When I went to pay after the excursion they told me the price they had quoted was wrong and they even insisted on giving me 20 dinar of it back!

The owners were kind and helpful, letting us store some food items in the kitchen fridge, and dealing with our lack of Arabic and French. The AC was possibly the best feature, it being July when we were there

I slept in a single room with private bathroom and A/C - for €22. 27! Mohamed & Randa and their team are super helpful

Loved the room, small but just right. We had a room with private bathroom. It was all very clean and súper price for what they offer You. Also breakfast is included and delicious

The wifi was excellent, and it's location was ideal - on the edge of the souk with several sandwich shops within close walking distance, as well as a Carrefour and Aziza

They organised a superb excursion into the desert with their partner, Nefzaoua Voyages, for a ridiculously cheap price

Rooms were larger than expected and the bathroom was also better than expected, so two positive points for the rooms! The food was good, the swimming pool was big enough to actually swim for some exercise

Staff is friendly and the location is near the beach, which can be good of you like that. Animation is on point and the animaters are always in for a talk, if they are not busy

Big compliments to the whole animation crew – they really made the holiday unforgettable! I had an amazing time at Mahdia Palace, and a big part of that was thanks to the fantastic animation team! A specially Mr ASH They were always full of energy and made every day fun and exciting

In the evening, the shows were entertaining and full of laughs – you could really see how much effort they put into their work

The team organized a great variety of activities throughout the day, from sports and games to dance and fitness sessions

They were also very friendly and always took time to talk with guests and make everyone feel included

I had an amazing stay at Mahdia Palace! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The food was delicious with a great variety every day

Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel and tunisia was for the price we paid. The hotel doesnt provide anything but i guess at the price we paid shoulsnt complain but youd think

Really cheap to buy anyways so not an issue. Clean and actually really decent fold for half boatd - no drinks included in dinner not even water

Really enjoyed the food. The entertainment staff were great. Only negative was the spa is closed for renovation.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working

Staff were fantastic! So attentive and really made sure they look after you. The facilities available were great, I really enjoyed the pool and the spa was reasonably priced

The beach bar undercooked the food , I preferred the hotels restaurant where you have to pay , again reasonable , pizza 20 dinar. The pool and activities I can not fault clean , great aqua park

Before we go I was very sceptic about the bad comments, now I am writing before our leaving. The hotel is great located, very nice sandy beach, clean pools and good aquapark

TO THE HOTEL Well done to each and everyone of the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. Both those front of house and also the unsung heroes the back of house staff, who have all contributed to a great stay

They showed an immense amount of care and support towards me and genuinely went out of their way to help me on the 26th February. The two men are an absolute credit to the hotel and thank you from the bottom of my heart

one week i dont eat nothing all is verry bad in kitchen 🤮 bar is good animation is good room 8.5/10 toilette WC no so much clean only one bottel water bad quality

It was the most amazing blue and very warm. The pool was very nice and also warm and the hardest choice all day was whether to swim in the sea or the pool

I booked in the spa for one day and was so good I had to book it again! - Excellent pool area and beach, very clean. Cons: - Transfer, the hotel is over 3 hours from the airport. - Beds are uncomfortable and very hard

The beach was the softest sand and I stood there staring at the sea for quite some time as I didn’t know the sea could really be that colour (the sort you see on films or travel magazines)

Had a fantastic time in hotel el borj, amazing, great food, and the entertainment staff are the best ive ever come across, fantastic attitude, very friendly and get everyone involved, will be booking for next year

All the staff were very friendly and informative when helping to arrange tours. Diego the entertainer was fun, bubbly and outgoing always making people smile by the pool

We have had a great holiday at Belair hotel in Rhodes. It’s very clean, lots of different options of food from different cultures as well as Traditional Greek cuisine

Thoroughly enjoyed karaoke night and the fire show at the end of our week. We would definitely recommend and consider returning

You could see the intention was to build it into a great holiday destination but all buildings are either half built or built and deserted which is a shame because it's got an amazing beach, The old town is great for a walk round and the food is pretty decent

I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation...

Staff are excellent but food and location not so good

Overall would I go back again, yes I would, maybe a few days before we went in October to catch the longer weather, but all and all it was a great holiday

Hotel El Fell in Hammamet is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining stay. The service is moderate, but some staff are attentive and welcoming

The swimming pool is not very deep, which makes it perfect for families and those who just want to relax, and it’s always full of life thanks to the fun animations and water games organized around it

The food is varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices to satisfy every taste

There are enough high end restaurants and cafeterias near by, it's not far from hammamt yasmine but far enough to not be bothered by the loud noises and the crowded roads

Guests will never get bored with the lively activities available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of fun

Despite these minor issues, this hotel is truly underrated at 3 stars. With its excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities, it deserves a solid **4-star rating**. I would happily return and recommend it to others!

Nice. Rooms need attention to showers, but rooms very nice. Ladys cleaner works perfectly. Cinema good. Food amazing not forgetting take what you ca. Eating!!! Love ❤️

The food is not varied and I am not satisfied. Every day there is the same fruit. They only give pomegranate, terrible tasteless melon, apples and dates. There is no watermelon or other fruits

Honestly, I’ve never seen such well-kept and stunning horses on a beach! In addition, there’s a pool and plenty of activities for both children and adults

It was actually cheaper to leave the hotel and buy a towel in a shop than to rent one at the reception. The food was very diverse but extremely inconsistent

I am coming here for the fifth time because of the sea and the delicious fruits, but I am very disappointed by the lack of fruits

Also I recommend to choose your room not in the main building but in the second one cause it’s further away from any noise that can happen from other tourists staying and drinking at the bar which is open until 12 am btw

Sure, breakfast options are limited if you don’t eat bread or pastries ( which is plenty of) , but lunch and dinner were great — lots of fruits, vegetables, and delicious meat / fish dishes

Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good and the beach is good as well. They even have a beach terrace where you can sit and chill giving mountain cabin vibes but by the sea

The hotel staff help every morning with mattresses and sunbeds, and the beach is cleaned daily. The water is shallow and clear, with no rubbish around. The pool area is also very nice

Even after asking several times, it didn’t change, so we ended up buying our own bottles from shop in Monastir. I could go to the bar 50 times a night, but that would just mean drinking 48 glasses of cola 😅

The hotel is, above all, very quiet and peaceful — definitely more on the small and intimate side. Most of the guests are retired people, which, depending on what you like, can be either a plus or a minus

Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !! And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……

good for families with children - surrounded by resorts and hotels only. Long way into Monasdir-Center. WLAN should be available in the room, not only in and near the lobby

Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.

There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.

For the food and restaurant, again waiters, were willing to go out of their way and assist me whenever I needed help in carrying or getting food, which was really sweet and helpful. Always smiling! The food was great

A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful

Subbed reservations are officially prohibited, but the beach/pool staff did nothing to enforce it. When the pool opens, every sunbed is occupied yet there are just five people in the entire pool area

This Hôtel is clean, good choice of food at all meals, right on the beach, good pool and excellent staff who are there to help and provide an excellent break. Will be going back.

There is a room for improvement in cleanliness of the common areas and the reclining chairs by the pool needs replacement. The food is honest and there a lot of different options. My biggest complaint is about the noise

Drinks were varying a lot - we ordered three cocktails all around from the menu and never got them tasting the same - bartenders don’t measure ingredients, often forget to put some in or put something different

Hotel staff were mostly polite, but not very proactive - ie. during lunch and dinner, first drink order was taken immediately, but after that, nobody came to ask if we want another one for the most of the time

It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish

The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day

As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star

Nice cosy hotel without the hassle and hustle of a large hotel. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is clean

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day

They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel

Although some areas need renovation, the rooms remain nice and cosy, the pool is great and the buffet restaurants offers very good food!! Dinner variety is much better than breakfast and bar drinks are in amazing prices

I don't think you can book this hotel, only being avalilable for overnight stays, but it looks amazing and the pool is awesome! The staff is very polite, but the service is a little bit slow, since we finished eating before we got our drinks

Beautiful hotel and great service especially from the waiters at the restaurant. Very conveniently placed too as it is only a short walk or taxi ride away from most must-see places in town

I have stayed here on many occasions and I really appreciate that they’ve kept up their standards throughout the years

There is some dust in the storage in the room, nobody picks up cigarette butts left near the pool for a couple of days, occasional stains on the napkins in the restaurant… you know… that kind of stuff, but nothing major

We had a great time there. Animations are the best. Animation team - Fernando and Jamil are so funny, we enjoyed a lot. Had a great time together and did funny animations. I reccomend for everyone.

The hotel needs renovation( Rooms restaurant) animators are great and friendly. Food was the same every day . Beach and swimming pool ok. For 3 * was ok

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The animation team was amazing – full of energy, fun, and always made sure everyone had a great time

We were with family. The hotel is quite old and need renovation. Rooms are ok but towels even if changed were dirty. Food every day the same. The animation team was very good and creative.

There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults

The pool is quite and a bit small and it can be really dirty at times and there are a lot of wasps due to the trees

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning
