Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. The food is very good and varied

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive

Hotel that is nice and well equipped. Restaurants are great. Room is bit hot and stuffy. Pool is nice so is the gym.

Location is great, good breakfast, and lobby is good. WiFi signal is poor, TV is small and bad! Attitude issues with the beach lifeguard.

The Location is beautiful, with your own private beach, local shops as you come out the hotel, many locations like Medina / Mall of Sousse - are within a short taxi journey which are very cheap I must add

They cater for all nationality. The entertainment is magnificent. I would like to say a special thanks to Sahbi who works at the pool bar, he does above and beyond

The employees that work here move mountains for the people that come to stay at Jaz, nothing is too much of an ask - the service is absolutely 5 star. They deserve a trophy I was actually sad to leave this amazing place

I've stayed at jaz tour khalef for the last 6 years. The staff can't do enough for you from the chamber maids to higher management. The cleanliness of this hotel if fabulous and food is out of this world

The most kindest gentlest people. I came away with my young child & every staff member made a fuss of her, it was so lovely to see her come out of her shell there was nothing we couldnt ask for

Very good hôtel. I visited it with my wife. We passed a very good Time. We enjoyed the beach, the service provided by the hôtel. It was a very good période. I advice people to book there.

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

Money can make them smile. No money no smile. Hotel has to many people for the rooms they payed for. Only the pool boys are kind for free. To the hotel management, pay your people more!

I had the most amazing time at the White Sensation event, and it was all thanks to the incredible team at Thalassa Entertainment! From start to finish, the atmosphere was electric — full of energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments

The hotel grounds are average, there are slides, pools, but the pools is why it is constantly dirty in sand and leaves, but this may be because of the wind, in the total area by 4. So in one word the hotel ate up in 3

Beautiful private beach, even better with a pier next to it. Great service, not pushy about tips

Beautiful Hotel our cleaning lady Houda kept out room so clean and every day we got up Houda gave the bed a personal touch made with different animals ,flowers etc astonishing Food was excellent by Chef Raoudha compliments ❤️

I’ve been staying in the hotel now for a week and my cleaning lady / house keeper Houda is the loveliest lady I’ve ever met I’m in room 124 she always welcomes me with a smile and goes above and beyond to make my stay great

If three meals are included, you can eat anytime. Hygiene: Occasionally there will be a small cockroach crawling on the bread 🍞 in the restaurant, of course the restaurant waiter quickly pinches it to death

For the first 2 days we had full access to the pool bar, however after this, due to staff shortages/end of season, this bar was closed and we had to go to the lobby bar for drinks in the day

Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool

In our third day we wanted to venture to the town monastir for shopping. We asked reception for the best way to do this. Getting a taxi is double the cost as the cars only seat 4 passengers

By the pool bar there are lovely paninis and pizzas available 12-5pm, as well as a great lunchtime restaurant selection of chicken, rice,chips,beef, pancakes etc

The waterslide pools are open 10-12 and 3-5pm and were lots of fun for all, including a small slide for young children

Big praise to lobby barman hassan "why not" who ensured every single day was a highlight for my children especially my son, with his silly dances! The hotel animation are great (sorry only remember the name of zazu) and work incredibly hard, without a single day off in the entire week they were there

Serving good food all three meals inclusive per day. Nice facilities like indoor & outdoor swimming pools and private access to beach.

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

Restaurant by the pool up the glass outside elevator is little expensive but their food is worth it, very delicious and a fantastic view. Beach has a security at all times

Paid for Sea View was given a view entirely of a dirty roof which held security concern of outside people entering from the balcony or peeping

Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes

until I complained and reception made me write a agreement to delete my online feedback as a Condition to change my room which is Quite unprofessional to require that. New room was far better though, bigger shower too

Fun atmosphere during the day by the sea and by the pool

Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. The animation team put on some very fun shows. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse

This place should be 5 stars for everything. Rooms perfect, hotel good spec. Good for solo travelers like me. Nice beach Access with bar and beds and shades. Water beautiful and not cold in December!

This impacted all the facilities the hotel had to offer (think small indoor bar seating area in colder weather) so we chose to eat out for lunch and dinner after our experience at breakfast

We've used all bars, the gym and the spa and all have been fine. Today, a load of predominantly tunisian men have turned up at the hotel at breakfast and remained for the day

location was perfect beach private I might add was walking distance water park right next door and the fair and port a 10 min walk if that

I've stayed at The Houria Palace Hotel many times and cannot recoil highly enough. It's fantastic value for money for solo travellers, cpls and families alike It's currently undergoing sympathetic upgrades to the rooms

The staff are amazing and there is always a good choice of food in the restaurant. The resort is Port El Kantouia and its vibrant with lots of things to do for everyone

For the 2nd time in this hotel, very friendly staff, food good could be warmer, the air conditioning did not work so that was sweating, not nice cleaning every day, lovely swimming pool

Evening time, the activities boy's did the same thing at the Bar. All staff was very nice with me and make me very happy. Big room and clean just the pillows was quiet hard for me

I rated this 4 not 5 because the room was smaller than I would expect, there was no surface to put your toiletries on in the bathroom and the toiletries supplied were minimal

The pool area was nice, shame we had a couple of bad weather days and we were regularly offered drinks by the pool waiter who always had a smile and joke (sorry I did not catch your name) Overall a lovely hotel which isn’t too big so all the staff greet you and treat you special

Also some of the hotel needed a bit of an update. However, the rest of the stay was a 5 star experience. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble

The Christmas Eve events were great, although geared towards the French guests who celebrate Christmas on the evening, which meant for us Brits Christmas Day was a bit of a non event, but we weren’t that bothered

Big shout out to Saied in the restaurant who made us feel so special at each visit. The food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive especially the deserts

Old hotel but nice. Beautiful pool, garden and beach with sunbeds. Good food for all inclusive. The mattresses in the rooms should be replaced. Good cleaning every day. Clean sheets and towels every day.

For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality

I got the wrong room not as what i booked. Buat the pool beach was lit and really good

The hotel grounds are quite large, but everything is convenient. Excellent location, first line beach, close to the Medina and the city of entertainment: cafes, bars, discos, shopping centers

This hotel is just near beach. The location is good. The hotel has so many rooms so that the waiting time might be very long.

Had a lovely time, excellent location, close to Hannibal park, marina, sousse mall and directly on the beach. Hotel is looking quite dated inside but everything else was spot on

I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough

(Everything offered costs money during excursions generally 10dinar) Hotel was amazing the front desk upgraded us to a better room when they realised there was 5 of us and then offered to move us when a leak happened outside the room, the waiting staff (the tall chap and friend) was amazing and made memories the children will always remember, security looked after us on the beach and made sure we...

First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap

But the real stars of my trip were the animation team! They brought so much energy, joy, and fun every single day. Each one of them is talented in their own way, and they truly made my vacation unforgettable

The hotel is beautiful, the vibe is amazing, and the staff is simply wonderful — always smiling, kind, and ready to help

The beach bar undercooked the food , I preferred the hotels restaurant where you have to pay , again reasonable , pizza 20 dinar. The pool and activities I can not fault clean , great aqua park

Before we go I was very sceptic about the bad comments, now I am writing before our leaving. The hotel is great located, very nice sandy beach, clean pools and good aquapark

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I did have to come into the hotel grounds for some support from the beach

Stayed here in August 2025 firstly the location is amazing , right on the beach , which was beautiful , also near nice restaurants and attractions , not far from town walking distant , easy transport via taxi

They showed an immense amount of care and support towards me and genuinely went out of their way to help me on the 26th February. The two men are an absolute credit to the hotel and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Unfortunately i didn’t catch their names but they will know who they both are. Thank you so much, I will never forget you both. Please pass my gratitude on to these two men that were working in the grounds that day

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room.

The pool is quite and a bit small and it can be really dirty at times and there are a lot of wasps due to the trees

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

Weak point: - outdoor pool a bit small - indoor pool not filled - they have a private beach a few meters away with parasols and deckchairs but there is a lot of seaweed - no entertainment - noisy hotel, loud music from the disco until very late at night

The location of the hotel is very good since you have all the amenities nearby the beach is not clean the pool is too crowded and is not so big the stuff were decent not so helpful the room was confortable not so clean though (the bath wasn't too clean) The food was okay but it was too hot in the restaurant, not much variation in the menu and too much Mouchs

Strong point: - the hotel is large and beautiful - varied food and not bad, frankly we enjoyed it, we ate well - welcoming reception staff, especially the young one, I don't know his name - cleaning lady comes every day, cleaning is done but it's very average - close to the port el kantaoui as well as the Hannibal amusement park

The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL! We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking

After time wasting communication via ********** app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience

Best of all theres a short path that leads to the private beach, in season the bar is open, but not whilst we were there. I cant fault this hotel, so many returning guests says more than i could

​ Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were in every single day with fresh towels and linens. The indoor pool is also great, well-maintained and perfect for a proper swim

The room was large with separate bathroom and toilet and very clean and comfortable. Outside was very quiet as it was February and to be expected, but clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds

We usually just made our own big salads or had soup and built our own sandwiches. Evening meals had anything from Beef, Turkey and lamb to Chinese and Tunisian dishes. Always plenty of fish and pasta too

The staff were lovely so polite and would go out of there way to chat an help in anyway they could. The food was lovely even though a little of the same each day but always very nice and plenty of it

It’s officially a 4-star, but in reality, it’s a solid 3+. ​The food was as expected for breakfast there was a mix of hot food, cereals, and fresh bread. ​Lunch usually had plenty of options

A clean little hotel. The food is so-so; if you're late for breakfast, you'll go without. I went to the hotel next door for breakfast :) We were the only Russians there, and it was fun.
