of charm, beautiful sea views and a very pleasant swimming pool. Its location in the city center but very quiet is a plus. Good value for money.

The property is decent and generally clean. Breakfast variety is minimal but sufficient overall. The property is very old and needs a full renovation

If you get a cheap deal and you just want a clean place to sleep with decent food, it works. But if you want good vibes, fun atmosphere, real all-inclusive service, or a quality beach experience — look elsewhere

There is a covered indoor pool on the 3rd floor, but it’s easier to reach it by stairs than the elevator. ❌ Beach: Beach is far and poorly maintained — dirty, no chairs, and not worth the walk
