Booking date: June 2024 The Pre-Arrival Disappointment We originally booked Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum specifically for the Candyland Park. Extremely disappointingly, a few months after booking, we received an email stating it would be closed for construction. While we were offered the option to switch resorts, it was so close to our travel date that we decided to stick with it—though it definitely put a dampener on our expectations. First Impressions & Room Upon arrival, we were welcomed by very friendly reception staff. We did encounter a mix-up with our room booking, but to the hotel's credit, they handled it professionally and sorted it out straight away. The Highlights • The Grounds: Absolutely stunning. The gardens are filled with lush greenery, making the entire resort feel incredibly peaceful and relaxing. • Dining: The food was consistently good. Even though the main restaurant was busy, it is large enough that we never had an issue finding a table immediately. • Entertainment: We found the entertainment program to be engaging and well-executed. The Downside: Service Standards The biggest letdown was the service at the reception area bar. We found the staff there to be quite rude. On multiple occasions, we weren't even acknowledged after ordering, leading to long, awkward waits just to be served. Final Verdict While the hotel itself is physically beautiful, I wouldn’t return. In my opinion, the staff and the level of hospitality are what truly make a holiday memorable. Between the Candyland closure and the poor service at the bar, it just didn't hit the mark for us.

Please please please Do not book this hotel And especially don’t book this hotel if you have small children or any food allergy’s !!! Management don’t care about guests !!! Guest relations try there best but hands are tied by useless management . looks amazing on paper . Looks like you’ll have magically memorys, Instagram is filled with fantastic positive things THEY want you to see . In reality it’s nothing. Like what is shown . I have been to Turkey many many times and never experienced anything like this in my life PLEASE DONT GO !!!!! It will leave you with lasting memories but for the wrong reasons . My partner came home with a spinal injury 2 herniated disc had to have injection in spine and may need surgery and my 10 months old baby ECOLI . Which has now caused him internal inflammation so he still has not recovered 3 month's later. And all due to poor maintenance in the hotel block shower drains that floods your room !!! Which you will smell sewage in the hotel as it stinks !!!! But the danger doesn’t stop there ….. Lift not working , and electric hisses Hills everywhere if you have any mobility issue don’t go. Everything up hills / ramps , lifts never work in hotel or at candy land so be prepared for hikes ! Also candy land land has one tent where everything you have to pay for 10 euro for trampoline. 10 euro for soft play . 5 euro for water even though all inclusive . And rides never open . Water park closed , so that’s basically your entertainment as no shows only 5 songs of a night . And that’s if lifts are working so you can Get up with prams . ZERO changing faculty’s for children!! Food not labeled if you have an allergy don’t expect to be catered for they left my daughter without food every single day . And as the hotel is in middle of no where no where else to go , if you don’t mind eating cold food that you don’t know what it is then you’ll love the food as that’s what you’ll get every day , Facility’s shut , bars closed , restaurants closed , ice cream closed . Donuts closed , Pools freezing only one heated pool which is too deep for smaller children and always crowded Kids areas DANGEROUS nails sticking out . Please please please don’t go I have so much footage it won’t let me upload videos if you need any feel free to contact me I will send to you , I have left comments on there social media warning people not to go they always get removed . But please choose somewhere else !!! Don’t waist your money or risk your family’s safety We were moved hotels as soon as my partner was released from hospital he had to have nerve spinal blockers for him to be able to walk !!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)

Beautiful and very clean hotel — rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Food, desserts, and drinks were all very good, and the heated outdoor pool was a lovely bonus.

A big thank you to Ghirizlene at reception — she greeted us warmly, offered us a room upgrade, and even gave us a free late checkout. She really made us feel welcome. Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies who cleaned our room in the main building (1st floor) — always polite, smiling, and doing an excellent job every day.

That said, visiting in October was disappointing. Most restaurants and entertainment were already shut down, so the place felt empty and lifeless. The lobby furniture looked tired, waterfalls were off, and Candyland was only half running. They even turned off the air conditioning for winter, so we had to sleep with windows open and got mosquito bites.

It’s also frustrating that, based on the hotel’s advertisements, we had certain expectations and paid the full price. Arriving to find so many services and amenities unavailable felt like a big disappointment compared to what was advertised.

Overall, a lovely hotel in high season, but in October it feels like it’s already closed.

Great place, the staff is open and pleasant. Many speak Russian, by the way. Lots of activities, shows and discos every day. The food is also top-notch.

Have been coming to Turkey for several Years and after visiting the vogue 3 years earlier and loving it we decided to book it again…….WELL NEVER AGAIN !!!! Huge disappointment — and definitely our last time at Vogue Bodrum. It’s falsely advertised as open all year round but is over half closed!!!! The management clearly has no control, and the hotel is severely understaffed. Service & Restaurants: There were not enough staff to provide even basic service. We had to reset our own tables, fetch our own cutlery, and even get our own drinks. The buffet restaurant was always overcrowded and was only half open which towards the end of our week just got less and less and if you arrived a bit later, most food was cold or unavailable. Staff in the buffet just look right through you and can’t be bothered to ask if you need anything or clean up tables. This hotel claims to have 7 All à la carte restaurants except all but ONE are closed and they claim to condense all menus into one which is so far from the truth it’s laughable, however that said our service in the al a carte was probably the best we had received all holiday. In the buffet there was only one coffee machine for the entire restaurant, with 15-minute queues, and staff running around like “headless chickens.” They looked exhausted and were rarely friendly or helpful, often struggling to understand English. Local guests received better service simply because they could communicate in Turkish. Rooms: Upon check in we were told we had been upgraded but I don’t think that’s true as there was nothing more special about our rooms tan we had the previous visit, our rooms wernt even together and one smelt so bad of sewage we had to complain to guest services The maids did a good job and we had fresh towels daily and sheets changed during the stay, however a £30 pair of pyjamas went missing from one room and no one seemed to acknowledge this or even care, maids “didn’t understand” and guest services just passed us from pillar to post with no care given at all, poor service from reception and guest relations regarding this matter, so the pyjamas are probably on someone’s daughter by now I suspect Beach & Facilities: The beach has a beautiful setting, but again, no service beach and snack bar closed, QR codes don’t work half of the beach closed! “Candyland” was a ghost town: freezing water, most slides closed claimed to be “maintenance problem” in reality there’s just no staff. All food outlets except pizza and chips available to eat. The evening “funfair” had just a few rides with again most of them shut and everything — from rollercoaster, popcorn to candy floss even drinks that are free from the bar— was charged extra (€5!) Entertainment Hahahaha JOKE - zero entertainment 3 years ago we had live singers, incredible shows in the arena this year NOTHING! Staff claimed it was “too cold” to open the arena however it’s funny how a conference that was on for ZINZINO at the weekend had a party wi

This was my first time staying at Vogue Bodrum Supreme and it truly exceeded all my expectations — from the staff to the facilities, everything was exceptional.

I absolutely loved the hotel’s design, the spacious and beautifully decorated room, the delicious food, and the friendly, attentive staff who were always ready to help with a smile.

The highlight for our family was the Candyland, the largest in Bodrum — a magical experience, especially for my daughter, who was completely enchanted.

The views and the sea are breathtaking, and there are countless entertainment options and facilities for both adults and children.

Everything was spotless, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay.
I would gladly return here with my family whenever I have the chance.

Highly recommended!

Starting with the good and the great. The room and customer relations are definitely up to scratch, offering fast and effective fixes to some small issues we had with our room (not enough towels / chairs and the safe not working). All fixed quickly.
The location is stunning and they have done well to maintain the grounds to a beautiful standard.
However when it comes to the service, regardless of it being the ‘off season’ we have found there to be something lacking. Ignored by bar staff, long waiting times and incorrect drinks given. Offered table service with a 30 minute wait for 2 drinks that still came wrong. Queues at the bar are something we have never seen at an all inclusive.
Small measures given with some drinks, red wine in a brandy glass and with a brandy measure.
The lack of entertainment for adults, including a DJ and ‘disco’ space that was a bunch of tables and not much else going on. At their busiest time l, the evening, they same to be extremely understaffed causing long wait times and queues for everything.
I would recommend this hotel for families with young children but otherwise it was not what we expected with the high hopes that we had for this hotel.

My wife and myself went to this hotel for a tennis tournament. Stayed about a week. October is the end of the season here, so some of the hotel facilities and restaurants were closed.

Hotel is nicely designed and new. Rooms with sea view are spacious and offer a lovely view.

Food, although plentiful in all-inclusive restaurant, was not tasty. No good meat, no good fish. Breakfast was also pretty bad. Most of the food is placed on the buffet at the beginning of the meal. As a result, it becomes cold, and most popular dishes are not available as it gets later. I like good food, I was suffering in this hotel eating uneasy food just for the sake of getting calories in me. Only in the ala carte restaurant the food was decent, but the service there needs improvement, staff badly needs basic training how to serve guests properly. However, I’d like to thank Jiwan the sommelier in this restaurant for his excellent service, friendliness and client-centricity, he made our stay very special.

Spa personnel is very friendly, and the quality of massage there was very good. However, the sauna was broken for 4 days - I don’t know why it could not be fixed.

Sunbeds: if you come to the beach, most of them are empty but occupied with someone’s towels or pieces of clothing. Of course, this depends a lot of the culture of your guests. But the hotel can do something to clean unused sunbeds. Once I had to put my stuff on the sand to swim because I could not find a single sunbed.

Overall, with few exceptions, the staff in the hotel was indifferent to guests at best. You get a feeling that they are simply not motivated and not trained to serve guests. The processes also need improvement- at restaurants, beaches, spa.

I do not think I am coming back to this hotel unless dramatic improvements are made.
