The most kindest gentlest people. I came away with my young child & every staff member made a fuss of her, it was so lovely to see her come out of her shell there was nothing we couldnt ask for

They cater for all nationality. The entertainment is magnificent. I would like to say a special thanks to Sahbi who works at the pool bar, he does above and beyond

The employees that work here move mountains for the people that come to stay at Jaz, nothing is too much of an ask - the service is absolutely 5 star. They deserve a trophy I was actually sad to leave this amazing place

I've stayed at jaz tour khalef for the last 6 years. The staff can't do enough for you from the chamber maids to higher management. The cleanliness of this hotel if fabulous and food is out of this world

BOOK WITH THEM!! We done both whilst we was away through the excursion team at Jaz & our experience on both & the amazing pictures we got - incredible. I will definitely be going back to Jaz!!

But it’s worth the small amount of money, I received my washing back dry and folded immaculately. The staff here, are the best hotel staff I have come across in all my stays around the world

Money can make them smile. No money no smile. Hotel has to many people for the rooms they payed for. Only the pool boys are kind for free. To the hotel management, pay your people more!

I had the most amazing time at the White Sensation event, and it was all thanks to the incredible team at Thalassa Entertainment! From start to finish, the atmosphere was electric — full of energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments

It was fun, exciting, and so full of life — exactly what you’d hope for at an event like this. The performers knew how to grab everyone's attention and bring the crowd together

What I loved most was how Thalassa Entertainment went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and happy. Their energy was contagious, and their passion for entertaining people truly showed in every moment

It is perfect for seaside vacations. In fact, it is several hotel clusters of the same group. Swimming, playing ball, fitness, and evening arts and crafts evenings, many activities

European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet

If three meals are included, you can eat anytime. Hygiene: Occasionally there will be a small cockroach crawling on the bread 🍞 in the restaurant, of course the restaurant waiter quickly pinches it to death

Cocktails are your typical AI drinks which suited us 🍹 The rooms are clean and tidy the air con is ice cold, which we needed. The pool areas are kept clean, with plenty of sun beds

We stayed here for a family holiday in August. Food, is plentiful and there is something for everyone

If you want to have a good experience you have to visit (soviva hotel sousse At Tunisie) and if you already decided to come they have a good assistant team search for these guys (haider and all animation team).

The rooms were great considering the price. A beautiful and wonderful hotel; my family and I had a lovely time with the Tunisians

A very nice hotel with excellent service; everyone was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and food were wonderful and delicious, and the entertainment team was fantastic and very cheerful

Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool

The waterslide pools are open 10-12 and 3-5pm and were lots of fun for all, including a small slide for young children

Big praise to lobby barman hassan "why not" who ensured every single day was a highlight for my children especially my son, with his silly dances! The hotel animation are great (sorry only remember the name of zazu) and work incredibly hard, without a single day off in the entire week they were there

We have just returned from houda golf as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children aged 11,8,5. Upon arrival, we were able to upgrade our room for a small fee, and we had a fantastic room

For the first 2 days we had full access to the pool bar, however after this, due to staff shortages/end of season, this bar was closed and we had to go to the lobby bar for drinks in the day

By the pool bar there are lovely paninis and pizzas available 12-5pm, as well as a great lunchtime restaurant selection of chicken, rice,chips,beef, pancakes etc

Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. The animation team put on some very fun shows. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse

I'm wearing socks and my towel over me at night (I dont like old wool blankets that probs haven't been washed, so havent asked) !!! Bring warm pjs and socks

The temperature has dropped quite significantly this week whilst we are here. The air con doesn't seem to heat and we haven't been given any warm blankets

This place should be 5 stars for everything. Rooms perfect, hotel good spec. Good for solo travelers like me. Nice beach Access with bar and beds and shades. Water beautiful and not cold in December!

Absolutely amazing service. Entertainment in the lobby every night

This impacted all the facilities the hotel had to offer (think small indoor bar seating area in colder weather) so we chose to eat out for lunch and dinner after our experience at breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Sahara Beach and would happily return. The hotel and pools were kept super clean throughout our stay, which made it really relaxing as a family holiday

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

It made meals so much easier with children, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be having more snack options available later in the evening

One of the highlights was the entertainment – the karaoke most days was great fun and really added to the holiday vibe. In the restaurant, we loved having a designated table for our whole stay

Security was always visible and attentive, which made us feel very safe and comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere around the hotel was friendly and welcoming

You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit

There was 2 hours between the procedures which I spent in a lovely lounge swimming in the pool with warm sea water and reading my book

The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive

However, the staff were generally friendly. However, a word of caution regarding the pool staff (the lifeguards)

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

Very good hôtel. I visited it with my wife. We passed a very good Time. We enjoyed the beach, the service provided by the hôtel. It was a very good période. I advice people to book there.

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

3 star unless you complain to get a better room. Only thing 5 star here was the Housekeeper, she deserves a raise for exceptional service

Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

Because I was cheated when I booked a beach family hotel, I booked this one on a whim. It is right on the beach and in the city center, 100 meters from the train station

Serving good food all three meals inclusive per day. Nice facilities like indoor & outdoor swimming pools and private access to beach.

Restaurant by the pool up the glass outside elevator is little expensive but their food is worth it, very delicious and a fantastic view. Beach has a security at all times

For the 2nd time in this hotel, very friendly staff, food good could be warmer, the air conditioning did not work so that was sweating, not nice cleaning every day, lovely swimming pool

I've stayed at The Houria Palace Hotel many times and cannot recoil highly enough. It's fantastic value for money for solo travellers, cpls and families alike It's currently undergoing sympathetic upgrades to the rooms

It's cheap to eat and drink out typically a meal with a dunk will range from £5-£15 depending on your tastes. If you want fine dining that's also available with a great selection of restaurants close by

For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality

I got the wrong room not as what i booked. Buat the pool beach was lit and really good

The hotel grounds are quite large, but everything is convenient. Excellent location, first line beach, close to the Medina and the city of entertainment: cafes, bars, discos, shopping centers

This hotel is very nice! Just ignore the bad reviews. We were very close to giving up on our holiday here because of the reviews. We would have made a mistake

First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap

WOW! What an unforgettable stay at El Ksar Hotel! ✨ From the moment I arrived until the very last minute, everything was PERFECT

The hotel is beautiful, the vibe is amazing, and the staff is simply wonderful — always smiling, kind, and ready to help

But the real stars of my trip were the animation team! They brought so much energy, joy, and fun every single day. Each one of them is talented in their own way, and they truly made my vacation unforgettable
