Kid driendly hotel, maximum security in pools and on the beach. I totally recommand this hotel
I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel with my family in May, and we had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location offered stunning views of the sea right from our room
Momo, staff of animation and Wajih in the bar for their warm welcome and exceptional service. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable
Clean rooms great service and we defenately enjoyed the beach. Not the first time for us in this facility, the animation team is great. Excellent dinner buffet with magnificent view
The location is ideal, and every detail shows how much the team cares about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!
The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable – it felt like a home away from home. The staff were absolutely fantastic
Although it was not intelligent, everything was worthy of the title of five stars. It can be said to be a luxury hotel. Except for the lack of meat products, there was nothing to complain about
The hotel is by the sea, and the sea breeze is strong. It is a little cool to walk outdoors. The hotel is equipped with mineral water, slippers, etc. Everyone was very satisfied with the first night in Tunisia
The early morning flight arrived at Carthage Airport before 5 o'clock. We went to the blue town first. After a sleepless night, we had no time to go to the hotel
We dozed on the sofa in the hotel for 2 hours and finally entered the room. The room was quite big, the bathroom was also quite big, and the facilities were complete
Ahlan Carthage!
Amazing and accommodating staff. Rooms were spacious and clean.Location was good and not too far from main city. I would stay again. Shookran!
Very helpful staff. Good entertainment at night. Lovely food. Good views, Beach is very clean

This hotel was really cute! They have a pool, restaurant, and several cafes as options close by. It's very lively at night if you are looking for a good time! We were a couple and had a wonderful stay.
Nice breakfast by the pool and the cafe has beautiful traditional arabic decoration
Great Stay!
Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Perfect location and everything I needed was close by. Would definitely stay here again!
The services was excellent, they welcome me and my family with smile. They helped us by giving some information concerning the city.
It was nice Trip.
Would recommend you ask for a room that is not close to the restaurant as there can be a bit of noise in the evening. Good wifi in the public areas, however some rooms don't have a good connection
Nice family run hotel, good price-quality ratio. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Maybe not ideal for kids but it was good for us as a couple to visit djerba for a few days
However, the pool isn't very inviting, even though it's thermal water; it needs to be maintained. The food is delicious despite the complete absence of cakes and sweets for four days
The staff is also attentive and very friendly, and the pool is nice; they don't use too much chlorine
This place is more of a spa than a hotel. My husband and I stayed there and were disappointed with the setting. The hotel is outdated and needs a refresh; there's no atmosphere, the hotel is practically deserted
I give it 3 stars for the cleanliness and the professionalism of the welcome. As for the entertainment and atmosphere, it's very quiet. I recommend it for relaxing and getting away from the noise and stress
The quantities are also minimal; if you don't arrive early, you won't find a salad or croissant. There isn't much choice of food compared to other 4-star hotels
A major drawback is the restaurant, which offers a very basic and poorly prepared buffet. A major plus is the bed and pillows; they are very comfortable
it is a wonderfull hotel and the staff are welcoming i was staying ther 4 days and i m so happy and satisfate
Very spacious and comfortable room, place with many restaurants around
This spectacular room, very spacious.
This Hotel Deserves At least 4 Stars. the breakfast was delicious, there is Free Wifi and there is a good Cooler too and they Have Security Too so you are sage oh and the People are very friendly. very good Service.
The people working there were very friendly and helpful, good location and comfortable stay but a little outdated but definitely recommend
Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel and tunisia was for the price we paid. The hotel doesnt provide anything but i guess at the price we paid shoulsnt complain but youd think
Really cheap to buy anyways so not an issue. Clean and actually really decent fold for half boatd - no drinks included in dinner not even water
Excellent hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to help. Delicious varied food, convenient access to the sea. Great private beach and pool. I recommend visiting with your family.
Really enjoyed the food. The entertainment staff were great. Only negative was the spa is closed for renovation.
Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working
Staff were fantastic! So attentive and really made sure they look after you. The facilities available were great, I really enjoyed the pool and the spa was reasonably priced

It was the most amazing blue and very warm. The pool was very nice and also warm and the hardest choice all day was whether to swim in the sea or the pool
The hotel is fantastic – great location, amazing vibes thanks to the animators, and the evening shows are top. Just an awesome team all around. Shoutout to Nino
Had the best time in the loveliest hotel. The food was really nice and never any rushing to get in or get a table so that mad it better
I booked in the spa for one day and was so good I had to book it again! - Excellent pool area and beach, very clean. Cons: - Transfer, the hotel is over 3 hours from the airport. - Beds are uncomfortable and very hard
The beach was the softest sand and I stood there staring at the sea for quite some time as I didn’t know the sea could really be that colour (the sort you see on films or travel magazines)
Had a fantastic time in hotel el borj, amazing, great food, and the entertainment staff are the best ive ever come across, fantastic attitude, very friendly and get everyone involved, will be booking for next year
Enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were nice, but the WiFi in the rooms weren’t too reliable. We went to the pool area to get online.
Probably the nicest hotel on Djerba, medium size (most are huge), above average food for the area, very friendly and helpful staff (excursions and rentals), clean, very nice 20m pool, price somewhat negotiable.
The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you like. A special mention goes to the 3 cats that roam the garden – they add so much warmth and charm to the place
I had a wonderful stay at Jardins de Toumana and would definitely return! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is both professional and genuinely kind, always ready to assist
One of the highlights of this hotel is its perfect size– not too big, not too small – which gives it a unique and human scale that feels very relaxing and personal
Did a short get away from tunis, off season, very quiet, staff was attentive and friendly. Little english spoken. Spacious clean rooms
All the staff were very friendly and informative when helping to arrange tours. Diego the entertainer was fun, bubbly and outgoing always making people smile by the pool
We stayed here in 2011, had a really nice time, hotel was lovely, pool was great and staff were really nice. Dissapointed to read so many negative comments now and how bad it's become
We have had a great holiday at Belair hotel in Rhodes. It’s very clean, lots of different options of food from different cultures as well as Traditional Greek cuisine
Thoroughly enjoyed karaoke night and the fire show at the end of our week. We would definitely recommend and consider returning
Entertainment has been fantastic
Staff are very friendly
Lovey and clean hotel
You could see the intention was to build it into a great holiday destination but all buildings are either half built or built and deserted which is a shame because it's got an amazing beach, The old town is great for a walk round and the food is pretty decent

Pool: Pool
It is a good place to travel with your family. This hotel has a swimming pool and the beach is close by. Food is common. It is a good hotel compared to the price.
Hello and welcome to Yasmine Beach Hotel Hammamet, it was a great hotel with a lot of play and fun and with that there are great animators
Thank you very much for everything and I hope to come back again to spend my holiday here❤️❤️
The rigorous standards that once defined every aspect of Tunisian hotelkeeping (service, maintenance, cuisine and attention to detail) have unfortunately faded in many properties since 2010; Borj Dhiafa remains one of the rare exceptions
Really impressed by this hotel, an oasis of tranquility. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Provided a vegetarian meal option which was delicious and beautifully presented. A taxi was 10TND to the medina
The pool is clean and refreshing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting Tunisia
The hotel was beautiful with a beautiful swimming pool that I did not use, nice deco, spacious bedroom, nice hall and good food at the restaurant. The massage at the spa was amazing. I wish I could have had more massage
Service was attentive from the outset: fresh lemonade appeared the moment we arrived, and minutes after check-in a waiter brought a chilled bottle of water and a generous fruit platter to our room
Borj Dhiafa fully lives up to its five-star rating. The property pairs Sfax’s historic “borj” fort-style stonework and mashrabiya latticework with polished business-class comforts
I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation...
A very nice 3 stars hotel Value for money or even more and more Hotel has great atmosphere and great animation team and you feel full of energy inside the hotel Very tasty food and good service staff Even hotel has some monuments of Hammamet inside Very good experience
Staff are excellent but food and location not so good
Overall
would I go back again, yes I would, maybe a few days before we went in October to catch the longer weather, but all and all it was a great holiday
Hotel El Fell in Hammamet is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining stay. The service is moderate, but some staff are attentive and welcoming
The swimming pool is not very deep, which makes it perfect for families and those who just want to relax, and it’s always full of life thanks to the fun animations and water games organized around it
The food is varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices to satisfy every taste
There are enough high end restaurants and cafeterias near by, it's not far from hammamt yasmine but far enough to not be bothered by the loud noises and the crowded roads
Guests will never get bored with the lively activities available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of fun
All in all Tunisia is a wondrous destination that has been plucking at my heartstrings for many a year I long to be back amongst those beautiful friends that are forever enshrined in my heart
A hotel that truly cares about its guests. The food is good — breakfasts are a bit repetitive, but lunch is served shortly afterwards, so it’s not really an issue
We ended up near a construction site that had partly opened a new stretch of road where we had to zig zag across those were the days anyway we all made it back safe and sound to take in what was left of the entertainment and to be honest once again it’s fascinating just watching and listening to the locals having a chill out with a mezzo platter
one of the most beautiful experience i had in my life i recommend you guys to visit this hotel sousse and Tunisia has alot of good places you must visit this country the service is amazingly beautiful u should visit the old street in sousse I had an amazing tour in this beautiful city they called maiami of Africa
My daughter who was 7 at the time and the in laws Colin aka Rambo & his good lady wife Linda) well we decided to be a bit more adventurous and explore the near surroundings of our hotel to be honest by then we were familiar with the near surroundings and were curious as to what lay beyond
The food is normal, partly focused on Russians, but you need to understand that this is a three-ruble note, not a five. In general, for your money, more than good. The main disadvantage: there is no wifi in the rooms
Despite these minor issues, this hotel is truly underrated at 3 stars. With its excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities, it deserves a solid **4-star rating**. I would happily return and recommend it to others!
Nice. Rooms need attention to showers, but rooms very nice. Ladys cleaner works perfectly. Cinema good. Food amazing not forgetting take what you ca. Eating!!! Love ❤️
The food is not varied and I am not satisfied. Every day there is the same fruit. They only give pomegranate, terrible tasteless melon, apples and dates. There is no watermelon or other fruits
Honestly, I’ve never seen such well-kept and stunning horses on a beach!
In addition, there’s a pool and plenty of activities for both children and adults
It was actually cheaper to leave the hotel and buy a towel in a shop than to rent one at the reception. The food was very diverse but extremely inconsistent
I am coming here for the fifth time because of the sea and the delicious fruits, but I am very disappointed by the lack of fruits
Also I recommend to choose your room not in the main building but in the second one cause it’s further away from any noise that can happen from other tourists staying and drinking at the bar which is open until 12 am btw
Sure, breakfast options are limited if you don’t eat bread or pastries ( which is plenty of) , but lunch and dinner were great — lots of fruits, vegetables, and delicious meat / fish dishes
Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good and the beach is good as well. They even have a beach terrace where you can sit and chill giving mountain cabin vibes but by the sea
The hotel staff help every morning with mattresses and sunbeds, and the beach is cleaned daily. The water is shallow and clear, with no rubbish around. The pool area is also very nice
Even after asking several times, it didn’t change, so we ended up buying our own bottles from shop in Monastir. I could go to the bar 50 times a night, but that would just mean drinking 48 glasses of cola 😅
The hotel is, above all, very quiet and peaceful — definitely more on the small and intimate side. Most of the guests are retired people, which, depending on what you like, can be either a plus or a minus
When they finish with the pool construction the hotel will be even better!
Great staff , very friendly people. Good location when you drive , has also spacious free parking. We had olso nice dinner and breakfast there. Thanks to Mr Dammar for care about us
The service is good ,tasty food ,the hotel is calm, clean and the vibe is nice . The prices are pretty decent . Definitely would recommend for a getaway vacation .
Wonderful welcome from the start. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We felt at home right away. Highly recommended.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, with a large balcony. The only complaint was that one morning we didn’t have hot water but it was always there in the evening
No water or coffee in rooms, very limited menu, breakfast is relatively basic, no pool like advertised and wifi doesn't work in some rooms (mine this time)
Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms were all very friendly
The rooms were clean, and it had a beautiful view of a lake. There was also a spa and a pool. This is honestly 1 of the best hotels here in Tunis,
The breakfast ingredients were fresh. Although it's relatively close to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off and landing when the doors and windows are closed
Standing on the balcony, you can hear the planes taking off and landing, but the noise isn't loud, and it seems like there aren't many flights taking off and landing each day
I’ve travelled all over the world and I’ve got to say this hotels service has got to be one of the best treatments I have ever received, making the hotel feel like my home
I recently came here with a school for a competition, and it was amazing. The hotel is right next to the airport, so we actually walked, and the weather was amazing
Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !! And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……
good for families with children - surrounded by resorts and hotels only. Long way into Monasdir-Center.
WLAN should be available in the room, not only in and near the lobby
Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.
There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.
