And the pool was nice but i liked the beach more, beside the animation was everything in fact the animation of hotel joya paradise was the best animation i even seen so thank you for the good hospitality ❤️

We didn't have any hand towels or beach towels in the room. The minibar in the room was empty. The safe was difficult to use. Water leaked out of the bathtub because it wasn't mounted all the way to the wall

It was amazing, and lovely service, the location is great near the beach and all the restaurants around, we had a great animation team for the new year eve and we had all type of music specially the local one

Wonderful hotel, all services are good, from my personal experience, and the entertainment shows are presented in a different and enjoyable way. And the animation is very very good

The food was very good in quality, comparing it to other 5 star hotels. The beach has sunbeds for everyone, dont need to rush to get one

One of the maids was amazing, but when she had day off, her colleagues did not change the towels, we should call them to do it

The activities that he was doing were not the same anymore and we and many other guests were wandering what is going on. We would like to thank also to the animator Kaïs, who was very kind

The room is very spacious and we have a beautiful sea view (far better than looking at the wall at the back of the TUI hotel) watching the sunrise is worth getting up for! The room has marble tiled floors, which are always clean and dust free

Overall we were happy by the county, enjoyed our time in Sahara and crocodile farm but would never consider coming back to the hotel, because of attitude which is the most important aspect in everything

Lets talk tips, the reality is, if you don't give tips you are going to be neglected, which is not acceptable, considering that you have paid 1000 euros for a week at the hotel

We had lovey hot weather while we were there and the bar staff were really good and brought our drinks to us by the pool

Whilst like many all inclusive hotels, the food can be repetitive, but it was always very tasty and there was variety. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend

Our room was spacious and clean, on the ground floor. We were out of season which was quiet. so not all of the restaurants were open

but that didn't make any difference as the buffet always had a lovely fresh selection at all meal times. The Spa is wonderful and we all had a lovely massage. and made use of the heated indoor pool

Rooms were ok, fairly clean and the necessities were there. We spent most of our time by the pool which was very clean and taken care of. Music there was good along with the aquafit which we attended daily

I booked this hotel for my parners birthdag We had the most amazing experience at le Royal hotel Since the moment we arrived at the hotel we have been greeted with nothing but pure happiness

Lobby and place next to the bar was good but it will probably look better when it will be in the middle of season and everything will be open (some bars were closed due to the weather and the fact we were there at the start of march) Location is great it is near everywhere and if anyone wants to visit the city the taxi is always available and no more than 2 euro (5 dinar)

The best thing about this hotel are people working there, everyone is kind and grateful for everything even small tips and also they don’t expect tips. Servers and barman’s are funny and talkative but in the nice way

There are more animators but I spent most of my tike with this four and I don’t regret it. Food was delicious a lot of choices and desserts were unrealistic. Every single day there were fresh fruits and veggies

Every night they would hype everyone to dance. They also had many games and shows prepared. I have never met such amazing animators like Wissal, Emy, Saif and Giada (sorry if I spelled the names wrong)

I was surprised how the whole entertainment team was only good people. They all were respectful and made sure everyone felt welcomed at activities and they were making sure everybody had fun

I have been to many hotels and never met people like those 4 who were amazing and welcoming my whole trip. I would come back again just to spend time with them because they were so genuine

very lovely swimming pool with lovely people working there. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some of the others shopping center , restaurant, coffee shop beach etc

The room was just awful, we had a "nice view" in to the chicken pit where they make food for you. The AC was not functional, there were only 3 power plugs

Also the hotel bar by the pool. Super loud music until 1am (sharp). I was in a good mood and I didn't mind and the music playing was great but some people want to go back to their rooms to rest

The staff was really friendly and helpfull (although 2 members tried flirting with me, not very professional). There are 2 football practise fields next to the hotel, so some times of the day they can be loud

Even on the 5th floor it was super loud. Walking distance to everything. Overall great stay, great hotel! Great value for money. 10/10 would stay again if I get the chance

As someone else mentioned, I was afraid because of the bad comments but honestly everything was great. My room was on the 5th floor, beautifull, big and clean

I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough

Had a lovely time, excellent location, close to Hannibal park, marina, sousse mall and directly on the beach. Hotel is looking quite dated inside but everything else was spot on

I recommend hotel Golden Yasmin Mehari , we recommend animator Rico - he's very nice guy! And all the team And food i Love It i Hope willa back with my familia one day

The hotel itself is a bit tired but clean, food was very good and plenty of choice, we have never gone back to the same place twice but will be returning here later in the year!! Thank you everyone that made our trip so fantastic Mr Gary and Family 🤣🤣

We have travelled all over the World including Cruises, Group trips etc but never have we experienced such fantastic hospitality from the moment we checked in, to the dining room staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and the fantastic entertainment team

Had a lovely long weekend in Tunisia at Mehari. Service and hospitality was outstanding and the rooms were reasonable and clean. Nightly live music and entertainment is available and facilities for a fun family holiday

I asked to change rooms because the first one was by the pool. It's impossible to find any peace and quiet by the pool. It's a real shame because the hotel itself is nice, and the staff are pleasant

I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to relax during your vacation. It's like a nightclub from 10 am to midnight, non-stop. You can't hear yourself think, even with friends

Beautiful hotel not far from Tunis: good location to visit Carthage etc. great staff, rooms and amenities, especially the indoor pool. Food at the restaurant isn’t very good, though

Apart from the beach which is ugly this season because of the wind, everything was perfect. The breakfast was great. The staff lovely. A large swimming pool just for us.

Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price

Nice hotel with own beachfront. Our room was situated at the end of the block with sunset view. Outdoor and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Good fitness center too. Breakfast and dinner buffet is 👍

(Yes this was in the small print on the easyjet website which I only noticed after booking) I I did not love the pool area, gets too much shade with everyone opting up their umbrellas

The location is excellent, the rooms are very large, the furniture is new, and the food is also good. It's worth experiencing in depth. The price is reasonable, and the value for money is excellent

Mohammed at the.front desk was amazing. Not only did he.help us get a great room we shared our predictions, and hopes, for the Africa cup!!! Great food.

Comfortable hotel, varied and copious breakfast. As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm, the staff was friendly and smiling

The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive right up until you leave, nothing but good things to say about them all from reception, waiters to the cleaners and grounds maintenance staff all say hello as you walk past and make you feel very comfortable

Regarding the service provided by the restaurant's table service staff, it leaves much to be desired. I believe this was because I inquired at reception about the need for reservations, as I also wanted to make one

The next day we had a staff member at breakfast who refused to provide us with forks, knives, and napkins. I had to go looking for them and ask other staff members, who kept telling us to go eat outside

The facilities, but especially the rooms, need renovations; they are very old, the doors barely close, they don't feel secure at all, and we had a broken bathroom

The restaurant has an outdoor seating area, and in the first few days, the staff said tables were reserved because guests were giving them tips

I inquired at reception and immediately got a table, as well as for the rest of my stay, at no cost

The bar staff are very attentive and the beach is very nice

An excellent hotel, a magnificent area (surrounded by greenery and flowers) the first line, the beach and fine sand in the sea, excellent swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The staff is trying for 5 points

There was a large selection of meat dishes, but fewer options for fish and seafood. There was a wide selection of desserts, though there weren’t enough local Middle Eastern sweets – they were only available on Mondays

We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it closed, so we had to find a replacement in a hurry and chose this oneand we weren’t disappointed. We were a family of two adults and two children, ages 7 and 1

The room is spacious but a bit worn, and the soundproofing is lacking. The food in the main restaurant is simply wonderfu –everything is delicious, fresh, not too salty, and always varied

I’d especially like to mention the entertainment team –the guys gave it their all, working from morning till night to make sure our stay was filled with fun and joy

It was a spacious room with a very large bed but the mattress was extremely firm. The decor in the room was of a good standard but did have some signs of wear and tear but nothing that would spoil your holiday

Had a great stay! There was a lovely guy on reception who upgraded us to all inclusive & a better room which was a nice surprise. He also gave us some olive oil as a leaving gift

The beach and the swimming pools are stunning, the entertainment was so fun, I stood on a guys back while he swallowed a sword lol! The spa is really good too, I had an incredible massage and the indoor pools great, the only problem I had with this was when I got a facial, it was pretty painful, I told the lady about this and she just kept going lol so I wouldn’t get a facial again

The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside

Writing in english as I see many poor reviews from non french. Except for the outside pool bar 2 annoying staff, all the staff is friendly and professional

Nassim will happily chat you at the entrance with his big smile, Zarzia will take care of you at the hammam, and the rest of the staff will make sure you get the massage you expect

Just make sure to tell them what you'd like. And please think about tipping them. They dont expect it but they do work really hard
