Amazing service...Very clean and well organized...Spent new year's eve there and it was amazing with a very warm atmosphere fit for families and couples. The indoor pool is clean and well maintained. I do recommend it.
The rooms were dirty, and the pool wasn't cleaned, with a significant amount of sand and unidentified objects at the bottom
Had a nice holiday, all services were good. Well maintained good room, good food but always the same buffet. Salt and fresh water pool. Directly on the sandy beach
Very well located hotel close to everything, a little old but ok, the rooms are clean and comfortable, very varied buffet and a large swimming pool.
5 hours after your arrival you'll have difficulty getting a drink, leaving and re-entering the hotel, or going swimming on the private beach
The hotel is good overall; however, the wristband is only given out from 2:30 PM onwards, meaning that for 2
We pay to stay in hotels with amenities seen on the websites and expect them to be available we would not have stayed here if we had of known the truth with restaurant options and pools being closed also disrepear of the rooms
Great hotel considering the price. The reception team was welcoming and kind, and they gave me a sea-view room with a warm smile
They also seemed disrespectful toward their own staff. Leadership should be about setting an example and prioritizing guests, which unfortunately was lacking. the restaurant management needs serious improvement
The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, and almost all staff members were pleasant and helpful. The only disappointing part was the restaurant management—not the waiters
The waiters were hardworking and provided excellent service. However, the restaurant managers appeared unprofessional and rude
There are several outdoor pools, plus one indoor pool, which is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The restaurant is also nice and adds to the overall comfort. A solid choice for a laid-back stay in Hammamet
If you want to have a good experience you have to visit (soviva hotel sousse At Tunisie) and if you already decided to come they have a good assistant team search for these guys (haider and all animation team).
A very nice hotel with excellent service; everyone was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and food were wonderful and delicious, and the entertainment team was fantastic and very cheerful

The rooms were great considering the price. A beautiful and wonderful hotel; my family and I had a lovely time with the Tunisians

Our last day here the staff are excellent especially Wassim who works at the main pool bar he has looked after us from day 1 You couldn’t wish for a nicer more helpful man He has made our stay so much more enjoyable
Most staff was very welcoming and always tried to keep things entertaining, barman wassim at pool bar was amazing he couldn’t do enough for u (top man) rooms were okay and food was not to bad but very repetitive, beer and cocktails were also nice
The waiters and entertainment teams are so lovely and friendly made the whole family feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us! I mentioned to 1 of the waiters it was my husband’s birthday, well, at dinner they made sure it was an extra special evening decorating our table and making the whole night very special
Bissaam is a great guy, really accommodating. Great start! Then you have everyone in animation team, great bunch of guys. Ali , the food hall manager carry an infectious smile and the rest of the waiters are excellent
Excellent everything perfect Quality hotel very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing something different on the menu each night. Highly recommend this hotel to couples and families with children of all ages.
From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcomed, greeted by Bissaam cordial personality and then Faycal during the daytime, not to forget karamma, they all were there to resolve your queries
The best thing about this hotel are people working there, everyone is kind and grateful for everything even small tips and also they don’t expect tips. Servers and barman’s are funny and talkative but in the nice way
There are more animators but I spent most of my tike with this four and I don’t regret it. Food was delicious a lot of choices and desserts were unrealistic. Every single day there were fresh fruits and veggies
There is variety of choices when it comes to food so you will definitely find something for yourself. The staff were kind and helpful. Animators were friendly and fun. They made sure everyone was having fun
Every night they would hype everyone to dance. They also had many games and shows prepared. I have never met such amazing animators like Wissal, Emy, Saif and Giada (sorry if I spelled the names wrong)
I was surprised how the whole entertainment team was only good people. They all were respectful and made sure everyone felt welcomed at activities and they were making sure everybody had fun
I have been to many hotels and never met people like those 4 who were amazing and welcoming my whole trip. I would come back again just to spend time with them because they were so genuine
The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived
Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it
Wonderful hotel and service
Wonderful hotel with great food, staff and amnesties. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we could stay longer.
The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable
Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms
Amazing
Good job guys all the best
Special regards to Med Amine ( customer relationship), chef Salah, hedi ( bar man ) and all the team
Congratulations on July 25th dinner
The hotel was picked for Sahara trip but the food is average, with no free water and I had an unwanted visitor (a big cockroach). The rooms are big and the pool was clean.
Nice pool and lobby. But i don't like food. And paying for water in restaurant is miserable for 4**** hotel. Garden is nice, many palms. Sahara is very close.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Nice decor and food though could be improved by labelling food. As a vegetarian, I wasn't sure what I could eat so stuck to salad and bread
The room is clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, a beautiful environment, and a plentiful breakfast.
It's in the desert, so it's nice to have a place to rest. The facilities are relatively old, but they are actually very good in the local area

In the end: we left with good impressions about the country and will definitely come back!
The serice was good, the reception managers were helpful.
The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!
Overall its ok to stay only good things there are swimming pool and animation show was good
Great service and excellent animation team. Thank you Sami ( director of front desk) and thank you Aida ( housekeeping service) for your kindness to my family and for your great service
It is also a very child friendly and lots of sports activities to engage such as pedal court, pool, Indore swimming, gym to name a few. After dinner entertainment was also top class
Stay, food, facilities all suited our taste and provided a wholesome family holiday experience. A special mention to the people, the staff who run the hotel and we were touched by the warm hospitality on many occasions
You won't get British sausages or bacon, but again, there is plenty to choose from. You won't go hungry and their pizzas are decent too. You can get your Euros or Pounds exchanged at the hotel reception area
Marhaba Palace is a lovely hotel and we had a truly special experience during our first visit to Tunisia. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the entrance gives you a palace like feel with a giant chandelier
However, the sink was a bit clogged and the showerhead wasn’t in great condition. The hand soap bottle was also empty (oops). Dinner had a wide variety of dishes, but breakfast was surprisingly plain
Take cash on any trips you go on for drinks, snacks and any little added extras(not expensive so 40 Tunisian Dinars each is plenty imo). The staff are sincerely grateful for any tips you give
I especially want to thank the housekeeper, Sana. She cleaned the room to a level that honestly rivaled a hospital - spotless, not a single grain of dust in sight
We visit Tunis many times a year, sometimes for medical reasons and sometimes due to transit
A “used to be luxurious” hotel. When you first step inside the lobby, you feel that you went back to the monarchy era, where the aristocratic touch cannot be unseen. Also, when you go out to the pool space
A special note of thanks as well to Walid, who serves breakfast every morning at the restaurant, and to Heesham and Ramzi, for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality
Maher is extremely professional and truly an extraordinary person. He carries our luggage, takes care of our needs, and serves from the heart with genuine kindness and humanity
His compassion toward the elderly and those who are ill is remarkable. He is humble, honorable, and sincerely dedicated to making people feel comfortable and cared for
Our stay at Royal Thalassa Monastir was a wonderful holiday in one of the most sustainable hotels in Tunisia Despite the size of the property, the hotel convinces with its beautiful pool and beach area
The most I will miss is the swimming at the indoor pool. I was a beginner when I stepped into that pool but with the help and guidance of Yaseen the life guard and Moiz I can now swim
The beach is very narrow and you are constantly asked by the same people if you want to buy a towel but they go if you tell them no
It costs half a dinar, so much cheaper than the 30 dinar plus that you are charged by the taxi drivers. There isn't a masjid in the area, but you can easily hop on the train if you want to join for communal prayer
Some hit differently but that's because people have different tastes, which is why they do a variety. The other guests were also really welcoming, too. I look forward to coming back and seeing everyone again
The hospitality and attention of the hotel staff makes visitors feel special and welcomes everyone with warmth el. A special mention to the guest relations lady a credit to the hotel and the bar staff
For the first 2 days we had full access to the pool bar, however after this, due to staff shortages/end of season, this bar was closed and we had to go to the lobby bar for drinks in the day
The waterslide pools are open 10-12 and 3-5pm and were lots of fun for all, including a small slide for young children
Our last day we had a fantastic a la carte lunch including steak and chips in the poolside restaurant and the food and staff were fantastic! We had a fabulous time here and the weather was wonderful for an October half term holiday (29 degrees most days) and we look forward to returning to tunisia, our new favourite holiday destination
We have just returned from houda golf as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children aged 11,8,5. Upon arrival, we were able to upgrade our room for a small fee, and we had a fantastic room
Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool
By the pool bar there are lovely paninis and pizzas available 12-5pm, as well as a great lunchtime restaurant selection of chicken, rice, chips, beef, pancakes etc

- we had a bungalow room which is great for a family and had a private bar area and pool which we enjoyed
I am currently here in this amazing hotel. I read the negative reviews before I arrived and was dreading it. I am pleasantly impressed with this hotel
While the choice isn’t overwhelming like some all-inclusive hotels, everything that is offered is done exceptionally well. The pool and beach areas were spotless, very well maintained, and had a calm, relaxed atmosphere
The waiter service directly to your sunbed was another great touch and added to the overall luxury feel. The vibe of the hotel is peaceful and relaxed, which we loved
This hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort and a laid-back atmosphere. It would suit couples, families, or really anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive without the chaos of larger resorts
It’s ideal if you’re looking to switch off and enjoy a quieter atmosphere but you also have access to the neighbouring 4-star hotel if you want something a bit more lively or have children with you

Bring your own hair dryer and towel! You have to pay a €20 deposit for the hair dryer and the towels never dry. Overall, the place was clean and we really enjoyed relaxing, playing tennis and meeting other guests
The pool and beach were amazing, lots of activities if you wish to join in e. aqua aerobics, stretch class, fire show and other entertainment throughout the day / evening
It says one drink but you can drink as much as you'd like. Hotel ground is very well maintained with plenty of greens, swimming pools clean and well kept
It was one of the best stay in Hammamet! I literally felt like home! The vibe is very friendly the staff are too kind the director and her husband were very welcome! And the beach is Ouf we got tanned in the end of October 🥹
Very good hotel and very helpful staff who can easily communicate in English, French or Arabic
However 7pm is quite late for dinner and since they only had one restaurant on sight everyone barged in at once with long ques. There’s not much to do in the evenings and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels

Good very good lots of choice all staff very friendly in the restaurant. Very clean hotel Highly recommend, will be visiting again
Animation great Thanks to Simo and team. Food not very good, plates and cups in the restaurant are too old and look dirty even when washed. Beach great, clean. Pool experience was nice
Plus there was plenty of it so everyone was able to sample. The entertainment staff are fantastic. They work tremendously hard to keep everyone entertained and involved if you want to be
Its verry nice hotel its verry good for vocations its verry good all is verry beautiful all service its okey verry good holiday here its amazing and all team animations its good Zico / Willy/ soleille / elyas / tarek
Amazing hotel , very friendly staff. Animation team very good , gets everybody up , very friendly staff. My girls loved the mini disco every night They let her sing even though karaoke isn’t on
The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the service staff are cool. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. 3 clean pools, one with hot water inside.
Always smiling, available, and very helpful, he greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. This isn't my first stay at the Hilton, and every visit when Jihed is present, I naturally turn to him
His sense of service, efficiency, and attention to detail make all the difference. A big thank you to him for his exemplary welcome and his constant commitment to customer satisfaction
Facility is nice but a bit older. Restaurants are well kept. Breakfast is excellent
Too few elevators for such a big hotel. A bit far away from anything close by.
One of the better hotels in the area, and the breakfast is great! It's right by the sea, so you can easily go for a walk along the beach.
The service fully met my expectations. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Jihed at the front desk

The outdoor area is great, so many places to sit, there’s such a lovely space near the sea, with great chairs - lots of Different types of pools
The staff were so friendly and accommodating it’s amazing! They really want you to have a good time and always asking if everything is ok. From the receptionist staff to the cleaners
Not a lot outside of the hotel to walk to, all a bit run down to be honest, but all we wanted was a pool/beach holiday that was easy and relaxing, so this hotel was perfect
What an amazing hotel! The staff are so lovely (chokri, Huda, there was a man during the day at reception I didn’t get his name on the 9th January. The food was lovely, wide variety
They upgraded our room to a gorgeous gorgeous suite with fantastic views. Everything is so clean and modern
Spent 7 nights and from the start the service received from reception was friendly and helpful. This continued throughout the hotel from reception to the beach bar staff
Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m
As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach)
04.07.2017 The sea is great-warm and looks like Maldives! The hotel is very good with its interior, personnel, clean and nice teritory . Food is delicious. Reccomend 4floor seaview rooms-it has wonderfull view whole day!
It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful
Thank you very much to the whole team, I really enjoyed it, a big thank you to Abir and Simon for your company, the day of entertainment at the pool with good music and dancing, frankly it's great and the location of the hotel with a beautiful sea view and we finished with a good evening in the lounge by the pool, music at full blast with DJ Abir and Simon in dance mode, thank you very much again,...
The receptionist who checked me in didn't explain anything to me about the meals, the pool or the beach. I had to ask for every single thing
We had lovey hot weather while we were there and the bar staff were really good and brought our drinks to us by the pool
Whilst like many all inclusive hotels, the food can be repetitive, but it was always very tasty and there was variety. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend
Our room was spacious and clean, on the ground floor. We were out of season which was quiet. so not all of the restaurants were open
but that didn't make any difference as the buffet always had a lovely fresh selection at all meal times. The Spa is wonderful and we all had a lovely massage. and made use of the heated indoor pool
Rooms were ok, fairly clean and the necessities were there. We spent most of our time by the pool which was very clean and taken care of. Music there was good along with the aquafit which we attended daily
I booked this hotel for my parners birthdag We had the most amazing experience at le Royal hotel Since the moment we arrived at the hotel we have been greeted with nothing but pure happiness
The hotel grounds are beautiful. I also really liked the pools – especially the indoor one and the water park. The hotel staff is simply magnificent; everyone is always ready to serve and assist
There was a large selection of meat dishes, but fewer options for fish and seafood. There was a wide selection of desserts, though there weren’t enough local Middle Eastern sweets – they were only available on Mondays
We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it closed, so we had to find a replacement in a hurry and chose this oneand we weren’t disappointed. We were a family of two adults and two children, ages 7 and 1
The room is spacious but a bit worn, and the soundproofing is lacking. The food in the main restaurant is simply wonderfu –everything is delicious, fresh, not too salty, and always varied
I’d especially like to mention the entertainment team –the guys gave it their all, working from morning till night to make sure our stay was filled with fun and joy
The hotel is very clean and pleasant, with a good location and a clean beach. The room was well-located, not far from the reception, restaurant, and bar
