Nice complexe with lot of options

It is perfect for seaside vacations. In fact, it is several hotel clusters of the same group. Swimming, playing ball, fitness, and evening arts and crafts evenings, many activities. If three meals are included, you can eat anytime. European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet. There are kitchen facilities, but no tableware or kitchenware. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and you can eat with the wristband given when you check in.

Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. It was even better. The animation team put on some very fun shows. All other staff very good. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse. I absolutely loved my room and the view.

This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture. Lots of families stay here with EasyJet/Jet2 package holidays. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Service at the buffet wasn't as great as other hotels (e.g. we regularly served drinks for ourselves). Food was ok. Would say it's more of a budget 3* experience.

Loved this place, great vibe. Design was perfect and the attention to detail was great. I was moved to the new building which was perfect - nice and quiet. The restaurant was fine… I would not rave about it as a few things were missing from the limited menu and it was very slow. But tasty. Overall I would recommend this spot.

Another amazing holiday - hotel quieter pre Christmas but bar (Taha/Soheil) and restaurant staff attentive and activities still in place. Entertainment team put on good shows and engage with guests. This bar is absolutely fantastic! The cocktails are not only delicious but also beautifully made. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always make you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and enjoy every evening.

The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it .

The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room.

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building.
