Hotels on first line in Sousse

The hotel is located in the old town, close to the Mediterranean Sea, and within walking distance of most of the old town's attractions! It's also very close to the train station! The rooms are compact, but the common areas are spacious and unique! The bathroom is shared, and it can be a bit cold when you get up to use it at night!

I booked a small room but it was decent, the shared bathrooms were clean, its very close to good restaurants. Its a great place for a short stay, close to the train station and a cheap taxi ride away from the bus station

Even though the rooms are small, they are very comfortable. The location is excellent – ​​right on the edge of the Sousse Medina. There are cafes nearby where you can get delicious local food

The location is great, in the medina but right next to the city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I forgot 2 phone charges and they returned them on my next stay

I loved it! Beautifull interior.fabulous cheap breakfast. Romantic rooftop. Staff very helpful. Only downside it was so cold at night. I'll be back.❤️

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room.

The pool is quite and a bit small and it can be really dirty at times and there are a lot of wasps due to the trees

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

Been going here for the last 8 years 2 times a years. the hotel cheep staff are great. I always feel safe in this hotel. Family run small hotel which I like Rooms cleaned every day

So for the price I must say they give above what they should. Yes some staff do have off days they are only human lol

They accept cash in Euro if you d like On the other hand, there wasnt slipper and hair dryer. At the first day of our stay, there wasnt WiFi connection because of heavy rain(that's what we were told by front desk)

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect in the heart of the medina. Excellent service, very good facilities, and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Great value for money! Thank you!

There's practically no service, and the breakfast is especially bad. Aside from being convenient for sightseeing and having relatively large rooms, everything else is just average, making it poor value for money.

Great! Comfortable and clean, perfectly located in the medina, very friendly, helpful, and smiling staff. Very inexpensive (70 euros for three nights in my case). Breakfast is adequate, nothing special.

Surpringly nice! Exceeded my expectations. The place is really beautiful, not a luxurious one but clean with nice bedrooms. Sweet breakfast and coffee included

Photos on some sites are not reflecting the truth. There is no white sandy beach at all. However the hotel is indeed by the beach, even closer than most palaces. Beach is dirty as most of the country, unfortunately

I don't understand the bad reviews of this hotel. The staff are really friendly, beautiful sea views from the balcony, Hotel room is cleaned everyday, I think people are expecting 5 stars on a budget who complain

Hya to all Staff from Dreams Beach! Well, I really appoligize myself for the 1st evening that we arrived to your Hotel, because we were hungry, angry and was very hot from a long flight from Gatwick - Uk

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property was cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Great location for the beach My only moan would be the breakfast not a great selection of quality food but it was edible.

The beach bar undercooked the food , I preferred the hotels restaurant where you have to pay , again reasonable , pizza 20 dinar. The pool and activities I can not fault clean , great aqua park

Before we go I was very sceptic about the bad comments, now I am writing before our leaving. The hotel is great located, very nice sandy beach, clean pools and good aquapark

Stayed here in August 2025 firstly the location is amazing , right on the beach , which was beautiful , also near nice restaurants and attractions , not far from town walking distant , easy transport via taxi

They showed an immense amount of care and support towards me and genuinely went out of their way to help me on the 26th February. The two men are an absolute credit to the hotel and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Unfortunately i didn’t catch their names but they will know who they both are. Thank you so much, I will never forget you both. Please pass my gratitude on to these two men that were working in the grounds that day

Calm , clean, and comfortable. Prices are very acceptable, the area around the hotel is safe and people are very helpful. You can easily navigate to the city and restaurants.

They have hot water running all the time ACs work perfectly and maintained in the rooms. They serve really good filter coffee in the morning alongside the fresh croissant

The staff are really friendly and the check in is easy. This is a very suitable hotel for trips where you are spending most of your time outside

the only comment I have is that I took a room at the end of the hall and the internet had weak signal and speed

On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough. he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant

Close to train station, room overall is comfortable (we have to change room during our 3-night stay, as the 1st night was fully booked and we ended up in a room seems to be “pending for refurbishment” even though we booked months ago)

Hotel Residence Monia was a great place to stay in the centre of the city! It a good quiet location on a side alley, the staff were super friendly & helpful! Heaps of restaurants & cafes walking distance away

The animation team were the best, especially Ballack! Ouss, Luca, Zizou, Lauren, Patricia, Snoop, Lauren and all the others always friendly and entertaining, there is always something to do - Aqua aerobics, archery, darts, ping pong, volleyball, Zumba and foam party on the beach etc

Another amazing holiday - hotel quieter pre Christmas but bar (Taha/Soheil) and restaurant staff attentive and activities still in place. Entertainment team put on good shows and engage with guests

Super hotel and good stuff and nice people working here and the team animation work and super girl from kids club nam fifi and mido and everyone work at the hotel and the bar stuff bar so nice and the food is good and the wetheso good i will be back soon
