Not bad at all. Especially cleanliness.
Beds, clasical ibis, a bit too soft. Also, in the early morning when we were alrwady in the car driving to the airport, the staff member came running to us saying we have to pay something. My husband went up and he just said, oh yeah, all payed.
How about not stressing your customers at 4:30 am? Have a list of the rooms that had charges open, and check immediatelly when guest leaves.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel during my visit to Tunisia and I was really impressed. The breakfast was especially excellent — fresh products, delicious variety, and friendly service made for a perfect start to the day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many key spots in the city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Good infrastructure but the service is a mess. The pick-up person was not at the airport when I arrived. The electronic key did not work a single time as it was supposed to, even after I asked them to fix it several times. The towels had a very strong smell of bleach. No shampoo (just one liquid soap for body and hair). The transfer back to the airport was not arranged as agreed, even though I did confirm with them three times: the hotel booked it for the wrong day, then asked me to pay even though they had been told it was covered by an organisation.

Our stay at Ibis hotel for 6 days was awesome. Welcomed by competent staffs, rooms were clean and good breakfast. We also appreciate the recommendations from the staff that helped in the city adventure. Special thanks to Nermine and Safa.

The hotel is good for one night at most.
The mattress and bed are separate, constantly rolling up, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Breakfast isn't bad, but you have to get it before 8:00, as they don't refresh it after each course.
Restaurant prices are several times higher than in the city (drinks 3-4, meals 4-5) and aren't particularly high quality.
I was charged a tax upon check-in and a second tax upon check-out. It's unclear why, as the city tax was included in my reservation. The girl couldn't explain why, and I was in a hurry.

I definitely don't recommend it. The rooms are terrible. The service is terrible. There's no tea, coffee, a kettle, cups, cloth slippers, a mini-fridge, toothpaste, or even soap in the rooms. Despite the lack of service, only the ladies at the reception were very helpful. We were originally planning to stay at this hotel for a week, but we left after just one night.
Also it is definitely not worth paying $100 per night for this poor service 😏
