The staff is great, the hotel is decent but needs a major renovation and refurbishment. However, the value for money is unbeatable.

Nice complexe with lot of options

It is perfect for seaside vacations. In fact, it is several hotel clusters of the same group. Swimming, playing ball, fitness, and evening arts and crafts evenings, many activities. If three meals are included, you can eat anytime. Hygiene: Occasionally there will be a small cockroach crawling on the bread 🍞 in the restaurant, of course the restaurant waiter quickly pinches it to death.

Great for families with kids, and the new building is closer to the beach.

I’ve been staying in the hotel now for a week and my cleaning lady / house keeper Houda is the loveliest lady I’ve ever met I’m in room 124 she always welcomes me with a smile and goes above and beyond to make my stay great

European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet. There are kitchen facilities, but no tableware or kitchenware. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and you can eat with the wristband given when you check in.

Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. It was even better. The animation team put on some very fun shows. All other staff very good. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse. I absolutely loved my room and the view.

This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture. The last day the room was not cleaned at all and we even did not have towels. This is not acceptable for a 4star hotel.

Lots of families stay here with EasyJet/Jet2 package holidays. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Service at the buffet wasn't as great as other hotels (e.g. we regularly served drinks for ourselves). Food was ok. Would say it's more of a budget 3* experience.

Great hotel and the animation team were absolutely superb and made the time there really fun. The hotel had just been freshly renovated so was looking pristine. The hotel is well-located, but the staff was unpleasant. At the reception, they scammed us out of 200 euros, claiming it was for Tunisian residents (even though we are Tunisians living in Tunisia). The hotel is great, set in a seaside location. The palm trees and swimming pool area looks stunning. The food is excellent with choice of huge selections. The hotel is large and well-equipped, with many guests and beautiful decorations. The room is spacious with a balcony and a separate shower and toilet. Staff at hotel were fantastic. If you are diabetic prepare to buy your own Coke Zero etc, no diet drinks served. Rooms are basic, no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.

Lovely hotel, food is excellent but repetitive. Alcohol is limited unless you want to pay extra so I advise to bring alcohol in from duty free. Had a fantastic 10days with the family, the animation team were amazing. Plenty of sports games and entertainment everyday for all ages.

Booked a Queen bed room but hotel gave me two single bed room. Hotel promised to change room by tomorrow. After I changed the room, found out it wad same two single room. Definitely coming back again. The food nice, the room clean everyday. The bar attendant are so excellent, You don't have to wait for drinks, they are there to fill your drink up..
