Animation team also very kind. Indoor swimmingpool is the top and by my opinion must have in every hotel. Outside pool looks great and da nature as well

The room was clean and our balcony pool view so romantic for us on our honeymoon. Food was excellent breakfast to dinner. Entertainment for everyone with wonderful activities for in the pool and at poolside at night

I enjoyed our holiday with two kids. They loved da food- especially many variants of deserts and veg. Will appreciate more fruit of different kind but it was ok. Great service, Bassem and Ali are really sweethearts

It's a very good hotel with two swimming pools, other than the pools the food is very delicious and the entertaining at night is very fun and lively also there are entertaining activities at the pool like dancing and waterpolo it's a very good hotel and I recommend going to it

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

On the positive side, there was a reasonably well-kept rooftop swimming pool with stunning views of the trees and the beach/sea in the background

The room is OK, the breakfast is good, the parking is OK and the waiters are friendly and attentive.

It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish

The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day

As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day

They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel

There is a covered indoor pool on the 3rd floor, but it’s easier to reach it by stairs than the elevator. ❌ Beach: Beach is far and poorly maintained — dirty, no chairs, and not worth the walk

Lifeguards; difficult to say how effective they were or if they’re actually lifeguards rather than just staff hanging around occasionally mopping poolside, however they did help put up umbrellas

Lovely hotel and staff member ishim, not sure if spelt correctly works behind the bar on an evening, absolutely spot on bloke you couldn’t ask for a better host always greeted with a smile on his face and always happy to help

the hotel is very nice big at the pool is alot of activities during hot weather also during 8 pm to midnight nice mini disco the room is nice hotel is pretty clean its very noisy during the day but at night its nice and peaceful service was amazing 10/10 all of the staff was really nice aspecially Najib best animator in the whole hotel but the cleaners on our leavers day cept comming into our room...

Most of the entertainment staff are fucus around the French guests, but on entertainment member for the hotel, Nejib was great with everyone and made everyone feel so welcome. I would definitely come again

A lovely stay with family for a week. Rooms and resort were very clean. Good selection of food for all meals. Animation team were amazing and very friendly. Nejib was great fun and very friendly and helpful

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think

I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

Italian restaurant (nice but I wouldn't have been happy to pay for it) *Childrens food* chips, ice cream, pancakes everyday. *Entertainment* this is away from the main buildings. *Pools* plenty to choose from

TUI Blue Manar is a family-friendly hotel that offers a warm welcome and a kind, attentive staff who are always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The room service was good, as were the spa and the Baia restaurant

Had a wonderful meal at the Biai restaurant for returning guests the table gifts and food were amazing thank you Noura and all the staff, you make the hotel the success it is

That said, I would like to highlight that I give a full 5/5 rating to the staff and even to the other guests, as the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic

The room was big enough for what we needed, we had a room with a pool and it was great for kids or just relaxing and it was very clean the housekeeper najeh was amazing kept the room clean and couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and polite

Minuses: no animation;only melon from fruits;miss breakfast cereal;miss mix of salads;no English channel on tv. Summary:hotel is old,but personal try to keep it well. Hope now it more ⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend for a quiet vacation

I enjoyed the service and the stay here Food is not bad, cofee is terrible tho The section I stayed at has wifi connection reching to our bedrooms which is a great thing But the thing I disliked the most is that the indoor pool was empty and there were no attractions at autumn season

The room is okay, although the toilet could be cleaner. The cleaning staff can make lovely decorations for your wife or girlfriend, which is a wonderful surprise

I loved it me and my mum stayed here 8times and once in the orange beach resort and this little hotel beats them all marvellous staff and owner top marks.

Lovely family run hotel. Basic bed and breakfast. But the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Good food.

Charming old world hotel locked in history.... Reminds you of Swisss or Austrian or Scotland. Low key family run across from the beach.

The average waiter takes a long time to come and take your order.
