First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap

But the real stars of my trip were the animation team! They brought so much energy, joy, and fun every single day. Each one of them is talented in their own way, and they truly made my vacation unforgettable

A HUGE shout-out to Jiji and Aymen — you two are absolute LEGENDS! Your positivity, humor, and warm personalities made every activity special. Thank you for making me laugh, dance, and enjoy every moment

You really made my stay magical! The hotel is also perfect for families — even my daughter LOVED it! She had so much fun with the activities, the ambiance, and especially the animation team

Hotel Shailmar entertainment team are totally amazing. They made our stay great fun, getting us up to dance, karaoke and play 'killer' darts. They always go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful

Hotel entertainment staff were fantastic and although 99% of the hotel spoke French the staff translated English (as well as other languages!) through out and were great vibes and made the stay very enjoyable

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order

I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle

Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)

Make sure to bring your own beach towels and bathroom essentials, as they don’t provide soap and towels seem to be in short supply. For a room of four people, we only had two towels

Dated building, furniture worn over time. Strong smell of smoke, forcing me to sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was limited, as was dinner. Cats in the lobby roam freely and undisturbed

What a delight! The Hotel Menara is a hidden gem. The welcome is warm, the staff incredibly kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spotless, the food is delicious and varied, and the pool is simply magnificent

I stayed at Hotel Menara in Yasmine Hammamet recently. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is nice and relaxing

The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere

We visited Tunis Grand Hotel and we were mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and we would love to visit again.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, especially the pool area, which provided a perfect place to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options

Had 10 nights here what a pleasure it was everyone so friendly brilliant night entertainment the lady that did the children's entertainment was really good and so kind! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Spa was lovely and very accommodating. Could do with a few wee extras (soaps and shampoos). Hanin has been especially great with our daughter Lily. She has loved dancing and playing with her this week

The food and drinks here are excellent, and the staff are all smiles. The entertainers take wonderful care of the children. I also have to praise today’s doctor, who helped relieve my daughter’s ear pain

A good level of security is assured by serious agents in the hotel, I have to mention the lack of cameras in the hotel, where my friend dropped his phone that was stolen buy someone in the bar, agents had nothing to do with such a situation because no one could see who took it

Camel rides and the pirate boat half day are a must, I have never had a boat trip as good as that in my life and that is something I do every trip. Party boat central and everyone has to be involved or you face a forfeit

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

It made meals so much easier with children, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be having more snack options available later in the evening

The indoor pool in seriously needs attention and could really do with a full refurbishment as it doesn’t feel fit for purpose

Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants

Turns out they have no idea what vegan actually is as dishes were labeled as vegan that were topped with cheese and some dishes with fish

I’ll admit I might be being slightly harsh because of a few negative experiences, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so we could hear noise from next door (including snoring), which isn’t ideal

Evening entertainment wasn’t great, but as we travelled out of season, that’s somewhat expected so it’s hard to criticise too much. All things considered, would we return? Honestly, yes we probably would

It was also very difficult to book the themed restaurants we went out of season and still couldn’t get a booking, so I can only imagine how hard it would be during peak times, food was good though

Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this

If u look for luxury tis aint for u. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay

Its a nice quiet place to stay with swimming pools and sunset views on the sea Bar offers free finger food plate with each drink order which is very nice. They have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink at the bar
