Business Hotel in Tunis

The music from the club is reverberating and keeping you awake all night. The female receptionist at arrival was rude, told us to take a seat whilst she checked our passports, turns out she expected us to wait there two hours for the room to be ready, she didn't think of informing us and showing us a baggage room or anything... there was an ant invasion in the WC since the bin was dirty, there was ash in the WC glass, the furniture is wonky leaning sideways does not look like the photos.
the was no receptionist available when we checked out. So we just had to leave and call a taxi in the street..It's in a dodgy very dirty area of tunisy quite far from anything .

But Mohammed, the other receptionist was a legend, super nice and friendly and professional. If it wasn't for his elegant approach to my complaints I would have requested a refund. He is truly a cut above average with a humble and friendly approach. He gave us a large upgrade of room and was very lovely, although unfortunately we still couldn't sleep till late.. he should be the manager. Also the breakfast was very good and the artwork was lovely.

The hotel is well located in central Tunis, in the Montplaisir district, close to Avenue Habib Bourguiba and the metro. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and soundproof, but rather small. The restaurant and common areas are very compact, with space used efficiently.

⚠️ Major drawback: the nighttime noise from the nightclub is very disturbing, so it’s not ideal if you want a quiet stay.

👍 Great for business travelers or those without a car due to its central location, but less suitable for guests looking for spacious rooms and a calm environment.
