The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order

I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle

Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)

Make sure to bring your own beach towels and bathroom essentials, as they don’t provide soap and towels seem to be in short supply. For a room of four people, we only had two towels

The rooms were clean but a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The food was okay, but a bit repetitive. Overall, it is a good hotel if you want an affordable stay with basic comforts

Dated building, furniture worn over time. Strong smell of smoke, forcing me to sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was limited, as was dinner. Cats in the lobby roam freely and undisturbed

What a delight! The Hotel Menara is a hidden gem. The welcome is warm, the staff incredibly kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spotless, the food is delicious and varied, and the pool is simply magnificent

I stayed at Hotel Menara in Yasmine Hammamet recently. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is nice and relaxing

The hotel is large, with spacious rooms. You'll need to be prepared to walk from your room to the restaurant/reception area. There are several pools and plenty of beach chairs

I saw a poster at Reception for another excellent package - 275 TND for breakfast, lunch, use of pool, 40 min massage, 30 min facial, and use of a suite room all day

My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. And who wants Nescafé for breakfast?

The DJ was a very cool and nice gentleman who played Persian music as soon as I asked for it. The only negative point was that the desserts weren’t refilled after being finished. All in all, it’s a fabulous resort

It included a 60 min massage, 30 min Hammam, 30 min jacuzzi bath with hot sea water and rose water and a 20 min face massage. Slippers, robe, relaxation area with lots of tisana (herb tea), bottles of water

I emailed them on Tuesday and Mohamed, the Spa manager emailed me back within the hour offering me an appointment for the Silver package I had read about for 350 TND for the following day

However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property for several reasons: the lack of certain hygiene items (such as cotton pads and cotton swabs), some imperfect finishes in the bathroom (particularly the silicone), and the condition of some sun loungers

Italian restaurant (nice but I wouldn't have been happy to pay for it) *Childrens food* chips, ice cream, pancakes everyday. *Entertainment* this is away from the main buildings. *Pools* plenty to choose from

TUI Blue Manar is a family-friendly hotel that offers a warm welcome and a kind, attentive staff who are always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The room service was good, as were the spa and the Baia restaurant

The animation team were wonderful and so friendly and kept everyone entertained from morning till night. The food was beautiful and so much choice even the pickiest eater would be spoilt for choice

That said, I would like to highlight that I give a full 5/5 rating to the staff and even to the other guests, as the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic

The room was big enough for what we needed, we had a room with a pool and it was great for kids or just relaxing and it was very clean the housekeeper najeh was amazing kept the room clean and couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and polite

The indoor pool in seriously needs attention and could really do with a full refurbishment as it doesn’t feel fit for purpose

Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants

Turns out they have no idea what vegan actually is as dishes were labeled as vegan that were topped with cheese and some dishes with fish

I’ll admit I might be being slightly harsh because of a few negative experiences, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so we could hear noise from next door (including snoring), which isn’t ideal

Evening entertainment wasn’t great, but as we travelled out of season, that’s somewhat expected so it’s hard to criticise too much. All things considered, would we return? Honestly, yes we probably would

It was also very difficult to book the themed restaurants we went out of season and still couldn’t get a booking, so I can only imagine how hard it would be during peak times, food was good though

I mean everything about this wonderful place was unique 🤩🤩🤩 the Africain decorations 🥰 the accessories, the view. It's a total Africain theme as it suits the name

Besides we had a lot of fun with the animation group playing with them at the swimming pool aquatic games ,Add to that we find a different program for each night party

About the food I liked it , I respect all the hotel stuff they really made as feel so comfortable ,I recommend you to go there 💗🤩🥰🥰

I chose the Africain queen as a destination with my wife,it was a common choice because we wanted something out of the routine

Some workers are rude with the visitor on beach and reception 1/5 The pool man and the guardian's on the beach are rude n no politeness 00/5

But the highlight of my trip was definitely the amazing animation team. They were full of energy, fun, and creativity, organizing great activities and shows that made every moment exciting

Their positive spirit made our vacation unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Yadis Hammamet! A big thank you especially to the young animation team — they brought so much energy and made the atmosphere lively and fun

The staff were welcoming, the entertainment was great, and overall it was a very good experience. We left with wonderful memories and lots of smiles

Some staff at the beach were behaving in a very inappropriate way, even engaging in sexual acts in front of guests, including children and families

On the plus side: the bed is large, you sleep well, there's a nice sea view, a nice pool with always hot water, a hearty breakfast, a decent bar where you can buy food and drink at a great price, and excellent Wi-Fi throughout

Room was a bit tired but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely view, superb pool and gardens, nice walk to town. Much better area than Yasmine Hammamet as not so many tourists and not made to be so modern

The property is nice, the pool is nice, the rooms are decent...the cleanliness isn't the best, the reception isn't very friendly, the meals are awful! ..

What an amazing holiday we had here! Friendly, helpful staff who became friends. Food was a bit repetitive but part of our trip was during Ramadan and we weren't concerned as ate lunch out everyday anyway

Been comeing this hotel 4 years love it staff go out there way for us know us very well now ..gets busy in summer but very quiete in winter but nice and peaceful can relax enjoy

My children were scared and wanted to leave straight away. After reporting issues to manager, lots of things got addressed. Bring your own soap, shampoo, towels

Bed very comfortable, hot water, clean towels and cleaning almost every day. I don't know if it worked, but I didn't go there to watch TV. Definitely not a 4 star hotel ,maybe in the past

The breakfast buffet was not good, long queues for some items, so would recommend going for room only and then buying breakfast at one of the fabulous cafes down the road (eg 'yoyo'). Would probably be a similar cost

Overall my 4 stars include the relatively cheap cost of the hotel. The decor is a little tired/shabby chic but the hotel provided all the things (mentioned above) we wanted, for a great price

Let me start with the fact that if you are looking for an All inclusive holiday with delicious food, drinks and colorful cocktails, it is not in Tunisia. Opinions on this come from different people from other hotels

And lots of food if you have children as they may not like hotels food. If I can I would still come back to Tunisia but not to this hotel because of the food and cleanliness. I hope they find ways to get better

The pool area works well for families and couples. Sunbeds are usually available if you head down early. The beach access is straightforward. Breakfast offers good choice

The room was of star standard, with a double bed and a sofa, and the environment was also good, with a swimming pool and a rest area that were very elegant

We visited Tunisia and stayed at hotel laico hammamet and was amazing, locations is beautiful rooms were clean, service was amazing and Tunisian food is amazing here, everyone at the hotel was super friendly and service was amazing, the animation team were amazing aswell, ghada fadi and Alex, they made sure we were happy and were enjoying ourselves, if your debating to book this holiday I would definitely...

The rooms are immaculate every time we go into them thanks to the room cleaning crew, and the beds are super comfortable and easy to regulate the warm temperature And the entertainment is extraordinary thanks to the organiser baloo putting on amazing music and shows each night to keep everyone entertained and happy throughout the evenings

For the food and restaurant, again waiters, were willing to go out of their way and assist me whenever I needed help in carrying or getting food, which was really sweet and helpful. Always smiling! The food was great

A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful

Great hotel fabulous staff especially Easy. Food is delicious and lovely and hot and rooms are big and spacious. the entertainment team Salma and Booboo are brilliant always interacting with guests of all ages

I didn’t sit on them myself since it started at 22:00 and the time difference is 2 hours. Food as much as you want and whatever you want. A large abundance of sweets, a paradise for sweet lovers

There is a wide range of activities provided by the 'Animation' team, archery, boules and fitness etc. In the evening there is Bingo, Karaoke etc. The team ensure that everyone is involved and enjoying their holidays

Customer service can't be beaten. There is a good variety of food and drinks. Entertainment team are fab especially Easy who takes the time with you to get to know you personally

Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working

Staff were fantastic! So attentive and really made sure they look after you. The facilities available were great, I really enjoyed the pool and the spa was reasonably priced

All the staff were very friendly and informative when helping to arrange tours. Diego the entertainer was fun, bubbly and outgoing always making people smile by the pool

We have had a great holiday at Belair hotel in Rhodes. It’s very clean, lots of different options of food from different cultures as well as Traditional Greek cuisine

Thoroughly enjoyed karaoke night and the fire show at the end of our week. We would definitely recommend and consider returning

You could see the intention was to build it into a great holiday destination but all buildings are either half built or built and deserted which is a shame because it's got an amazing beach, The old town is great for a walk round and the food is pretty decent

I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation...

Overall would I go back again, yes I would, maybe a few days before we went in October to catch the longer weather, but all and all it was a great holiday

Hotel El Fell in Hammamet is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining stay. The service is moderate, but some staff are attentive and welcoming

The swimming pool is not very deep, which makes it perfect for families and those who just want to relax, and it’s always full of life thanks to the fun animations and water games organized around it

The food is varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices to satisfy every taste

There are enough high end restaurants and cafeterias near by, it's not far from hammamt yasmine but far enough to not be bothered by the loud noises and the crowded roads

Guests will never get bored with the lively activities available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of fun
