A bit late (our stay was in June), but we had a wonderful week with incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming hosts. The house is beautiful and the location is peaceful

A hotel as the name suggests is one that has big rooms and makes you feel like you're staying in luxury. The location is great and so is the staff.

Very good, clean and spacious rooms, the service staff are quite welcoming to foreigners, the breakfast is also very good, the nearby shopping mall is a bit small, and later when a friend went there to play, I recommended this hotel

Parking can be an issue as they only have room for maybe 5 cars underground so you may find yourself looking for on street parking a distance away

The rooms were very nice however, the windows were dirty and covered in dust on the outside obscuring what could be a very nice view

The floor mats were very slippery and you could catch yourself slipping when getting out of bed (anti slip bases would sort that)

I am not sure if it's 5 star hotel as I've never been into one, but I can say that the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and ready to help, the food is nice and there's good variety for all the meals

This was mot what I experienced with Le corail in the past

During our stay , a staff member entered my room at an inappropriate time without knocking or asking for permission. I consider this a clear violation of guest privacy

Wonderful reception staff — they provided us with all the services we needed! The dining hall, the restaurant, great team, and the cleanliness were all as they should be. I think it’s a wonderful place.

Staff were amazing throughout the hotel. Genuinely cared about helping or stay be as comfortable as possible, without expectations of extra tips like in the hotel we had previously stayed

Was not the first time to stay in this hotel. Very clean and located in the heart of Lac where it is close by good restaurants and Tunisia mall for shopping and so

The hotel didn't provide detailed insights into the variety of amenities available, receptionists were sometimes rude and condescending, for the apartment, no brush for the toilets was there and there were 3 of them, no hand towels only big ones

This will be my new home away from home. Had a great stay, the facility is clean and well managed. Food was delicious, the SPA was great! And above anything the staff is the best
