I had fantastic time at this hotel everything was perfect the atmosferę the facilities and especially the animation team the were always full of Energy śmieszne and creativity A big tkanki you to the whole animation team for their kindness jamaica róża Coco you rally made our vacation special

Very nice resort, wonderful swimming pool, food is great with variety of tastes. Unfortunately room are not that good.

Its such a wonderful vacation a the 4seasons hotel the service is amazing the food was delicious the animation team are so lovely and friendly at this hotel you won't feel uncomfy its like home djerba is such a lovely island

The animators team in Djerba are amazing – full of energy, smiles, and commitment. They know how to make you laugh, encourage you to have fun, and create a great atmosphere.

Food is excellent, toilets are very clean, animation team is fantastic, we have games every hour. Pools are very clean but the beach is not. There were jellyfishes 2 days and the sea wasn’t clean

The pools are great, and there are often dance shows, theater performances, and other entertainment. The bars are excellent, and the drinks are really good

The food is quite good, and the beaches are okay, although there are a few broken sunbeds. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly

Well, now what's not good, the swimming pool is too small, and not enough for adults, there are two more for children, which adults don't use, outside at least just as small and useless for so many people, nothing happens on the beach, the bar on the beach is mostly empty, because only sodas are served, while next to the ones organized in Sahara, ours from Tropicana are cleaning and that's just one...

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time

The location is not ideal because there’s nothing nearby, but the atmosphere and the rooms are fine. The sea was terrible at the end of July, with lots of jellyfish, dirt, and sea plants. Overall, the hotel is excellent

Serving good food all three meals inclusive per day. Nice facilities like indoor & outdoor swimming pools and private access to beach.

3 star unless you complain to get a better room. Only thing 5 star here was the Housekeeper, she deserves a raise for exceptional service

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

Towels were hard to find, staff didn't give clear direction where to find and required 20 dinar deposit each wondered around asking staff where until decided to go back to reception to ask where towel person is

Restaurant by the pool up the glass outside elevator is little expensive but their food is worth it, very delicious and a fantastic view. Beach has a security at all times

Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes

If you are like my family who like to chillax at the beach and sip cold drinks and just lazy out for a week and enjoy the spa. Even their buffet is great and i am a picky eater

We particularly liked the Mini Club activities and the evening disco for the kids

Hassan our beach server was great along with the 2 Sofians (indoor bar and outdoor bar) that kept our group happy and hydrated. Our favorite part was the outdoor activities

Spent Memorial Day weekend with 16 in our group and Le Sultan staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! It was a wonderful 3 day mini paradise vacation

A heavenly place with friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, tasty and varied food. Huge area with swimming pools and vegetation. Clean beach. In general, it was a pleasure to relax there!

Ihad an alaaing stay at thls hotell The staff were ncredibly welcomtne and attentlve, the rooms wero spotless and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch

went to check in, but immediately we were given our all inclusive bands, luggage stored safely and told to go and get dinner, and check in after (as dinner service stopped at 9pm)

I booked this holiday nearly a year ago. we wanted somewhere different, not a common brit holiday destination. the closer it got, the more I worried though

almost paid extra to change destination and go somewhere more well known. I am so, so pleased I didn't! What a lovely hotel and area

We ended our stay asking for a photo shoot with him, around the hotel, and on the beach. 150 digital images, and all of them are beautiful! Wasn't expensive either

For the price we paid can't fault it. Spending New year in Greeks island or Canaries would require to multiply our price X3 Not a massive choice off food yes but it's enough for majority and always taste and fresh

We noticed lots off rubbish thrown out everywhere even the beach outside hotel. Management doing there bits right as you see bored cleaners here and there but unfortunately they not doing it right in return

Unfortunately outside your room Tunisia in general screams for a deep clean. Hotel Staff are there for the job but not so keen on cleaning or raising standards, I noticed it could be in there coulture

Hotel situated in peaceful location , just outside off town centre, very nice and extremely well maintained garden. We had a good and quality time in Tunisia

More than enough to keep us all happy. Beds are really so so good, very comfy, and guest rooms cleaned daily

There were plenty of sunbeds (although hotel was very quiet when we were there so might be different at other times) no pool towels but that may have been due to time of year

Didn't use pool as it was early season and a bit cold but it was cleaned daily

Restaurant was good - as with all AI some nights suited us more than others - Tunisian Night was good opportunity to try some local specialities and the member of our party with a sweet tooth was very impressed with dessert selection

Waiters were excellent friendly and good customer service. Good selection of drinks included in AI - wine was very good and better than I have had in other hotels. Bar service was good and bar areas were comfortable

The hotel is very clean and staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with daily maid service. Public areas clean and well maintained

Overall we had a really good stay and it was really good value for money and we would stay here again (price paid being something critics should bear in mind)

The hotel in général is good for a 4 star hotel, it is exactly what it should be, great food filled with culture and essence of Tunisian cuisine, service is good from cleaning to waiters and bars, especially the animation team they seem uninvested in but they make every day special

I have been coming to this hotel over 15 years. I arrived 1st april and came home last night. We were a group of 17, with various fod tastes

The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the outside pool wasn’t cleaned enough & had bugs floating in it, plenty of outside chairs, tables & sun beds, around the pool & on the beach

I asked the restaurant managers who just smiled and shrugged their shoulders, I don't have high standards when it comes to food but you'll rarely find people who eat liver and kidneys every day

Great! The only problem was paying the tourist tax, I didn't get the legal rate (Tunisian traveler) I had to pay the European rate despite presenting a Tunisian identity card. Not very fair... but hey, no big deal

I visited this hotel a few times over the last 10 years. Their service is still good and most of the clients including us were enjoying their accommodation.

The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road

It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful

Honestly, nothing to say, I recommend this hotel apart from the wifi which stutters in the rooms.

There are a couple of points that could be improved. The food choice was a bit limited, especially for longer stays, and the swimming pool is quite small when the hotel is busy

June 2019, good five in sousse, matches the photos, fresh renovation, friendly staff, a lot of security, even merchants are not allowed on the beach, the restaurant of Asian cuisine on the 2nd floor is a disgusting establishment, wi-fi catches in the lobby and in the central part of the building on all floors, pool and beach 4g, excellent food on all inclusive

The hotel is a bit far from Sousse city center, which makes it very quiet. The beach outside the hotel is also less crowded than in the city center, which is a plus. Our room faced the sea and had a view of the pool

The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working

Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us

The stay was nit good initially. We were promised an upgrade and instead received a downgrade to one room and room view. Towels and gowns were ripped and stained. Mugs and cups not provided for 3rd resident

Our bungalow room has loose curtain rails, loose soap dispensers, little holes in the curtains and the minibar fridge was rusty - not what you expect from 5* accommodation

Nothing unique, restaurant was nice, buffet was laid out very well and staff very nice, not all speak english, so there was some issues with languages

The hotel itself is a bit tired but clean, food was very good and plenty of choice, we have never gone back to the same place twice but will be returning here later in the year!! Thank you everyone that made our trip so fantastic Mr Gary and Family 🤣🤣

We have travelled all over the World including Cruises, Group trips etc but never have we experienced such fantastic hospitality from the moment we checked in, to the dining room staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and the fantastic entertainment team

Had a lovely long weekend in Tunisia at Mehari. Service and hospitality was outstanding and the rooms were reasonable and clean. Nightly live music and entertainment is available and facilities for a fun family holiday

We really had a great time, and most of that was from the amazing staff and helpers around the property.

You can always find a sun bed. But be prepared that there’s a lot of loud music by the pool. For those who enjoy peace and quiet I recommend going to the beach

I had a wonderful experience at Lella Baya this year. At first I felt really out of place there but soon i learned that Tunisian people are the nicest and kindest people in the world

We were greeted by two very friendly and helpful reception team and our luggage was taken to our room for us. The staff throughout were soooo helpful and happy it made our holiday

The Breakfast and the Dinner were good and variants ( different types of Fish, All kind of beef, traditionnal recipies, and much more. The outside swimming pool is big and has a beautiful waterfall

The indoor pool was warm with a relaxing parfum coming from SPA Rooms. I diffently recommand The Russelior Hotel :)

Always a great time at the Russelior my 2nd stay since I love it so much the first time i decided to stay 10 nights. Everything is perfect the pools the staff the spa it is so clean and really deserves the 5 star

I don’t know if it’s because I’m American I’m accustomed to having 4 (2 people, a towel for your body and one for your hair, each), but 2 towels seems to be the custom here in North Africa

Also, the beach towels were very thin, not big and fluffy absorbent towels you’d expect for soaking up the extra water from wet bathing suits and such

The towels supplied in the room for regular bathing were fluffier and more absorbent than the beach towels. All in all, I can’t wait to go back!

In the room they give you only 2 bath towels

Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile

The property is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and elegant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was great too! Huge selection, lots of variety for main courses and dessert
