First time at the hotel staff are so friendly animation staff are so helpful Marco is a good dancers and friendly you can always ask him for any information restaurant is lovely reception start are fabulous rooms are clean beach is clean

Another amazing holiday - hotel quieter pre Christmas but bar (Taha/Soheil) and restaurant staff attentive and activities still in place. Entertainment team put on good shows and engage with guests. Always friendly and polite. Shout outs to Joe, Nino, Leo, Billy, Gringo, Ibrahim who always go the extra mile.

Went Marhaba Salem Resort (03 Nov To 14 Nov 2025) 11 Nights with TUI Holidays UK, Flights & Transfers all within the Package The Format was All Inclusive, First time in Tunisia & at this Hotel, The Location is Sousse which is a Tourist Centre with many Historical Sites & Madina which is situated by the Beach, The Hotel is Located in a Good Area the Complex is well Maintained with Beautiful views & Walking Areas, Plenty of Pools for Adults & Kids, The Food is Good, Breakfast is a Mix of Continental & General Foods Good Selections, Lunch & Dinner are Well Presented & Mixed up with Different Meats & Local Cuisines & Fish dishes, Alcohol Available for those who Drink (Local Beers & Branded Spirits), Soft Drinks Coca Cola, Fanta, Local Versions of Sprite & Mixed Drinks, The Staff all Speak Good English for all British Guests, Fluent French, & German, Guests are From all over many British & Germans & French, Eastern Europeans, People from Places like Hungary & Lithuania, India, China, Local Arab Nations also staying at the Hotel, Staff are Extremely Helpful & Hard Working, Will do everything to make your stay pleasant, The Grounds Staff & Cleaning Staff are always there keeping the Resort Tidy, Waiters always Engaging in Conversations with Guests & The Entertainment Staff (Animation) are a Hit with the Ladies from Europe of a Certain Age, The Entertainment Staff really get the Kids involved which was nice to see, The Cooks are always polite & cater to your Needs for Meat eaters & Vegetarians, May May from Guest Relations is always on site & Extremely helpful & Informative, she takes Pride in Guests having an Enjoyable Time at the Hotel, Safa one of the Cleaning Maids in the Salem Hotel would just brighten up your Day with her Smile & she would chat to Guests she is a very happy engaging Staff Member, Amri & Fami, the Waiters at the Salem Restaurant are Extremely Friendly & Helpful, The Hotel for the Cost is Extremely Good, I would Rate it as a 4 Star Hotel, The Rooms are Cleaned Every Day Fresh Towels & Bed Sheets, Tv, Air Con, No Kettles though or Irons, Fridge in the Rooms, Good Balconies & Ground Terraces, USB ports for Phone Charging, I do Recommend taking a Plug Adapter too though, Complex has a Shop & The Hotel is near the Main Street to which you can walk to the Palms Shopping Centre to Get Gifts & the Cigarettes Hut, Taxis are easily available as they are located right by the Entrance, Security Guards present on the Front Entrance & Beach & do walk throughs around the Complex at Night so Good Safety at the Resort, The Hotel Resort is like a Village with Guests who Regularly Return (Les & John) From Liverpool are a Great Laugh & they chat to Everyone & keep coming Back & that’s what makes this Hotel Good that Community Feeling, Going in November the Temperatures in the Day were Good on Average 24/27, so you can still Sunbathe, does get Cooler in the Nights so bring a Jacket or Hoodie, A Club is also situated in the Ground

This bar is absolutely fantastic! The cocktails are not only delicious but also beautifully made. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always make you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and enjoy every evening.

Lovely hotel... staff very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant staff, Head waiter happy to accommodate extra family members sitting together in restaurant. Animation team very friendly, always smiling and offering activities day and night. Gringo top man... friendly and always smiling! Big shout out to Mohammed bringing drinks to us at the pool throughout the day.... always getting the drinks right and always serving with a smile!

Really good hotel. We like the animation team. We love Chaima. Mido zizou. They are really there for the guests. Also the waiters are really nice. We would like to come back in the future

As ever we had a fantastic time here always made welcome and great staff . Good variety of entertainment in the evening and also plenty during the day such as cocktail parties and foam parties on the beach . Adel and Rami two of the waiters go out of their way to help and are so friendly. Any problems we had the very nice Moka Missa was there to help us with. The bar staff especially Sohail , Mocta and Zoubayer always there with a smile and checking you have enough to drink they never stop . The food was great and plenty of variety the young lady that is rushed off her feet every morning on the egg station always has a smile is so polite and is usually singing away . And the cleaning team never stop . We can’t wait to go back next year
