Private hotel, located right on the beachfront, in 5 km from the centre of Sousse. There is a swimming pool, animation, live music, volleyball. Overall, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.

Location: 20 km from the airport of Monastir, 3 km from the centre of Sousse.

Total area: 1700 m2.

Consists of one 6-storey building.

The hotel has 93 rooms.

Beach: own sandy beach, 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas – free of charge, sunbeds, mattresses, towels - for a fee. The length of the beach 200 m.

Photos on some sites are not reflecting the truth. There is no white sandy beach at all. However the hotel is indeed by the beach, even closer than most palaces. Beach is dirty as most of the country, unfortunately. But safe and the sea is warm and crystal clear. We are bit far from city center and Medina and other places of interest. Not recommended if you don't want to walk. Personal is very professional and welcoming. The standards are Tunisian 3 stars and obviously the hotel saw better days, but acceptable for not too demanding customers. Food is really nice and breakfast very satisfying. It is also authentic Arabic food. On my stay, vast majority of customers was Arabic. Overall not that bad hotel, secured and acceptable but for not demanding customers on a budget. WiFi is good only on the ground floor. Only 5 channels, mostly Arabic except one with movies (good by the way) for TV. Air conditioning did not worked in my room but I did not mentioned it. Again good for solo travelers and people not looking to spend too much money.

The worst holiday I’ve ever had. It was like staying next to a landfill site. Rubbish everywhere and cats and dogs all over the place. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful but that is probably the only thing that was nice about this place. Rooms were very dated and run down but were tidied every day. Food was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t eat anything for a week. Was looking for flights home after z3 days. Was very ill when I got back home from there. Never again!!! Felt very unsafe outside of the hotel at night too. Lots of dodgy people hanging around

Well where do I start The food awful gaza eat bette. They rude argumentative. The men look at my daughters and perve over them. The women in the hamman just on there phones. The room looks like midnight express film. The bathroom is dirty and so back dated. I will say only north African continent go to agadir. The dream beach hotel is a nightmare like a dream from Freddie krueger. Please please do not spend your money heretic picture lies. Love holidays are liars I will go with even tui now paythat little extra. For sanity and happiness.

Hya to all Staff from Dreams Beach! Well, I really appoligize myself for the 1st evening that we arrived to your Hotel, because we were hungry, angry and was very hot from a long flight from Gatwick - Uk. Thank you for everything!!!! You were patience with us and all our request, since room on the groundfloor from desible child and also with help of the buggie. The pool animation and the Radio On, opaaa I will miss it for sure ♥︎ Waking up with that sunset view and also with the fountain, ohhh I miss it already!! Thank you for how you treat my child and supported me! I really miss the taf taf and the fish from the sea! All the Hotel is very natural, white, plain and with beautiful plants!!! Cleanliness and the towel art that they leave in our bedrooms is very apealing!! Really, we will come back!!! Shukrannnnn for eveything ♡♡♡♡☆☆ Sharm Sharm Sharm El Sheiiiik! Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Property was cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Great location for the beach
My only moan would be the breakfast not a great selection of quality food but it was edible.

Beautiful hotel really enjoyed my stay right in the beach front with palm trees and lovely sea view room with the staff being friendly and polite. It is a smaller hotel but it is just as nice as any other hotel with enjoyable food and I will be returning.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this hotel. The staff are really friendly, beautiful sea views from the balcony, Hotel room is cleaned everyday, I think people are expecting 5 stars on a budget who complain. Nothing to do in the evenings around this area, if you're European mind. Taxis are cheap enough to go to the centre of Sousse though

My wife and I lucked out with our room. We had very hot water with a good flow and a terrace. There was an inadequate air conditioner. Other families didn’t have one or more of them. The bar was manned by an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful young man. His service standard was next level. The hotel should do its best to keep him. The dining room was small and hygiene was poor. The table cloths were filthy and nothing was done to change them. Evening meals ranged from imaginative to really ordinary over the two nights were were there. Breakfast was a waste of time.
